General | Posted 7 years agoIt was awesome and it sucked. Going on 20 hours awake with about 5 hours of sleep last night. Went to the Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art today so that was cool. (If you haven't been and you enjoy intricate carvings, artwork and/or gemstones, it's definitely worth a trip.)
After that, work was a bitch. All I did was fuck up orders and addresses all evening. So that was fun to get yelled at. XD That and every time I would answer the phone the other driver would run out the door with my deliveries and take them himself. Which, if I haven't mentioned before, that's literally how I make my money at that job. I'm not paid hourly, I'm paid per delivery plus tips. 1099s are great, which reminds me, I still haven't done my taxes because my boss's accountant is a lazy piece of shit and won't give me or my boss any information, income forms, nor return our calls. Oh well, hopefully I won't be stuck at that shithole forever. XD
All of that with no coffee today makes for a very conflicting-feeling day. XD

General | Posted 7 years agoA lot going on this week; spring break, trip to the lapidary museum in Elmhurst, IL, planning and securing details for my niece's birthday party next week, taxes, cleaning up around the house starting with my room, filling three necklace orders, touching base with customers on how the pieces are coming, two chain repairs that have to be finished before the end of the week, the oil change I should probably do, this run-on sentence... On top of all of that, we lost our main cook at the restaurant, which brings our staff number down to four including myself. So guess who's working 6 days a week? This butthole! XD
All of that is just piling up on top of me right now and it's just really stressing me out because the free time I should have is nonexistent for the foreseeable future. Blah, that's life though! It sucks and then you die.
Anyways, how do you relieve stress? I may need to try methods other than my usual break shit, freak out, and bottling it up and giving it a shake before I save it for a later breakdown :P (not really... maybe...)

I haven't worked since Tuesday, (haven't gotten paid since the previous Saturday) and to top it all off, my insurance cancelled my policy without reason right before I got really sick. So I had to pay everything out of pocket which came to a grand total of like $165 or so after antibiotics and a doctor visit. (Which was literally all I had in my checking and savings accounts.) So I'm pretty much stuck waiting until Tuesday for money because my boss won't let me work today and we're closed tomorrow. XD I'm halfway tempted to sell some stuff on here just to make up some of the missed income, because bills suck. Thank God for coffee shop loyalty programs, I have like 12 free drinks to get me through this.
Anyway, I hope you all had a wonderful and awesome week, and if not, I really hope you have one this week! =3

Yayyyyy..... got a letter last night saying that my insurance was cancelled without a reason so I get to figure out what went wrong before I go get treated for whatever I may have. Since I work around food, my boss won't let me come in (for good reason) but that means I have no income right now. Therefore, CSW is put on hold for now because I don't want to get them sick. That and I felt like passing out while driving to work, so yeah. :)
I'll probaby be on and off for a bit but I'm gonna gonna try going to bed.
