A bunch of new people have been coming in and watching me. I just want to thank you all, whether you stopped by in the Artist Alley at FWA, bought something from me, or found me through one of my livestreams. Thank you so much!

FWA was really really great this year. I've never done so many badges at a convention before, and I have a fair amount of take-homes to work on as well.

Lastly, I'm thinking about doing some more planned streams with specific themes or types of drawings. The first thing I'll be concentrating on are icons/ avatars, and I'll be posting more information in a future journal. The first planned stream date will be Friday January 13th at 8:30PM EST. These will be different from my PWYW streams in that I will fill the slots beforehand rather than offering them during the stream times.

I'm wondering what you all think about these streaming ideas, and what you might like to see in terms of themes or types of drawings. I'm also wondering if anyone would be interested in some more instructional art stream content, or content focused more on practice exercises?

Wow! A lot of new faces and fairly quickly too! As you may or may not have noticed, I've reached 300 watchers here which is really awesome! Thank you to the newcomers as well as the familiar faces that I see often while streaming, and a special thanks to the many people who are still around following my work for several years.

I have some cool projects lined up for the future, so hopefully you'll stick around to see them.

Hey everyone, I have to say that I had a blast at FWA this year. I saw a bunch of familiar faces and met some awesome new ones as well. The list of wonderful people would be too long to write here. I tend to stay in the Artist's Alley most of the time, but I have a blast in there getting to talk to artists I've never seen before, getting feedback from everyone, and hearing all of your great ideas.


On to the business-side of things. I did amazingly well this year, with a lot of take-home commissions. I plan to make a large enough progress on them this week to open up commissions again at the end of the week as well. That being said, I want to take my time with these and make sure they turn out as well as I am able. I have also made a Trello page where you can track the progress of your commission as well! Content

I have the right to refuse to draw any content I am uncomfortable with. I am generally comfortable with most content that falls into the PG-13 category. Explicit eroticism and NSFW content are not something I will draw (though I may in the future.) If you are unsure, just ask. At worst, I will tell you that I am not the right artist for the image you may have in mind.

Pricing, Payment, and Tips

Generally, I will try to be accommodating to your budget, but this does not mean I will accept a commission for less than I think its worth. I will not go below the base price on any commission. Flexible prices like those added for color or detail are determined by the complexity and time needed to complete.

Once a price has been agreed on, I accept two ways of payment. Either an amount is payed up front, preferably half, and then the rest is payed once the commission is finished, or the entire amount is payed up front. I will not accept commissions pro bono.

I use PayPal. I will be able to send an invoice to anyone who provides an e-mail address, and you can pay with a credit card that way. You may also send a payment via your own PayPal, but keep a couple things in mind: Please respect PayPal's service fees. If you wish to add a little bit to cover those costs, that's appreciated, but not required. However, do NOT send the payment as a gift. I do not want to take any risks as I will not be able to afford the fines involved for dodging PayPal's fees if found out. Any payments received as gifts will be refunded and I will not start the commission until payment is resent appropriately. Additionally, make sure to specify "No Address Needed" when paying for digital goods and services. Most of my commissions are digital unless an original is requested to be sent.

If you think I did an exceptional job on your commission, don't be nervous to tip. I do accept them. They are not required, though.

Turnaround, Process, and Revisions

Generally, I try to finish commissions within 2 weeks of payment. Larger commissions may take more time, while smaller commissions will be delivered far sooner. Life will occasionally get in the way of commissions, and I will specify when and if a commission has to be delayed due to reasons out of my control.

For most commissions, I do send process pics for approval for most stages of the process as applicable: Thumb, Sketch, Inks/ Refinement, Color, Final. These are to show progress as well as provide an opportunity for revisions. If you don't want to see these, please inform me.

Which brings me to revisions. I will generally only provide 2 major revisions to the commission. Revisions are easier and more acceptable to me earlier in the commission rather than later. Excessive revisions will be charged more for the time it takes to provide them. I will also not provide complementary revisions once a week has passed after the final commission file has been delivered and paid for.

Streaming, Promotion, Etc.

Sometimes I may LiveStream your commission if I can. If you are uncomfortable with that, please tell me, and I will refrain from doing so.

I will also use commissions as an example to promote myself or provide examples to others.

I'm generally a nice person, however, I do want my policies to be clear as protection for myself and to make commissioning as painless as possible. If you have any questions, I will answer as best as possible.

Hey, just a little notice. As I gear up to be way more active (hopefully), I have decided to remove a lot of my very very VERY old art. I have currently moved a lot into my Scraps, and that is the stuff that I will be clearing out soon. Everything that is currently in my gallery WILL be staying.

In the next week or so, I will also be uploading some things I've neglected to. This includes the commissions I did at FWA 2015. I really want to give a huuuuge (belated) thank you to everyone who stopped by while I was in the Artist Alley, everyone who commissioned me, and the all of the wonderful people who sat around and beside me during the con.

All in all it was really fun! I got to talk and hang out with some great people both in general and while I was selling in the Dealer's Den. I got to meet both and , two really cool people.


I want to thank everyone who came by my table and looked at my stuff, and I really appreciate Inu, , , , Brine, and the girl who's name I never caught (I'm bad, I know!) for commissioning me. I caught most of the commissions with my crappy phone camera, but unfortunately I forgot to take final pictures of a couple. I'll be uploading what art I did sometime tomorrow.

FWA 2013 was really kind to me, especially being an unknown jumping into the Dealer's Den feet first. I really learned a lot, and I even made up the cost of the table! In light of that, I'm going to try my best to be in the Dealer's Den again next year, and have it be even better than this year's table was!

Please note that the first three came out quite noticeably darker than they appear online. I don't think that it hurts the image too much, but it does change the way they are viewed.

Even though it is still a couple months away, I thought I'd say something.

Well, I'm jumping headfirst this year, and going ALL THE WAY. Yep, I'll have a dealers table this year at FWA. It'll be my first convention that I sell stuff out so this is going to be exciting and scary at the same time.

Well, it's finally here. This Friday, I'm off to art college!
