This is one of those journals that makes me wish I could fave journals too somehow.

Okay, so I'm working on a story now, and it's going quite well.. I'm following a new path, that seems to be working in that it helps me write quite a lot, but I still need someone to read through it and tell me honestly if there are sections that needs trimming.. If there are inconsistencies, etc..

You see, I've decided to try and write my stories as if they were novels, by dividing them into chapters (where applicable), and scenes, and then write these, while setting word count goals for myself, and writing something on it every single day.. And it seems to be working quite well, but part of that process is also that someone reads through it, and tells me what's good and what's not, without worrying about hurting my feelings. After all, the only way to get better, is to find out what you do wrong, and then correct it. :)

So.. Anyone interested? ^^;;

Wow.. So much artwork of the puppy lately, it's making me blush sooo much. ^^

So,  honeyhusky and I were talking about how it could be fun for us and  kotokom to have a movie night, and after a bit of chatting back and forth, it soon became apparent that in this regard I was pretty much "one of the girls". *blushes* This led to  honeyhusky drawing this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2236236/

On a train.. One of those that aren't individual rooms but one, big room filled with seats, usually in groups of four seats facing each other in pairs (like 2 facing forward, 2 facing backward, repeat ad nauseum).

Of course! My head would cost money for me to wanna shave it, but the rest just depends on who asks me to.

Nope, and I don't really fancy going to one either. They seem a bit too tame.

 swat tagged me, and although I don't really do memes, my journal -is- amazingly empty, so I shall still post 6 weird habits/facts/dislikes about myself, but I am not going to tag anyone. I don't believe in spreading these kinda things.. It's kinda like a disease in the way it spreads.. o.o

1. My memory is in a way split in that certain things I can memorize after seeing it once (something that sometimes annoys people to no end), and other types of information just wont stick, like dates and phonenumbers and the likes. I'm 26 (heh.. Almost wrote 25 there.. Have trouble remembering my own age too), and yet I still cannot remember how old my mother, my brother, my father, and my girlfriend is, let alone most of my friends. Nor do I remember birthdays unless I have an alarm to notify me of them.. Some of the people I mentioned I can remember the age of because I've had to remember it recently, and it sticks for a bit after that, but usually slips away after a week or two.

2. I work as a programmer, and I love my job. However that's not the quirk.. The oddity is that one of the things I like to do when I'm not working, and just wanna relax, maybe have a bit of fun.. Is to program as well. Apparently it's -not- normal to do in your spare time what you do at work. Hence why I mention it here.

3. I drink coffee, and I love to do so, despite the fact that I'm not all that hot on the taste of it, so what I often like to do is let the coffee cool down quite a bit, and then drink the entire mug down in one go. ^^;; And then when I decide I want to enjoy it, I can do so in many different ways. Sometimes adding stuff to it (cream, sugar, milk, or syrup), sometimes not.

4. The place I go when I need to think, that works best is the bathroom.. No kidding.. I grab my laptop, or pen and paper, and just sit there, as I note things down.

5. I absolutely adore cooking, as long as I get to do it for others, and not just myself. And I tend to go out of my way to make it as delicious as possible for the people involved. ^^

6. I went from hating pretty much every single part of myself, body and otherwise, to loving it all, despite all its obvious flaws, because I realized that my girlfriend loves me no matter what, and hating any part of myself, is hating something she loves.. And so I ended up actually loving myself.. In a strictly non-egotistical way, mind you :P

I've been thinking a bit.. Yes I know that's a very dangerous thing to do, but I've done it anyway.. I have a LiveJournal as well, and on there I've noticed what I would call LJ Whores.. People who just shamelessly add friends left and right, hoping some will add them back just because they can, thus ending up with thousands of "friends", of which maybe a couple of hundreds are mutual friends..

Now the thing I've been wondering is.. Since I'm not an artist, and is unlikely to publish anything anytime soon, maybe except for stories as I do occasionally write those, but nevermind that, since I haven't written any to put on here.. Thing is, I add the artists that I really think are great, and that I want to keep an eye on, to see what they've done since last, and in some cases I'm even interested in their lives as well, so I follow their journals as well.. But I don't contribute much myself, other than the odd, and probably usually lame, comment on a submission or journal entry..

So.. Am I an FA Whore? Or am I simply using FA the way it was meant to be used? I know very few will read this, but hey.. I needed to at least get it off my chest.
