Opening for commissions $15 color and shade
Posted 12 years agoOn school break and have nothing better to do. Will be happy to take on commissions which i should be able to turn around pretty fast.
Will do $15 fully shaded etc with $5 per characters with a basic background.
to get an idea of what i can draw just check out my inflatable/inflation page
anderpssqueak seeing im more active therebut it doesn't mean i only draw that stuff, pretty open to most things so just ask if you are curious

Posted 12 years agoas a lot of you know i'm doing my bachelors degree in audio engineering and sound production. In the near future i plan to get my paws on the waves gold bundle ( http://www.waves.com/bundles/gold ) so i can do top quality mixing and mastering at home. I'm already running the new pro-tools 11 and have spend more than a grand on studio monitors and an audio interface so i have fairly decent gear. I'm able to send you some mastered songs if requested which got me a high distinction in my studio class. not sure on the prices yet but it will be fairly cheap. If you have people lookng to get stuff mixed and mastered it would be great if you could link them my way. thanks in advance guys :)

Posted 12 years agoLast couple of days I've just been feeling like shit for multiple reasons and I feel stuck. I feel I'm a different person compared to what I was a year ago because I'm realising more and more how much life sucks and how much people can be dicks. I've been struggling to get by money wise and only have just enough to get by. I can't afford to go out and be social without having to borrow money and could only just afford to see my other half last weekend. I may only have 15 hours a week of classes but assignments can easily fill up that excess time makes getting a job difficult. I just don't know how much longer I can do this. I love my course but uni is seriously fucking me up mentally and its changing me. I don't feel myself anymore. I just feel depressed and an anti social twat. I just honestly wish I had something better to fall back on instead of moving to Perth with my family. I love it in Melbourne and I don't want to leave but its so fucking expensive to live out of home.

I have access to some pretty awesome gear through my school and they are cool to let me hire out studios.
i'm willing to tackle any style and pretty much willing to do it for free but if i do get any interest a donation would be nice cause it is a lot of effort plus i would like to be able to improve on my home studio.
all i ask is the quality of the recordings are decent quality and the music has been composed by yourself

dont post much music on FA but fuck these guys are amazing. their music is seriously above everything else and they fucking shred. recently been jamming along to it and can get some decent riffs going so might get a song going maybe. but listen to these guys, fucking awesome stuffmy wishlist for santa (or stuff ill never get)

midfur overview
Posted 13 years agofor me midfur had its ups and downs for many reasons, the downs being i was working 90% of the time on the audio team and not really having time to socialize like i wanted to. plus this work was lets just say rather stressful and on edge where anything could just randomly conk out (which happened a few times). but on the bright side of all this, it is really good work experience plus i got the honor of being able to help set up laser man http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgIZrSlPuko which was fucking amazing and made up for all of the hard work. also i really enjoyed the dance parties and we got a pretty awesome lighting set-up going plus lighting desks are so fun to play with.
moving on and despite working quite a lot, i did manage to meet a few awesome people which were extremely fun to hang out with and drink with.

5. ENSLAVED - RIITIIR
simply put, im a pretty big fan of enslaved and their sound and ive been listening to this a fair bit and been one of those albums i keep coming back to, my favorite song would have to be death in the eyes of the dawn.
4. KATATONIA - Dead End Kings
ever since i first listened to katatonia ive been in love with the album the great cold distance and has been my favorite katatonia album until dead end kings was released. just love how in parting just perfectly kicks off the album and just makes the rest of the album an experience. for me this is the perfect easy listening album for people who love extreme metal. my favorite song would have to be the one you are looking for is not here
3. DYING FETUS - Reign Supreme
this album is brutal as fuck, the intro to invert the idols just sent chills down my spine with how in your face it was and gave a perfect impression as to how the rest of the album would be like. its nothing new for dying fetus in my opinion but everything is tight and sounds amazing. my favorite song would have to be devout atrocity
2. WINTERSUN - Time I
if you haven't listened to this album yet then fuck you, just kidding but seriously check this album out. i had extremely high expectations for this album and it somehow just rose above that and left me stunned. i was expecting more of a sound like their first album but i fell instantly in love with their huge symphonic sound they have introduced, especially the amazing progression. this has left me so eager for part 2 of time. my favorite song on time would be darkness and frost.

was a hard choice between this and wintersun but seeing how i've listened the hell out of this album already and it still sounds like the first time its definatly my choice for number 1. simply put this album is melodic death metal done perfectly and the harmonies are incredible. I also didn't believe they could top their previous album stone's reach because that is a masterpiece but somehow they did. to me of breath and bone sounds more mature and better structured so i seriously can't wait to see what be'lakor have next cause they are still a pretty young band. Definatly check these guys out because they are really under-rated. my favorite song would have to be fraught.

