Why is the side full of ads all of a sudden. I literally tabbed off and half an hour later tabbed back on, there's ads everywhere, splitting tags and feeds.

It's the stupid, scam ads too, half are probably dangerous! This has to be an error or something.

They're in places it does not even make sense for them to be!

All my pinned and most used shortcuts disappeared from firefox homepage?

This just happened to me 30 min ago. I think I found the fix. Here is what I did. Open a new tab like you have above. Then you go on the top right three bars, press help, then enter troubleshoot mode. It'll warn you that all your themes and extensions will be disabled. After that, everything popped up when it relaunched Firefox. For good measure, while it was in troubleshoot mode I made sure to sync and rename my profile.

Let me know if that works for you too. If you open a new window after closing one, it goes away, so this fix is only temporary I guess, which sucks.

Discord has confirmed that hacks have compromised the IDs of users who had appealed an age determination, following the implementation of ID checks in the UK and Australia.

'The unauthorized party also gained access to a small number of government‑ID images (e.g., driver’s license, passport) from users who had appealed an age determination. If your ID may have been accessed, that will be specified in the email you receive.'

I hear that Windows 11 is totally busted right now and destroying people's PCs. I have my updates delayed by weeks, but it's going to force it upon me eventually.

Does anyone know what’s going on with the site right now? Some weird new “ad” is popping up in the bottom left, saying to log in to hide it. It takes the form of a black box with video options, but no actual video. I'm also logged in, so how can I log in again to hide it?

Is it some kind of hack?

Is anyone else getting an odd data request pop-up recently whenever looking in your notifications tab, or at any art piece marked as General in age rating?
