Hello everyone. I know it’s been a while but I’ve had a lot going on in my life. I have been thinking about creating a new page for adult work, and selling it on there. Would any of you be willing to follow and buy them? What kind of adult works do you like? I’m still new to the idea, since I’ve only ever done non mature rated types of art. Hey guys! Been a long time since I've really been active on this site. Between working and college I was pretty busy. But I am graduated (with a bachelors degree yay!) and just working a regular job until a good art opportunity opens up for me. So, in efforts to maintain a continuous flow of creation and artwork, I am giving you the opportunity to commission me for small works. Prices are based on your commission needs, and we can discuss everything together. I am pretty negotiable so don't worry! I do NOT draw adult content though, so please don't ask for any. I have been working and going to school full time and just dont have extra free time to get any side work done. I already have two commissions currently awaiting completion. Again I am sorry. This summer I am opening for commissions and I will start with a slot of 5 to get started, so hurry up and get your name on the list! (Please do not ask for adult work, Thank you)

How it works:
I will list you in order that you comment to this journal, and so you know who you are for sure, I will ask you to email me a description of your commissions and we will go from there about payment method. Usually I go by Paypal, and I am willing to work with you.

Prices:

Traditional Sketches $15
Traditional Colored drawings (colored pencil) $25
(These are normally done on regular size printing paper so I can scan them, but if you wish for something larger i can photograph them)

Digital Sketches $10
Digital Colored/painted drawings $20

Paintings: (These go by per square inch due to purchasing canvases, so you can choose the size of canvas that works better for you.)
Watercolor on canvas $.50 per square inch
Oil on canvas $.60 per square inch
(Paint is expensive, so I apologize if this is of any inconvenience to you)

Any other traditional media such as Ink, pastel pencil and or charcoal, just ask and i will incorporate that into your work for you, and that will be an extra $5+ per extra medium depending on detail.

Any additional character/figure included will be +$10 per figure

Since I do not know when I will be able to post a colored pencil tutorial, I can give you the basics on what I do :)

1.) I work from light to dark, ALWAYS work light to dark.. its NOT easy to erase colored pencil.

2.) LAYERS, lots of layers, and build up that waxy mass to fill in as much of the papers textures as you can and don't be afraid to push hard with the pencils.

3.) Blend your colors smoothly using the techniques I stated above. Use like colors to blend one into an area small spots at a time. Make sure to write down or mark what colors you used so you have an even color all around. When coloring, use small circle strokes for even color. DO NOT color in many different angles, it looks really bad.

4.) Shadows and Highlights, make sure you study the areas of which, and apply carefully.

5.) Wipe off any access wax build up (the dull stuff you see) with a paper towel and when you do, your image should be glossy like a photo. Do this often to see where you need to apply more pencil. :) IF your image is NOT glossy in any area, then you haven't put down enough pencil and you are not putting enough pressure.

Also, do not be afraid to try new things! Make a mood with your colors and give it a theme. People like to see new stuff all the time!

Graduated From my community college Friday night. I am going to miss all of my good friends and my professor who taught me so much! He is truly great, and he is my hero. I sure hope to become a great artist like him and pursue my dreams with the best I can do. Now I am getting things together to move into an apartment away from home for the first time with a good friend of mine because I will be transferring to a bigger art college. Then its time for job searching and saving up for schooling and technology requirements that will be costing a lot, however I can look into the prices and see how much I really have to pay based off student discounts and such.

Anywho, I will be sure to do my best to keep my journal updated from time to time between being busy working or school. I will post more art as it comes and i thank you all again for watching my art and the wonderful comments! Take care :)

I need more ideas for tutorials, If any of you would be so kind to help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

What I need is some simple tutorials for those infuriating problems anyone has with drawing. In other words, help me help you! I'm making a list of things already and I will eventually get to yours as long as I have your idea. If I do not post anything that does not help you, please feel free to ask for one that does :)

My summer has been quite slow. No jobs around here make it very hard to do much. Still no luck with a job, and I can't go out of town for one either :/ But other than that I have been drawing and cleaning around the house. I plan to get in some more tutorials, since I have not done one in ages. If there are any ideas for tutorials, feel free to let me know :) Well I must be going. Another year has come and another April has arrived. This means that April 22 is Earth day! How will you participate this year in keeping the earth clean? What will you do to make the earth a cleaner and healthier place for us? There are tons of way to help out, and so many people to help with. If you would like to help out, feel free to ask others to help along with you. The more that help, the more there are to make the earth cleaner and safer for its people.

A few things that you can do to help is to plant trees, pick up litter, save energy, recycle, and reuse anything that does not need to be thrown away. Earth day is all about help the earth and the living things on it, including us. If you want to see a healthier planet that you would like to raise your kids on, please help everyone be a part in the Go green activities.

i apologize for not writing a journal in forever, but i have been soo busy, college keeps me late nights. Fortunately, I will have a few art works to post for those who have been waiting for new art from me. This summer I plan to get in some more furry art since I have been slacking on them, and no time to really draw anything for myself anyway. I have been working on tight realism, getting down techniques and skills to a piece of work to make it look as real as I can get it. So far everyone that has seen me work on them love them all. I am called the master of hair and fur :) I like that, because it makes me feel good to be known at the best for something lol. I will be staying one more year at my college to build up a better and more outstanding portfolio for my transfer. My professor really likes my work and is choosing work that he would do himself, as a challenge for me.

Today is also my birthday, i am no longer a teen, YAY! I am happy and proud to have made it to 20 years and still lots of plans and goals to accomplish ahead of me that I look forward to. Tomorrow my family is giving me a small party to celebrate and my lovely man will be there too and today is also 4 months for my man and I <3. Gotta love good times :P Well I must be going, so I wish you all a good day. Peace <3

Spent all last night bowling with my family, it was so much fun. I won the first game, but my arm got sore so I didn't do well the second. I wish I could go bowling more often, my dads gunna have to teach me some cool techniques as well :) Hope every one is having a great weekend!