Posted 13 years agojust thought id do an overview of things simply cause im rather bored at the moment.
currently living in a lounge room with nearly all my stuff boxed away simply cause my previous place fell apart, but im in the middle of finding a new place. i can't say i hate my current situation, i actually rather enjoy it because i am living with people i care for dearly and it was either this or being shipped over to perth with my family and i would have to drop my course in audio engineering. but i will find a new place soon at least.
music wise i've had on my mind to leave my current band. with school and not having much money i cant afford to travel two hours to my previous town i lived in to jam with the band. we cant gig simply cause we dont have a drummer and i dont honestly see that happening for a while. plus it kinda stresses me that im getting chucked the load of the lead guitarist cause he doesn't practise plus im also doing vocals. i just feel id be better to just start my own little project up once i get a new place seeing all my recording gear is packed away and it will be more relaxed and if a band position pops up in melbourne id happily fill the position none the less, just my current band is just well stressful.
also extremely pumped for MIDfur which is december 4th-8th. i generally know heaps more people now so it will be a better experience then last year plus lots of drinking shenanigans FUCK YES!!!!! but not too much seeing im also going to be helping with audio for panels and dance parties. but none the less super excited :D
also lastly thought id cover the details on why im getting inflatable art. simply put yes im into that sort of stuff >.>. I've just been closeted about it ever since i joined the fandom cause i dont take to well to judgement from others. i just felt recently i should just be open about and be happy because it was one of the stronger reasons as to why i joined the furry fandom and pretty much is how i found out about it, so to simply put it, i wouldnt probably know about the fandom or be associated with the fandom otherwise. also im not going to be all in your face like "OMG I LIEK SQUEAKY INFLATABLES ZOMFG" cause i know some people probably dont like the art so pretty much the art is staying on FA. so thats pretty much why i haven't put the art on facebook etc. so yeah to simply put it, my fursona will predominantly be an inflatable but ill probably keep it an online things where ill probably pose my normal fursona at con's etc.

my outlook on treating people
Posted 13 years agoif i meet new people ill try and give them my time and be the best friend i can be. I treat my good friends better then family and I've done this all my life. but if someone i give my time to says or does nasty things to me and my friends, ill treat them the same way. It may seem harsh but being walked over my entire life through school and being disowned by so called friends, i stick to who i believe is true to me and keep them close and show my dark side to the people who treat others badly simply because they dont deserve to be around people having a good time.

Posted 13 years agohey guys, this account lets just say has been pretty dead ever since i stopped drawing art cause i got bored of it but things might become active again. this has been on my mind for a long while is to start a small little music project and now it seems its the best time to start due to a big change in life. most of you know ive moved to melbourne (finally!!!!) about a month ago so i can study audio engineering and sound production. loving every minute of it and its just given me so much knowledge (and a 4k scholarship >.>) to further myself.I have a little studio going which ill work on improving as time goes by but for now, i couldn't be happier with my set-up. but back to the music project i've been eager to get going, i've had heaps of idea's going through my head in the past week or so, so hopefully something comes good out of it and my FA maybe will be active again, maybe....... XD

Posted 13 years agoill do the life stuff first. ok im single again and pretty much the reason why i broke up was because i had so much crap going on in life that i just had to let go. ive had centrelink fuck me around, my nan is on her death bed and family always up in my grill. what made me crack was when some homophobic pricks caused trouble on a train but ill leave it at that.

i do want to get back into drawing but i just dont feel the point really. Im more focused on guitar and i tend to give up easy when it comes to drawing cause i dont have a steady hand and i have to high of standards and my art takes a while to draw. I also would like to get a paypal set up so i can start charging for my work because for the amount of effort i usually put in, i feel i should get a small amount of money at least.
i just want to see who thinks i should draw again.
