Passed Software Engineering 2 :333 Only two left until I graduate :3 Here's hoping...

No matter what, I've passed Technologies for Intelligent Systems. Most likely with a 15/20, which isn't terrible. Tommorow I have an exam for Software Engineering 2, and on the 19th, the last one for Person-Machine Interaction. Still waiting for the Networks 3 results.

I'll keep posting more as I clear more stuff. I'll draw after I know I graduated.

I just passed Distributed Information Systems. The score will be something between 13 and 15 out of 20. My teacher acted like the final boss in something like Dark Souls at the oral, we had to know what we all did in the project, and why our decisions were better than the other group's, and if we made errors, we had to admit them. Only 4 of my group of 6 passed. The other 2 now need to try for the special epoch, which is in July, kinda like a last chance round. I felt bad for them, I did most of the java work. (We couldn't be together in Uni because safety measures)

Now I have 4 more to do. The next one is this friday. I'll keep you guys in touch.

I will be having some tests/exams over the course of late May and June, so this may inhibit my art mood more than it already is. Anyone who commissions me during this time may have a longer turnout period than usual. Good news is once I'm done, I'll officially be graduated. :3

Might do art soon, thinking of getting a few trades and such, if possible. Also Kozr's lore is a massive mess atm. Dunno what was I thinking. Same with Mezhul's current ref. My issue is motivation atm. But I'll work on those. Someday. I dunno.

Twitch has been better to me than regular television atm, Dondaz showed me a new twitch channel which is hilarious, it's about a guy trolling scammers, in fact the folks online I know have been fun to talk to. Though I'm just another yelling away from a depressive mood. This tends to happen when I least expect it.

As for art, commissions are still open, defo feeling better at this current time, however, I may do some practice art soonish. I don't know. My mood is erratic.

Once again I lost the will to draw. idk. shitty times are upon us. Been slightly distracted with fortnite because it all has come down to this. Mostly casual though, will never be good at it, so I just do xp challenges and play with Button the Lugia. Also been wondering, what if this never ends? What if the globalists have won and have us cornered, and will make our lives even shittier? Hence why I'm thinking so short term atm. I'm still doing Uni projects and all, because I have to, but my thinking has gone towards a diffrent place. To just existing. I won't bother with april fools. I'm not like most folks. I can't stay positive atm.

Despite all this, commissions are still open.

I'm thinking of making a full fledged reference for Kaizhul on the tail end of this next week. Why? I eventually will want a model of him, been thinking way too much about him to not want one, but the current reference kinda sucks atm, I want to refine a few things. (Actual size of belly and such) I got Uni work to do this week over the world wide web hence the tail end of the week part. As usual, I may or may not do things, depends on my mood on saturday.

So I got this e-mail today stating one subject's intercalars were outright cancelled due to the Rhythm of the Night virus, and Networks 3 intercalars will be either delayed or cancelled too. Ever since software engineering 1 I'm not as worried about doing whole subjects by exam, but idk what's going to happen. I heard the government may close my Uni (Which will lead to my exams and graduation being delayed I think). I never expected such extreme measures since this didn't happen with the last 5 or so viruses, idk.

I will finish shadow either Friday or Saturday. Not tommorow because SID work.

My laptop suffered an electrical fault according to the guys at Mr. Computer, who I came to see this morning. With a very long service time and potentially high cost of repair, I instead got a new laptop alongside my mom.

I of course will have to adapt to the new laptop, putting stuff in it. I did not lose important data, because I have two external hard drives with the stuff I have made/collected over the years. The laptop is much faster than my old one, very snappy so far. It was high time I upped the specs as my old one was slow, annoying to use, and had keyboard problems.

Personnaly I was waiting until I got a job to get a new laptop, but shit happened. I will retribute my gratefulness by completing this bachelor's degree on a high note and getting a job. I've been told coders with a good mindset are in a high tier right now, so I am somewhat confident.

I'll finish my art within this next week. :3

Writing this from my smartphone. My laptop no longer turns on, no bios or anything, so beyond my grasp of repairability. Will have it serviced tommorow morning at the nicest technicians I know.

If they can't fix it, I will have to get a new one. And adapting to it will mean I won't finish my art this weekend.

