Forgive the late response! But as you know if you have been keeping up with the deadlines, yesterday was the last day of the normal period to turn in your Exchange!

We are now in the grace period, your last month to turn in your Exchanges!

We have only received four of your Exchange pieces so far. There are still five pieces we need!

Get them in as soon as possible, please!

Sorry for the lack of updates! Anyway, this is just a little reminder that the normal deadline to get your entries in is September 15th by midnight Georgia time!

We are very impressed by the entries we have received so far and we look forward to all the entries!

A one day warning will be written as well so don't panic!

All pairings were chosen at random so if you have any trouble with your pairing, please note one of the admins.
We will do our best to adjust to each of the entrant's separate needs.

Since the close out ended last night you have one month from today, August 15 to get your art noted to the group so we can put it in the gallery :3

If for some reason you can not meet this deadline, you are given another month grace period to finish your artwork.
Even after that time, we will note you and you will be given seven more days to get the artwork in.
Any later time will result in a temporary suspension from entering the Exchange.

Please note your admins if you are confused or need help with a character, we are here to help you!

We are so pleased that so many of you signed up on the first exchange! Wow what a turn out!

Hello everyfur, and welcome to the Anthro Exchange. May I thank you all for wanting to take part in our group.

I would like to announce that we are now holding the first of many exchanges for the month of August. We have reached a decent enough number that we are able to find everyone a partner for the exchange. Your partners will be assigned to you by one of the ADMIN. and you will be notified as to who you are paired with. Remember This group's main goal is to help you as an artist to improve through practice.

If you have any limitations such as in only being able to draw ferals, anthros, or just head shots; please notify one of the admin. so we can pair you with a proper partner.

We are the AnthroExchange!
A friendly community where all artists alike can join in a monthly/bi-monthly secret santa type event!

What is the AnthroExchange?
The AnthroExchange is a friendly group where those who choose to sign up each month will be given a partner to draw for during a certain amount of time set by the administrator(s). It is in the form of a secret Santa format where partners will not know who got them until the art is received. Art made for the Exchange will be posted in the gallery with the artists' permission.

I dont have an anthro character, can I still join?
yes! Anyone can join! Anthro or no.

I cant draw anthros, do I have options?
yes you do. If you can not draw anthros, inform the admins ahead of time. We will try to set you up with the appropriate partner. If we cant for some reason, just do your best or do a feral form for your chosen.

What type of art is accepted?
We ask that the art is kept at a p-13 rating. Meaning no porn, vore, or fettish art. Suggestive images are acceptable. Please also refrain from drugs, gore or hate art as well.

May I be an Admin?!
Admins will be chosen by application only. Please note the founder, for further information.

When do the Exchanges occur? How do I sign up?
AnthroExchange will do the very best we can to hold an Exchange every month. Journals titled " Sign Up" will be posted at the start of the month and be open for a total 7 days. Leave a comment with the character you would like drawn and a reference picture (does not have to be a formal ref sheet). Afterwards, sign ups will close and notes sent out to each partner pair.

How long do I have to finish the art for my partner?
You will be given a whole month to finish your part of the Exchange. If by that time you have not completed the exchange, a month "grace period" will go
into effect. If by all that time you still have yet to complete your artwork, AnthroExchange will send you a friendly reminder that we have not received your artwork. From that note, you are given 7 extra days to finish. Once that is over, you will not be allowed to participate in another Exchange until your art is received.

My partner didnt draw for me!
If your trade partner does not give their part in the alotted time, an adoptable list will be opened at the end of the trade period.
