Today I received the third and probably last page of my commissioned comic "A Normal day on top lane" with Nasus, Warwick and Volibear. Unfortunately the artist does not see himself to be able to cope with the stress drawing it anymore, so I have to put it on hiatus for now.

I really hate the development of this situation, because I explicitly chose the artist because of his skills and how he draws the male body. Additionally I wanted to see some high quality gay smut from him. Now I am sitting here with the first three pages and no idea if I should somehow continue or just keep it unfinished.

I need to say that I am very sad about this. I finally finished my education and start to earn myself some real money, so I wanted to do something for myself as well as share it with the fandom. And I wanted something different than all the Renekton X Nasus smut that already exists.

If you know someone who is willing to continue this project and is satisfied with roughly 50 bucks for a lineart comic page, please tell me.

I will upload the last page when I am at home.

For me, if it is not too disrespectful against my characters, I can still enjoy the gift art and just state that it is not canon and/or quite special cases.

Well, after I wrote that I have paid  shadster for a reference sheet and noticed that he fled FA, I started to hunt him now. Checking the Wikifur Entry I found his dead Livejournal (last entry in 2010), his dead twitter (Last Entry 2012) and his DeviantArt profile.

He renamed himself in the meantime and started to just draw humans and seems to lose interest into the furdom altogether. I finally got myself an account on DA and wrote him now a note, hopefully he reacts to it.

Still, all this bothersome shit to track and hunt down an artist to get either my picture or my money.



Update: I got a response on DA, he claims that he is not that guy.

That twitter Account links that DA account which got renamed into RecklessJack. The newest art from Shadster was also signed with the name Jack. It is too much of a coincidence. I have the impression that he is trying to get me to think that he is not it.

So, I finally got enough ideas together to start with a new series, the al-Khemi Chronicles... The story of my family, my father and myself. I just have one doubt about it...

Should I include juicy sex scenes into it as well? I have read serious books like "In the Courts of the Sun" and various Battletech books which had more or less explicit sex in it. Kyell Gold's novel usually have lots of sex in it IIRC?

I mean, the rise of a jackal family descending from the gods to rule and lead Zawty as the bullwark of the jackals. Lots of politics involved, forced marriage and stuff. I feel myself being influenced by "A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones" as well, that sex is just a part of the world and not an unimportant one.

I paid  shadster about a year or so a commission for a ref sheet, 55 GBP.

Today I noticed that he disabled his FA site. Does anyone know him and know where he is running? My patience is slowly coming to an end that I want either my picture or my money.

As a last act to loose my bonds from the once potential great act of Areku in one of 's drawn comics, I just deleted that comic page from my page. I am sad that this potential is wasted, but it was not my decision. But I am getting over it and the disappointment is eased as I draw my consequences from it. I am not able to pull off such great things due to my lack of big funds, but I am going my own way and with my smaller options I can still get something big.

I already have a few surprises prepared.
