Posted 13 years agoSo, as it turns out I've decided to follow up on my great time at AC with attenting at FC next year! I'll head over to California in january to meet some friends and then hang out at the con area to hopefully make some new ones :D
Staying at:
San Jose Marriott
Arrival and Departure:
Early Friday morning thru Monday until noon
Mode of transportation:
Over to the states: airplane
Over to San Jose: car
While at the con: legs
Rooming with:
dj_mixer and 
polarpaws were friendly enough to let me room with them :D
Who will I likely see you with?
dj_mixer will be occupied at his table with 
voln a bunch, so I'll probably tag along with polarpaws, 
cybill and

This is my second con after AC and my first time at FC, I'm just gonna chill and go with the flow! Hopefully I'll bump into some cool peeps and awesome artists :3
How can I find you?
I'll be all over the place, most probably. Just look for the bigass mofo with glasses, spontaneously breakin' into dancing

Back from AC and NYC
Posted 13 years agoPost-AC journal, a tad later than everyone else but I did spend the week after in NYC with friends! Been home a couple of days now getting adjusted to everyday life again.
I could try to recollect everything and namedrop a whole bunch, but since I'm inevitably going to forget someone and somethings I'm simply going to keep this short haha. You all know who you are anyway <3
Anyway AC was such an incredible experience, I had the time of my life x1000 and that's not even exaggerating. I would like to thank everyone and anyone I had the pleasure to meet and talk to, even for just a bit. So many nice people and so much talent all in the same spot, absolutely insane. A lot of people were aware of who I was and often mentioned they followed me here or on tumblr haha. I'm sorry I don't know how to properly react to such comments, but each and everyone of you have all my love. I don't know how to express how thankful I am <3
Also a huge thanks for all of my roommates, 1004 and 1005 YOU WERE THE GREATEST BUNCH. I'm real glad a lot of you where also in NYC afterwards so that we could spend at least some more time together. I highly recommend giving it a visit! There has been some real talent involved and I enjoy being able to collaborate on it. It's a good opportunity to improve on art and it's a great read, on top of that!

I really got into going through other artists inspirations, so I decided to try this out myself. It required a lot of brainwork at first, but as I got started the squares more or less filled themselves.
Some panels simply shows where I came from, while others more of hint where I'm going. Certain ones are also more about the style/series/show/art/whatevs rather than the characters themselves. With that said though, I'm still more of a character artist than anything else.
