Before I closed commissions around 2 years ago, there were a couple people that had asked me about commissions, but I had to put them on hold until I felt able to handle doing them again. Currently I'm working on pics for those few people using my old prices. I'm not accepting any new commissions at this time, but I still want to get these past ones done so they don't haunt me (and also because these people have been extremely patient). If I do decide to open again, I'll put up a new price sheet, and the handful of people that contacted me during my hiatus will have first dibs.

I've been quiet for a long time, thought I should give a little update or something. Not a whole lot has changed, I still feel oppressed by work and regularly too exhausted to do much on my own time, and I've probably become even less social than before (if that's even possible). I'm doing my best to pick myself up while I have Christmas break, and I'm going to see if anything can change at work to make it easier on me. Thanks to those that showed their support on my last journals.

I'm going to try and finally upload commissions and other pics I've gotten long ago in the next little bit, because I've been holding on to them for way too long.

I'm planning to try and stream again sometime soon to try and get myself back into drawing again. I don't know when exactly yet, but I'm hoping it'll be this coming weekend, or during the following week. Chances are, it'll be a Pokemon-focused one.

I realize that some people have waited on commission inquiries for over a year now, and I'm terribly sorry I haven't been able to address them yet. If things go well then maybe I can finally address those too.

Oh yeah... My birthday's coming up in just a few days, on April 15. Usually I try to say it a couple weeks or a month in advance, but I dunno. I completely missed out on Rina March, I'm going to try and get a few pics of her done, then try to deal with outstanding commission requests. Unfortunately, I don't know how long either of those will take.

Even though I try to keep up a mostly-positive exterior most of the time, I typically don't feel very good about myself. I hardly ever get anything done. So often I come home from work and just don't feel like going through the effort of doing anything personal, I just end up doing a whole lot of nothing and watching stuff on Youtube or whatever, and it takes a lot of forcing myself to do something to work up the motivation to actually do some art. Part of it is likely because I constantly feel like I'm not doing enough stuff for FA (my characters, fanart, etc), so I try to make myself do some FA stuff, and that means I'm not working on anything not for FA, like trying to develop any kind of personal project or get anywhere with my desired career. It's this neverending loop of "I should do _____, but I should also do _____, but maybe I should do _____ instead..." I feel like I'm never going to get anywhere trying to give appropriate attention to multiple directions. I have no idea how other people are able to do it.

I can't really say I feel like I've accomplished much in my time here either... I've been posting art on FA for about 9 1/2 years now and I still haven't done anything really substantial with my characters. I still haven't even done updated reference pages for Rina, Niko, or Claire; I did Maple in March 2013 and Jazz in October that year, and since then just keep putting it off and never dealing with it. They really need it too; I feel like almost every time I commission someone for Rina, they don't do her hair properly or give her massive hips even after I specifically note that she should have small hips, it's just really frustrating. And even though last year I started trying to do "character months" to get myself actually drawing my characters again, each time I always end up scrambling to try and do stuff when the month's almost over and stuff gets done later than intended. I haven't even colored a personal pic in a year http://www.furaffinity.net/view/26435771/ , and the last one was a year before that http://www.furaffinity.net/view/22609477/ , and again nearly a year before that one http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19684182/ just because I always feel like "this takes too long to make it look nice..." Another part of the problem is likely because I constantly feel like I'll never be "good enough" for people to actually care about my stuff, and that really drains a lot of motivation.

Speaking of not accomplishing anything, I'm perpetually behind on looking at FA messages (journals, submissions, etc), it always gets to a point where I have to say "Okay, I need to sit down for an hour or so to go through all this stuff", and then because of how long it takes I end up not touching it again until a huge pile's built up again. I don't know how the people that watch several hundred others do it, I can't even keep up with <50. It's another big drain on any time I have and usually ends with me wanting to do anything other than still be on the computer.

I really haven't earned myself much popularity or friends either. By now I have barely a couple people that try to talk to me at all; there were more people that would chat with me in the past, but they've all dropped away, most likely because I just don't know how to talk to people or strike up a conversation. I'd love to talk to people more often and make new friends and be less of an asocial loser, but I just don't know how to converse or be interesting at all; I find it hard to imagine anyone else caring about the stuff I care about. One friend that was very close even suddenly blew up and shut me out, seemingly because I didn't talk to them enough. It's absolutely not any kind of personal or individual beef that I have with anyone that makes me not converse, it's just me being a worthless loser that can't talk to anyone. On top of that, I earned myself a stalker creep that's maybe one of the worst people I've had the misfortune of meeting. You know who you are; get lost and stop stalking me and all the people that have loose connections to me, because I will not under any circumstances treat you politely after all the crap you've done to me and my friends.

I just don't know what to do with myself right now. I still absolutely love and adore cute ladies with massive boobs, but I'm worried that I'm never going to get out of this hole I'm in, and can't help but wonder if it's better in the long run to try and focus instead on stuff I could actually share with people publicly instead. There are a few people that have already asked me about commissions in the last few months, and I had to tell them "I'm really sorry, I can't until I finish the ones currently on my list and it may be several months before I'm able to...", so I certainly feel obligated to do work for those people at the very least; as well as try and get through Rina March, because she's the only character not to have her month yet. But beyond that I'm not sure what the future holds. Quitting FA would really suck and I don't want to do it, but maybe it's been more trouble than it's worth. I just don't know. <:(

Sorry I've been inactive for so long. I've just had a lot of stuff to deal with, and I've also been feeling just poopy and bad for a very long time. Haven't had the drive to draw like I wish I did. Didn't accomplish anything I intended to do last year, probably not even from the year before that.

I think I'm sorta getting a little better, maybe; work has been lightening up a bit and I've pushed myself to do some things recently. Hopefully I can keep that up.
Something I thought of to try and push myself to do more art is to give my characters 'theme months' and challenge myself to do X number of pictures featuring them throughout the month. At the moment I'm thinking something like Robo-January (Robo-kitty), Rina March, Maple May, Jazz July, Clairetember (September), and Niko November. Spacing them out like so should hopefully keep me from burning out or anything. Guess we'll see how that goes come May.

Well, to put it simply, I didn't accomplish any of the things I meant to do last year (reference sheets, uploading commissions, and so on), except for uploading OpenCanvas stuff. But recently I've had more drive (and perhaps a bit of fear of never accomplishing anything worthwhile as the years go on ;_; ) and I'm planning to make this year the year I finally push myself to do more personal art and stuff like that. I'm going to make certain that the next things I draw for myself will be Rina's, Niko's, and Claire's updated reference sheets, since they've been put off for way too long (2-3 years!!). I'm going to work on drawing things for myself instead of always waiting to commission others to draw them instead, and ideally find some way to find more inspiration and ideas for my own characters, which I've been lacking for some time.

Whatever the case, I hope everyone has a happy new year and a boobiful new year too :P

Hey all, just a quick little update on a couple things;

Due to certain circumstances, I've amended my commission information with the following:
"SECOND-/THIRD-PARTY COLORING
Most of the time I'm okay with people coloring my art, but I must ask that you ask my permission before doing so; and if you're getting it colored by someone else, let me know by whom. I have had unpleasant experiences in the past and do not wish to allow that to happen again."

Additionally, because of a dispute on one of my recent uploads regarding content ratings, I sought advice from staff about FA's guidelines in further detail, and determined that a number of images in my gallery should be bumped up to Mature rating (the gist of it is that all boob-touching/grabbing/etc images should be considered Mature), which I have already done.

I imagine these changes won't affect most viewers, but nonetheless should be documented.
