Wow, that whole business with the FA outage is kinda crazy. I was looking away when it all went down. The series of NE GTS Perspective pieces I posted the other day seem to have been affected, which is kind of upsetting. They'll go back up! I just need to find a few seconds to sit down and re-submit them.

Anyway, my apologies for being so quiet; things have quieted down a little at work, but we're discussing some major events here at home, so I'm busy as ever.

Happy March!

I landed a job! Full-time, permanent, and everything! My financial situation is finally looking like it could be solid again, so thank goodness for that. :P

The downside to that, of course, is that my ability to take commissions will suffer heavily. And right now, it's going to suffer a lot. We're absolutely swamped at work right now; I worked an 11-hour shift on my first day (normally they wouldn't have asked me to stay so late, but I'm working in my husband's office and he had to stay, so I did, too) and we can expect the same for the foreseeable future.

As long as I'm working more than 40 hours a week, I probably won't have the energy to take commissions; once things calm down, I might shift into a limited-number monthly cycle. I'll be feeling things out and trying to make it all work out. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Oh, did I mention that I got married on Valentine's Day? I think I might have forgotten to say something. haha oops

Anyway, I hope you guys are having a great time out there. :)

Happy February!

Here's to a wonderful month to all you lovely people out there~! Things are going pretty alright for me; I've finally replaced my rust-bucket of a car with a new-to-me used 97 Toyota Camry LE (yay for reliability AND leg room!) and I got my taxes done (it took a while for my W2 to come in from my old job). I wound up being pretty busy between car-puchasing (subsequently followed by a series of phone calls and trips to the DMV) and going on an interview last week, in addition to scratching a personal art itch. But I will have new pieces going up soonish~

psion was kind enough to commission me once again this week, so I'm hard at work on that right now, in addition to a short series of Valentine's Day themed pictures for the WoW characters. :3

So, how are you guys doing? Any interesting plans for the month, Valentine's or otherwise? (I hope they're good plans!)

As for me, Valentine's Day is also my and my fiance's anniversary, so we're looking forward to a nice weekend at home followed by a dinner and movie night on Monday (because we hate crowds and there's no way we're going out on Sunday evening!).

Hi everyone!

I am finally set up to do some livestreaming for you lovely people! I will be using Picarto.TV, and you can find a link to it here. It's also in my profile information at the top of my Userpage, as well as in every header for journals. I will do my best to keep the header updated as well as make announcement journals every time I go live (which will be deleted once I go offline).

I do not know how often I will be broadcasting, but they'll probably be spur-of-the-moment deals. Please keep in mind that any times posted are from the Pacific Time Zone (PT). (PST: UTC -8:00 ; PDT: UTC -7:00)

Scheduled Livestreams will be less frequent, but if one does get scheduled, I'll do my best to post a journal for it before it happens, as early as possible!

As far as I know, I don't think Picarto.TV has any limitation on how long I can stream, or on how many people can join me. If you ever have any issues with the stream, just let me know, either in the chat, or through pm. If it's something I can take care of, I will do my best! If not, well, things happen. D:

The holidays are right around the corner (or ongoing for some of you) and this can be a happy and stressful time of year. I hope everyone out there is doing alright. <3

As for me, unemployment finally came through, so hurray for being able to afford rent, etc again! lol

I've been spending a lot of time doodling between job applications, and I'm working on a sequence of images for Night Elf Giantess right now that I hope you guys will like! In the meantime, I hope you're enjoying the commissions from psion! :)

I thought I'd provide you all with a little update after all this time.

Firstly: I am opening commissions for the week of 10/10 - 10/18! Please check out my Commission Info and Terms and Conditions for more info! I will keep a list of current commissions below for review. If you would like to claim one of the limited spots for this time, please send me a private note! I want to take on as many commissions as I can feasibly finish, but I will be trying to avoid taking too many on either.

Secondly: Why am I suddenly opening commissions after all this time? Quite simple! I wound up injuring my shoulder recently, and it's affecting my ability to work. My boss encouraged me to take the week off and rest up, and since drawing is not very intense for my shoulder, I thought I'd try to offset the hours I won't be paid for this month. x.x Plus, I've been looking forward to opening commissions when I finally get the opportunity, and it has finally arrived!

