Either I'm horrible at commissioning people, or something, but every piece I have gotten done the artist just either traced it or stole the idea. I can't stand it, it's now happened 4 times in the past month. Do artists just not think it's a big deal? To blatantly rip off someone's art? Do people not have common decency enough to at least TELL the commissioner that 'Hey so I was too lazy to actually draw something, so fuck it, here's a traced piece of lineart I recolored'. I'm sick of it, and I hate looking like I'm intentionally stealing people's art. If anyone is a real artist, who doesn't just trace people's art, then please, leave me a note. I'll gladly pay for a piece that isn't somebody else's.
