Sorry im so slow to upload here, generally i use FA as a sorta “archive”

Thank you all for the +faves and +Watches and all the good stuff. But it's time to address why I'm not uploading to FA as often as Twitter or Discord groups.

The answer is pretty simple.. Restrictions on files.

To upload to virtually any other media platform, you simply post the image directly from whatever device you're using. The service will resize and recompress your file, which isn't GREAT but it allows sharing with ease.

To upload to FA you must resize your image to meet the image requirements, must use a format accepted by the standards, and then you must re-upload the resized image to the resolution you require (which is technically against the rules but fuck you, it's not 2004 anymore). In addition FA will recompress the file anyway and you'll have to hit the Download link to get the original, which as I've seen can often be stored as the wrong file type and make certain browsers freak out.

It's not that i hate the platform, or the owners/operators of FA or anything of that nature, I just find it easier to be like "Dick s n' tits. send tweet" and that means a lot.

On a side note i might launch a Google Sites hosted website in the future as they have excellent gallery tools that allow re-sharing and access to hi-rez files.
