Sorry for the absence the past three days, i had some computer issues which required me to reformat my main drive. Now, before those of you who get all up in arms because i was working on something for you, i assure you nothing happened to them. I made it a habit to back up my works on my external. So anyway, i am currently working on getting all my files restored, along with my design software[s]. Things will be a bit delayed, but i will keep everyone up to date. I cannot apologize enough on how long things have taken (over a month in some cases) and even with keeping those of you who have paid updated, i cannot help but to feel bad on this RIDICULOUSLY long wait. I can sit here and go on and on about why it has taken me so long, but i am sure you already know and that is not a good excuse. So here is what i am going to do...

I am buckling down and working on commissions (even right now and it is nearly 5:30am) and to those who have paid i am throwing in extra work to (i hope) make this wait worth while for you. This includes things i am throwing in that you do not have to pay for completely free of charge in hopes to make up for this. Which may include a custom background, extra shading, and even things i do not even offer in commissions due to the details it takes to do.

After i finish this batch, i am going to close down my commissions for a bit to deal with these problems which has happened to arise back up, and when all seems back to normal i am going to try and throw in a few freebies because you guys deserve it, AND it will allow me to get back in my seat and get comfortable with the work load once again.

Well i am back from the first day of court, and i have to say i am very emotionally exhausted. I am not going to do any work on commissions tonight due to some thing really bothering me mentally. I have to go back tomorrow, and hopefully have this stuff rapped up and be on my way in life. I will keep everyone posted when i can. Oh, and also thanks to everyone for the kind words, and keeping me in prayers. I really do appreciate it, even if i do not get to replies on comments. Anyways, i am going to go take a nap.

Well i cant really sleep, so i figured i would blabber my maw a bit to waste some energy. The court day is now here, and even though i should be in bed asleep due to waking up super early in the morning for my ride there, i cannot seem to get relaxed enough to fall asleep. I am just so damn restless right now, and i am ready for this to be over with so i can move on with my life. If you ask me, the sack of shit isnt even worth mine nor anyone else's time, and deserves to be hung up somewhere with what is all against him (oh i adore all the hatemail awaiting me for saying that). Earlier today i did some target practice since that usually calms me down and gets my mind off things, but that did not even work. =\ So i guess i am open to some conversation until i can fall asleep. Perhaps that will help?

Alright, first thing is first to those i am doing commissions for, i am very sorry it has taken so long on some of them. I will be working on some of them hopefully this weekend. Things has just been getting more and more stressful as a day i been waiting for months is about to get here.. early next week. Which leads me to the second thing that i really could use some pep talk about. Some of you which are close friends know what i am talking about when i say the court date is coming up due to privet conversation and stuff like that, and those that do not.. well i cannot get into detail about it just yet, plus i am not willing to talk about it openly until this is done and settled. Now, i know some of you that do not know what i am talking about is thinking "What the hell did he do?".

Well i assure you, i did not do anything at all. This trial is pertaining to someone who did something very very evil to my family, and is currently the only person who i hold a very very strong grudge towards, and with good reason. Anyway, the date set to start the trial is on the 18th, and though i been looking forward to this date in hopes i will get to see this piece of shit who does not belong in human society maybe be put away for life, and crossing my fingers on this.. get put in a cell with a big guy named "bubba" i cannot help but to feel a very overwhelming sense of stress mixed with anxiousness to the point it makes me want to grit my teeth. It is making it hard for me to take a breath and sit down calmly and work on stuff like i normally did. I really doubt with the evidence against him that this person will get out of this and walk, so one thing keeps crossing my mind.. "What should my closing words be when this all ends?". I feel obligated to say something, mainly because the dead cannot talk and i am speaking in their place, but i cannot seem to think of anything that does not sound like it incriminates me with a threat, and i am sure the last thing i need is to be held in contempt or worse. Oh well, i am sure something will come to me that will at least "sound" better on what i think of this hunk of trash, and i need to say it or this will bother me for the rest of my life.

Granted i have done my grieving, and this is the only thing keeping me from closure it is a big part of closing this door behind me, and sealing it tight with a lock. I know some people would say "oh forgive forgive!" but this is not exactly something anyone can forgive, and i do not care who you are or what you say, i will dub you a liar. To be honest, i cannot wait for this person to burn in hell, and the devil is prodding his ass with a pitch fork, and i am not one to curse anyone to hell at all but i want this asshole to suffer just as much as the pain he has caused the family. Oh well, guess i will have to wait on that right? Anyway, yeah.. that is what has been bugging me the past month for those who might have wondered.

As some of you know, i have got a temp job doing hvac again. My on and off days are not too consistent right now since the deal was i would be called in when help is needed. First day went really well though! It is nice to get out and do something for a change. anyway the important part! Due to this work will be a bit slower, and priorities will be taken into consideration with saddens me to say, so i just ask for patients and stuff will get done. I will continued to do art OF COURSE but turn over rates may be a bit different. I will do the best i can, and if you have a commission order from me, and have questions please feel free to ask, or even send me a message on skype if you like (make sure to tell me who you are) All major work progress will mainly be on weekends.

Well after being out of a job for over half of a year i will be going out in the field doing hvac work once again, and honestly it feels quite nice to have a "use" again. 1: Artwork can be requested confidentially using notes, just be sure to mark it as a commission request.

2: No refunds will be accepted once the commission is started, however I will make changes on request. If things come up where I cannot do the commission in a timely manner, a refund will be granted.

3: When requesting, please be as clear as possible on what you want, and avoid “net speak” to prevent Misunderstandings

4: Additional Characters: If you do not own the characters in a request, you must tell me the owner so I can ask permission, and if the content is alright with them.

5: Payment must be before work is done.

6: I host streams when I work, and you are free to join, and will be notified when your request will be worked on. Of course, you can request it not to be streamed.

7: I reserve the right to deny commissions before payment for whatever reason, but hopefully this will not happen.

8:I will do images with my character in it if requested for friends, however I hold the rights of my character(s).

Well, it seems my shoulder is getting better! I can defiantly do work with the hand now that is, but i am still getting the occasional shot of pain. Anyway, to the point, and first thing is first. I will be finishing up the projects on my plate hopefully this weekend, and again i am really sorry for the wait. x.x was really bugging me to be honest, because it should of not taken this long...

Oh, and i will also be opening some public commissions slots, so if you want something keep an eye out for that. To be quite honest, i am a bit nervous since i never did open slots before until now, but that being said there will be guarantees on any art commissioned which i will go into more detail on terms about later. Just doing a little update while i can. I recently pulled my shoulder to the point it is very painful to move, and much less move a mouse or pen around. Not sure how i did it, or why it is coming up now, but that being said art will be on hold until i get to feeling limber again.
