My drawing tablet is dying

I have a big problem on my hands. My wacom is slowly dying and I'll need to buy a new one pretty soon...
I have a simple tablet, without a screen or anything. And I really-really want to buy a more professional one. But if mine wacom dies before I buy a new one - I'm screwed.
I don't really know what to do, because I don't have a lot of followers who can pay for a commission and I don't really want to beg for money.
Tablets in Russia are very pricey and we have to pay a tax for things from AliExpress for things that cost more than 200 dollars. And this tax is almost always cost the same amount and even bigger than the purchase itself.
And I'm especially sad 'cause my bd is around the corner.
200$ is a lot of money for me... I can live on that for a long time... I can't even buy a phone for myself right now hahaha
Can you imagine a person without a phone in this day and age? I can. It's me :"D
Anyway, is it rude to ask you guys for donations or, maybe, commissioning me?What about a livestream?

It's a very big day for me, because i get to celebrate it with my mom! And my dad will call me to congratulate me >///U///<