These may seem like excuses, but given that University work has doubled this semester and I am preparing to get a job, I will just take longer to do things and be motivated to do them.

I haven't had the chance to post/finish the stuff I've done recently because apparently this semester's trying to fuck me with stuff I can only do with a group, while I've done those before, this semester nobody wants to be with me. I only got my Networks 3 group because my teacher forced my groupmates to take me. And I've been randomly given a group in Distributed Information Systems, and I don't know anyone in it and I haven't found any of the other 5 nembers yet. I am stuck having to do this week's portion of the project on my own so I can at least have something.

And at Human-Machine Interaction I asked around and nobody wanted me. So what I'll do is do that one by exam in June. I don't give a fuck. I lost all excitement about a master's degree here. Introverts like myself are fucked this semester, and it sucks. I hope I find a job in FISTA 2020 this march so that I have a safety net.

Because of all this bullshit going on I can't focus on art at all. I'm psychologically broken atm until I get a more stable status this semester.

However next week I have zero University classes so I may be able to finish things.

Lately I feel like I should get back to drawing. I don't know how long this feeling will last. Either it's a today thing, or it will endure until exams are done, on 22 January. (If I'm not unlucky)

I'm thinking of opening commissions/art trades, of course one at a time. Reason is, if there's anything that can gear me, it's the pressure offered by the other person. Of course, this won't be right away after exams, but of course, when I've re-estabilished myself after this stressful period. Sadly prices will increase a bit because of Paypal's bs raise on transaction fees, which are as high as 2€ per transaction, but also to a level that's fair for me and everyone else. I'd say 15€ for a fully shaded picture ala Lord Oberon. So... 7 Sketch/10 Flat/15 Full. I think. Do protest if you want to. :3

I do want to get started with something fun when I am clear of exams. That is, if I still feel like art after 5 days.

Sorry for the mild ramble. I've been suggested lately to get back to drawing to soothe my psyche. I'll be seeing you folks soon, and will update you all if I clear yet another semester first try. :3

Haven't updated this page in 40 days, so here goes:

This year was decent, met a few new people like Ridley-Z and ironed out some relations. I've also been enjoying this hobby of collecting movies I like, and University's still going well, passing everything without fail. I landed this internship, and while it hasn't led to much, I'm hoping they'll take me on or before this year's job fair in early march.

However, as for art, I've had the worst year ever. I definitely have not been drawing as much as I should have, even though I once again visibly improved my art. I've done so little this year that I won't bother with a Lookback picture this year, and of course commissions are still closed for the forseeable future. While I know I should draw more, not just for you guys, but as a means of self-discovery, I just rarely feel like it. I'll defo come back to drawing stuff in the near future. I just don't know when.

I have heard of people with somewhat close connections to myself who are leaving this community for their own reasons, But I won't, this is the only one so far who accepts me for what I truly am. And here I find my audience, like in a comic I saw. If I keep doing my own stuff, that makes me more likely to find likeminded people, which may become good friends. So no, I won't be going away from here. My inactivity may give the assumption that I'm becoming inactive, but if you know me on any discord group I am on, you'll know I'm a very active fellow.

Now, I've got yet another exam period to look forwards to. The second to last one. My only concerns are Data Processing and Networks 2, the rest should be easy. Networks 2 has been the hardest subject for me since Calculus 2, which says quite a bit, however, considering my past history with these things I should be fine. But it also means another deterrent from me getting any art done.

But don't worry, I'm still alive :3

I want to test something  TheRavic told me about a month ago, but after 3 tests in 3 weeks, I lost the will to art once again. Mostly, I have a lack of ideas. I want to draw a shinybeef once more, but want things to be a bit diffrent this time. Maybe more complex too.

Hopefully I'll find the idea that sparks me. Until then, imma stay idle for a while. See you soon~

Networks 2 test went okay-ish. Quite a few concepts I did not see from the exercise PDFs, so I had to guess a bit. Hopefully I pass.

Now that this is over, I might draw again.

I actually feel slightly better about my shading. I know what to do next, if I ever get off my ass to do it. Other than that, University's going decently, nothing out of the ordinary has happened so far. Doing fine.

My birthday's coming soon, on 29 October, aaaaaaand I got a test that day! And it's a hard one. Here's to me getting over it sooner than later.