Thirdly: Thank you so much to all my followers and everyone who has ever viewed, favorited, or shared my work. I truly appreciate the love. I hope you continue to enjoy the future works I provide for your viewing pleasure. :D

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION

--Payment is due within 3 days of being confirmed for a commission slot. If payment has not been received within that time, then that spot will be forfeit.* I want avoid turning away potential commissioners once my plate gets full; taking a spot without paying for your piece is not only unfair to me, but also to those I have to turn away.
--No part of the piece will be started before payment has cleared.
--I accept Paypal only. No exceptions.
--No Refunds will be returned on pieces that have been started.
--I reserve the right to change my prices as I see fit. Commissions in progress will not be affected by the price changes.
--I have the right to cancel your commission at any time, for any reason that I see fit. If the commission has not reached the stage for which you have paid, the difference will be returned to you (ie. If you have paid for a full colored piece but I have only gotten to the line work, I will refund you the difference. You will not get your money back for the lines, since I have already done that work).


STREAM


--I reserve the right to stream pieces at my discretion.
--If you do not want your piece streamed, you may opt-out in the commission form under Streaming Opt-Out.
--Requests to work on a piece only while streaming will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but I reserve the right to refuse such a request.
--I will do my best to accommodate requested streaming times for Commissioners, but I reserve the right to refuse to stream because of time conflicts.


GENERAL

--Know what you want. Have references (written, visual,or both) ready before work begins on your piece. If I have to do the legwork for you I will charge a research fee.***
--Major changes will be allowed while a piece is in the sketch phase only ( ie, pose, positioning, etc.). I do contact you throughout the art process for a reason, and if you give the go-ahead to start the lining/coloring process for a sketch, then you are agreeing to what has been drawn. Minor changes will still be made before the piece is finalized.
--Please be available to discuss works-in-progress in a reasonable amount of time. I understand that life can get pretty crazy, but in order to get your piece to you as quickly as I can, I do need to be able to contact you to make sure there are no changes that need to occur.
--Do not take my ideas to another artist. I generally sketch out rough ideas, and in some cases help a commissioner create an idea a while before their piece comes up to be finalized. If I find out you have taken these ideas and/or rough sketches to someone else, you will be removed from my commission list and refunded the difference in work done, including a consultation fee.
--Commissions will be done in the order I see fit. It is not a first-pay/first-up basis unless otherwise noted.
--By commissioning me, you agree that you own full rights to all characters, settings, objects, etc., or have permission to use them from whomever does own them.
--Reposting your commission to your account is allowed. Please post a link back to the original artwork, or post credit (with a link to my profile) in your description.
--I retain the copyright, including the rights to reproduce the original artwork, distribute/repost the image elsewhere and use it in my portfolio or for self-promotion.
--Distribution Licenses will be considered on a case by case basis.
--I retain the right to post the artwork that I create, unless otherwise specified that the commissioner would prefer to keep it a private piece. Please state before completion of you intend on keeping the piece private.

TIME FRAMES / UPDATES
--You have 1 month from the completion of the piece for minor changes to be made on a case by case basis.** 
--I try to get all owed pieces done within the month that the commission is taken, but sometimes this is not possible. Time frames for pieces are truly case by case, and as a general rule please allow up to 3 months for a piece to be finished.
--Update requests are welcome, but please keep the number of requests reasonable.


RIGHTS AND REFUSALS

--I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
--I reserve the right to work on personal art at my discretion.
--I retain full rights to the artwork. You may not distribute the piece for Commercial Purposes, you may not take credit for the artwork and claim it as created by you. If you repost the art, written credit and link-back is mandatory. If you have questions about this please contact me.
--No other ToS will override mine for my artwork. Please be aware of this and, if you cannot comply, please do not commission.


*I know sometimes things happen that are out of our control, so if the payment will be more than the 3 days, please contact me to work out the details. If this becomes a reoccurring issue, then I will be forced to hold you to the 3 day limit with no exceptions.
** Generally, if I have to change the linework there will be a fee, but something like eye color, for example, can be done for free. However, as stated earlier, this is a case by case basis.

ADOPTABLES

-- Once purchased, they are your characters. You can do any changes/alterations/edits to the design of the adoptable. 
--You are allowed to repost the original adoptable image to your gallery. Please give credit for original adoptable artwork.
--You may trade the design for other designs, or resell the design for equal to or less than what you originally paid. The exception to this rule is if there is additional artwork of the character, then you may increase the price to accommodate for those pieces. 
--If you sell or buy a character I made please let me know! It is not required, but I like to keep tabs on my characters and see future art! it also helps solve any problems in the future about who rightfully owns a character if I can trace back it's sale history. 
--Profiteering will be terms for immediate repossession of the adoptable and you will be blacklisted from further adoptables and commissions.
