Posted 11 years agoIt's not that I want to delete this account, I'm wanting to have the same name in my DA and FA accounts so I can have a better chance of not confusing others.
I'll link this account to my second account. Some of you guys know of my DA account.....wait, hardly any of you know of the account since I'm not knowing anyone is reading this. I'm feeling bad that I'm not reading many journals as I should, but I'm not gonna delete journals unless I've read (and commented if I have something related to say on) the journal before I feel like a jerk.

Posted 12 years agoI did class normally, had lunch, but I had to meet with a string quartet to record for my senior project. One of the already knew about the piece I presented cause I was gonna try and gather some string players. I was gonna get her to do the viola part from it's first version, but then I met up with my department head, and he got me to change it up to be more proper. I messed with the instruments, made them travel their instrument, got them create that chum effect in the bow, and it was awesome. I'll be posting the final version on YouTube, reason being is that I DON'T want anyone downloading the tune. I plan on sending my senior project to a few friends because I couldn't have done it without their support.

Posted 12 years agoIf you know of an artist that's willing to teach someone who's trying to become a better artist? I could really use someone's guidance to get me better at art. I've seen streams where artists just draw the base of the head then make an entire sketched out body without making a reference pose to go off of.

2. You decide to go shopping with me, and while we're shopping, we hear gunshots close by and I get hit with one of them. You turn and see the shooter, but what would you do if they threaten to kill you?
3. Hypothetically, we've been friends for years, and you only want things to be at a friendship level. One day you decide to clean up my room after you hear about me having a bad day at work, and you stumble upon a crumbled up letter addressed to you. It confesses my love to you and how I wish to marry and possibly have a family with you. How would you react to this?
4. You get a call from someone you don't know, and they say they're calling about me. You hear I was killed by a drunk driver and the search for the drunk driver is still at large. Would you help with the search or grovel over the fact I'm gone from the world?
5. You're with some other friends, just hanging out and having a fun time. You get a phone call from me, and the first thing I shout is, "Give one fucken reason I shouldn't pull the trigger!!" What do you think is going on and what would you tell me?

Advice please
Posted 12 years agoI'm a student, soon to be artist (digital artist), and soon to be musician. I'm getting a little agitated with where I'm at right now. I'm not being very productive like I should be. I've actually discovered something really upsetting, I have to have someone with me when I do stuff so I don't do things the wrong way. I'm scared that I'll end up going the wrong way (not a bad way like gangs and shit). I'm feeling worried at least for who I am because I don't want to be that kind of person that relies on other people to watch over me. What can I do?

Posted 12 years agoHey guys, I read the journal about the YCH updates. I will agree that we could do something better than just keep posting variants of the YCH in question. I'm thinking about using a technique that's built into the system so I'm not spamming journals or art onto your guys. Update (School, Volunter keyboardist, Work, +more)
Posted 12 years agoI've officially over booked my life at this time, first school. I've started renting some books and the first week was the excuse since I had to discover if I was gonna use the books or not. That went okay, got all the work I needed, books were okay to not have since I needed to know. Second, I started ordering books and told my teachers they would be coming. Third, first two books I got were considered bought, those teachers were notified, and I was waiting for rented books, turns out they weren't sent yet. Fourth, I got all but one left, and I was getting annoyed and so was the teacher, but we came to an agree that I would have to use the third edition instead of the latest edition till I realized I'd need the latest edition. I'm officially stressed from all the homework overload. I have tests to study for, I failed a test, I have to prepare stuff for ensemble, I'm about to explode.
I'm a pianist, and I like playing keys for church. I love performing with them cause it's great experience. It's hard whenever I have to be late or unavailable because of school. I really want to make it to all the performances they request of me, but I have to finish school first. I'm saying this because I have to go from school to church in eagen during rush hour T-T so freakin slow and my mom/dad would be getting annoyed with all the slow traffic or my brother would be freaking out because of all the people not using their blinkers.
Yes, I'm talking about work. I'm a music theory tutor and a spot op for the History Theater that's adjunct to the McNally, and I have made a terrible conclusion: I have to miss some tutoring time because of the History. I want to help students understand theory and all, but it's hard when I have to do spot till 12:30 in the after noon or later cause I tutor at noon. One thing's for sure, once the next semester starts, I'm not gonna work for the History Theater cause I don't want that conflict to happen again. I'll be aiming for a job at a GameStop near home because I love video games and I love going there to be greeted every time ^^ I want to be one of those workers since I don't have to work fast. Also, I think I'll be getting a schedule of just a few people instead of three pages of workers (I photocopied the OCB schedule since it was so big).
Artwork? I want to draw for you guys, I have tons of refs I need to make, tons of drawings I come up with, I want to show you guys progress, but my college is really taking up the time. I'm starting to just draw in the middle of the night before I go to bed just so I can continue drawing. I know I'm doing some music too, but some files are too big to put on here and it makes things harder for me. Once college is over, I'd be able to prioritize my time in a better position.
I'm on my computer too much. Yeah, I'm admitting it, but it doesn't help cause I spent time to make this journal. You know what that means, all the rps I'm in will be EXTREMELY slow! I'm not kidding cause I don't want to focus to much on them cause it takes away from time on my homework and I get nothing done. If I'm in a chat room, I'm not gonna rp, it'll mean that I need to talk to someone and that's the only way. If we're in the middle of an rp (like through notes or messages), expect SUPER LATE responses cause I'm trying to get work done.

I know I'm doing some music too, but some files are too big to put on here and it makes things harder for me. Once college is over, I'd be able to prioritize my time in a better position.
I'm on my computer too much. Yeah, I'm admitting it, but it doesn't help cause I spent time to make this journal. You know what that means, all the rps I'm in will be EXTREMELY slow! I'm not kidding cause I don't want to focus to much on them cause it takes away from time on my homework and I get nothing done. If I'm in a chat room, I'm not gonna rp, it'll mean that I need to talk to someone and that's the only way. If we're in the middle of an rp (like through notes or messages), expect SUPER LATE responses cause I'm trying to get work done.
And that my friends will either be something for me to go by, or completely ignore because I've tried this method before........IT DOESN'T WORK

SUPER FREAKEN HAPPY!!!
Posted 12 years agoI've been making my let's play videos on iMovie for too long and I've been annoyed with almost all of it. I had to deal with some of its limits of what I can do. i couldn't do a a multiscreen vid, I couldn't get the png files to work right. I was about to lose it because I've had to deal with other stuff before it (which I won't bring up cause it's a let's player thing to get technical difficulties).
Now, I have Final Cut Pro ^^ *and everyone, including you, applauds on this no matter what* thank you, thank you, you're so-why are you glaring at me while you clap?
Well, anyway, joking aside, I'm happy cause I get those freedoms ^^ I can make versus videos with it ^^ and I can make some multiscreen videos if I want to ^^ I can make badass movie scenes like a pro ^^
