Hi there!

Anyone here has changed accounts before due to wanting a different username?
I changed my other accounts (tumblr, twitter) because I'm rebranding my username for a lot of reasons. I wanted to do this here as well but since there's no way to change usernames I'm wondering if I can create another account and slowly transition into it. Anyone has done this before? Kinda bummed out about starting all over again from nothing ;w ;

If I do decide to go forward I'll let everyone know and still post in this account until I move to the other one entirely ~

Hi there friends.
It's been a while, I know. How are you all doing? (If you're waiting for any comms by me check your notes!)
First of all, a question for artist friends who make art as a side / main source of income: How do you deal with time management and mental health when working from home? I'm jobless and I'll be living off comms for a while, but I'm still struggling with my mental illness a lot. :/

I had some pretty bad months (I'm diagnosed with bipolar disorder) dealing with a really bad depressive episode which left me pretty much unable to like anything I draw and feel inadequate. Getting treatment now (Was previously too poor to afford it c_c) and I feel like I'm on my way to recovery, but I still have difficulty working from home on a regular schedule. If any of you have any pointers I'd love to hear it. <3

I took a break from drawing / furaffinity because I was finishing my thesis for uni and then my laptop decided to die - thankfully only after I had already presented my thesis ;w;
Downside is that now I have to buy a new computer (I'm using an emergency one borrowed from my boyfriend >w>) and so I'll start drawing and taking commissions again.

I also have lots of drawings and sketches of original characters that I'll be posting the next few days!

Hey ugh I really hate to sound negative and etc but idk. Lately my YCH auctions haven't had really good response / bidding and this is making me really not motivated :/
I guess I'll stop doing them and open more colored sketch commissions or things like that... I feel super down because usually I like thinking and sketching a lot of dif. ideas and poses for YCH auctions. And this can be pretty time consuming.
I'm in a really tight spot right now because I have to finish my thesis and graduate uni but my computer is dead and I desperately need a new one to work so... Yeah. I might open emergency comms soon so stay tuned for that if you're interested!
I guess I'll just have to save YCH stuff for when I have a larger following base :/ ( I still have a lot of YCH sketches that I haven't posted yet haha c_c )

I'm sorry for all the bad feelings but I needed to vent somewhere. I haven't had a good week, but I suppose I should just keep going.

SO unfortunately my super powerful and very amazing gaming laptop is having a lot of problems - and since I bought it overseas and the warranty period is over, there's pretty much no way to fix it. I'm gonna have to buy a new computer before my laptop dies for good :/
BUT I'm also finishing writing my thesis and that is VERY time consuming, so instead of regular commissions I want to keep drawing more YCH comms ( 2 - 3 a week!)
For that I'd love if you'd give me ideas and themes that you'd like me to draw! NSFW more than okay hehe. ( I just don't draw non-con, watersports, mechas, super complicated armor. Backgrounds are okay! )
Some themes I thought about drawing:
- Cosplaying characters! (Ex. overwatch pinups)
- Fantasy class themed pinups (LIke a necromancer pinup or things like that? 0: )
- More environmental pieces
- IDK help me out ;-;

Hello!

I haven't been very active in the past weeks, I apologize for that. I was busy with university when real life came crashing down on me - I lost a real life friend in a car accident. I'm recovering and the grief is slowly making me come to terms with her passing and what happened. I'm taking a break from art until early January for this reason.
I hope you have a nice holiday season regardless of your faith , please stay safe and close to those who make you feel loved . <3
And thank you for the support this year, I hope I'll continue drawing and improving and making good art for my watchers! You are amazing and make me motivated to keep going :3

Hello people!

Something that has been happening to me for quite a while now needs to be addressed - backing down on won auctions and hiding comments on YCH auctions.
I've been through a really stressful experience recently due to a user winning an YCH auction with 2 slots, not paying and then completely disappearing and not replying. (They were still active on the website, posting and commenting every day. They just never cared to reply me back)
The other user paid for their spot and I couldn't complete the auction - this situation dragged itself for MONTHS and I couldn't resolve it. In the end I had to cancel the piece altogether, losing the progress I had already made, and refund the user that had paid (they also stopped messaging me in the middle of this situation. They never replied back my last messages)
I guess this was more a vent than anything else, but I needed to say something about it - I have severe anxiety and this process made me an emotional wreck :c
So please - think twice before biding on an auction! Drawing is my ONLY form of income and it harms me a lot when people back down on their bids or worse - give up after they have already won.
If you have had a similar experience or want to talk about it feel free to share it with me :3

Unfortunately I've fallen sick and I couldn't work for the past two weeks. I'm only starting to recover now, so I drew some adoptable cuties with a base I had sitting in my HD for quite a while.
