....Then I got some Food Poisonning going on and I couldn't do sh*t!

Me? Still busy but seeing the end of it;
Been re-doing some Roleplay games with my IRL buddies and in general feeling overall way better!

Updates on my Moving

Yeah very sorry for the lack of... pretty much anykind of updates lately
very sorry.....
The good news is that my moving is pretty much DONE!
The Old House is sold and I'm happy that it's finally done...
... even though it's never fun to leave the old "Familly Nest"....
The only things remaining are just minor administrative stuffs and some adjustment of my interior....
Other than that, I'm mostly focused on finish probably one of the biggest commission I ever done....
After that, I may take a short break of a few days/ maybe a week, then FINALLY re-opening commissions FOR REALSIES!!!!
I thank you all for being patient with me and that uneasy situation...
Now, since it is April 1st , I cant just leave on such a downer note....

I'm very sorry I couldn't be more active and such but I'm so tired lately...
I still WILL finish my last piece but I may do a small break before re-opening commissions, maybe just to make sure all is settled ( like any administration stuff, any small arrangement to make and other things....)

I'll say I'm almost done with my moving ( need to finalize stuffs) BUT I am well enough settled to FINALLY work back on commissions!!
Need to finish some LOOONG over-due ones before really opening commissions for real ( and probably change my prices)

So I'll do that....

Last Journal of 2021

Just wanted to write a Quick Journal before going off to enjoy the New Year Eve...
This year.... hasn't been the best to say the least....
especially in the later half, where things got a bit more messy and stressfull for my IRL life....
It did slowed me down A LOT, especially this December where I started to process to move to a new place...
But I'll try to make it more of a Fresh Re-start!
I mean a new appartment, a new drawing desk! New Ideas....
Plus, the previous year wasn't TOO BAD;
I have worked on my stress/ anxiety ( started meditating and Cardiac coherences) and have been more part of a Tabletop Gaming Club and have socialized DESPITE COVID....
so I'll try to continue all of that in 2022!!
And that TableTop Gaming Club? They play lots of Warhammer and Skirmish games like Warcry and Killteam so that give me an reason to get back into such hobby and ACTUALLY PLAY with people!! Not just collecting Figures!!
That gave me things to do for the week-ends!
But The Main Thing I wish to change in 2022, is to manage to be quicker on my drawings while still maintaining the same quality!
In the later part of this year, I felt like I was getting REAAAALLY TOOO SLOOOOW in my work!
I feel like I need to fix that!!
and maybe I need to be more active with maybe more journals and stuff like that!
Maybe make more uses of that Ko-fi page I made!
after all, nowadays, any helps is welcome!
I even posted a WIP on the main work I have been working on the past few weeks on it if you desire to see and maybe donate a lil bit to show appreciation!

I know I have been wishing to reach the Big 2K Watchers on Deviantart before 2022 arrived but I missed that Milestone by like 40 people ( So close!!!)
and I felt like if I were more active and quicker on my drawings, I would have reached it!
Well I hope to never do that mistake again!!
I want to thanks EVERYONE who stayed with me even if I posted fewer pieces in the past few months....
I'll try to do better!
who knows? Since I though about getting more into the Wargaming and Roleplay Games with figures scene, maybe I could post pics of the Figures I made if people are interested!
Let's try to be more positive and try to make 2022 a better year that the last!!!

Christmas Update

I just wanted to make a thing or 2 clear before going celebrate Christmas Eve...
First, I honestly feel sorry for the HUGE delays in my commission works!!
This moving to a new appartment have been taxing on my schedule and my morale!
BUT it should be all fixed up by early January so I'll try my best to continue until then and try to catch up!
I think In General, one of my resolution for 2022 will be to find a way to be faster while keeping my quality standards!
So, for the people who are waiting for commissions on my part, I'm very sorry!
I'll try to make up to you!
I didn't manage to find time to join the all "Guennol Lionness Contest" that have been going on and I dont think I'll be able to do a "Best Art of 2021" thing...
May also have to Skip the Lunar Calendar Pic to be sure to not have any delays anymore....

My Moving is going well

as the title say, my moving to a new appartment is somewhat going well!
maybe not as fast as me and my familly want ( would rather have it funny done BEFORE the Holidays ends and work start again) but still...
But clearly, it has its toll on my drawing and commissions work...

and pretty sure I can kiss goodbye my chance to join on the Guennol Lionness thing....
I'll try to give you updated on the process and how things are going but rest assured that I regret the delay this all have on my work!

I have recently started to sort of all my belonging before moving to my new appartment in the coming month....
( God! I do regret having hoarded all thoses Comics during my Art-school years now!!!)
Not even mentionning the figures for Warhammer....
So I'm quite busy doing quite the CULLING of my stuff so I'll be slowed.... again...
