I'm now disabled in America, where they're rounding up 'undesirables'.

We have eugenics in its infancy stages. I'm scared. It's going to get worse.

I'm on disability: I get less than $1k a month. That is LESS than a month's rent for a SINGLE or STUDIO. I have roommates.
I'm on food stamps: I get $5 shy of $300. For the month. I have so many food sensitivities, including gluten, eating isn't cheap. It's painful, literally.
I'm on medicare and medicaid because I'm disabled.

I tried to save for a passport, but I couldn't. I had a stupid emergency and I have nothing. I don't even have savings. I need help.
I'm willing to work, more than willing, but I am disabled, I have so many stupid limitations, that I HAVE to work from home.
I am Trying. SO FUCKING HARD.

For those who don't know, CT got hit with some flashfloods thanks to the hurricane.
I mean, if you don't watch the news (for good reason), a lot of places got FUCKED.
One of those places... well the bridge over the dam broke, and there was a landslide further up the road from there.

I haven't introduced myself in a journal for a while.

Hello, my name is Angeltsuki / Val.

I am a Ecchi Artist with goals of a Nsfw Artist.
I've been doing art all my life, and I am still always learning and improving.
I enjoy doing Art Trades. I also enjoy doing gift art for my friends.
I have a loving Partner. He is a huge support to me and my art.
I love pin ups, cute things, spooky things, and fantasy.

I am disabled, which affects my ability to function, some days worse than others.
However I do my best everyday :3

I have 4 cats that I love dearly and spoil with love and care.
They're my kids/babies, so I do just call them my kids. I know they're fur-kids,
but I tend to just ignore that. I can't have kids, so they're my kids.
They're all indoor babies.
Yin and Cami, they are from the same litter.
Yin was the first of my babies, and is my ESA (raised and trained from kittenhood), so
she's extra special to me. Doesn't like other people and is Princess in personality and mouthy.
Cami is very sweet and extremely shy. She is ghost when people come over. Is the most demanding for cuddles.
Hecate, she is actually one of Cami's kittens. She's no longer a kitten lol. She's chunky tanky like a toddler.
Duchess is sweet and dumb. She has little survival skills. Loves attention and cuddles.

I will flat out admit I mismanaged my funds.
I paid for my cellphone bill before rent because I was sick of having rent, then autopay taking out the money RIGHT
when I need it to pay rent. I wanted to avoid that this month. I fucked up. I didn't double check that the 10th would
fall on or AFTER a Wednesday (when my partner gets paid). I paid the other bills that I typically pay as I usually do.

Then I had my partner pick up my meds, and bless his heart, he paid FULL price for one of them. I didn't think he would.
I didn't think I had to tell him to not do that. I typically ask them to hold whatever one my insurance is being a dick about,
and he didn't, he just accepted it with a deep sigh.

I fucked up. I really really did.

Those of you that know, Canada has been on fire and the smoke has been blowing into the northern part of the states.
The smoke... killed one of our dogs, Charlie 14m dachshund. RIP Charlie </3

I've been smelling smoke throughout my apartment despite windows being closed, and I decided to get an air filter.
I tossed it on my Emergency credit card, but it was money that I don't have.

I would love if people could commission me so I can afford it without going in the hole. Even if it wasn't for myself,
I know my cats don't deserve that. The last 2 days have been better, but the news said that we're expected to have
smoke again tmro.

Honestly when I first smelled it I thought one of the neighbors was having a small fire pit going on with company.
