I am really blown away by the amount of love and support thrown my way the past couple days.
I don't know what I would do without all of you. I received many donations and a lot of good advice on what to do next and seriously, I could hardly believe it.
Thank you so much, all of you, even the small donations go a long way for me.
I still have a ways to go before I am financially stable again, and a lot of it will take some better business sense and changing some of my habits and the way I think about money in general.
I have set up ko-fi, and am going to start leaving the link in the description of my pictures. Small regular donations are really the best I think.
It takes the burden off only a few people and if only a small percentage of the wonderful furries watching me ended up donating a $1 a month, it would drastically change my circumstances
That being said, please don't feel like you have to donate, looking after yourself is most important and I wouldn't want you to get in the same situation I find myself in now.
I am working on getting some T-shirt designs and maybe a few other small merch items, so keep a look out for those over the next week.
I am still considering other forms of work, but I need to hold out until I can find something that pays more than what I am doing now.

It's tough for me to have to admit it, I have been feeling guilty and ashamed of myself but
unfortunately, there is no more denying it, I am hemorrhaging money and the commission queue is piling up.
This is a hard moment for me and I feel that I am at a crossroads and I really don't know what I should do.
This is a month when just a ton of bills are due, and I don't have the savings to cover it.

My usual plan is just to work harder to try to catch up each month, but I usually end up further behind than I was before.
There is only so much productive work I can do in a day, and doing what I am doing isn't paying the bills anymore; I consistently underestimate the size of my projects or spend too much time mulling over the details.
I know I've posted and complained about it before and even talked about getting a day job,
but I have doubts I would be able to do the day job and still finish the commission work I owe because I would have to spend so many hours doing the other job to make ends meet.
I have looked for different kinds of work, and they don't pay enough to cover the bills (especially since I don't even own a car atm) or I'm grossly unqualified for the work.

I have been having constant anxiety about this,
I am just feeling incredibly desperate and I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel.

If anyone has any advice, jobs, kind words or anything at all, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am wanting to have some extra money to try to live a bit more normal life, go to conventions, get healthcare and just have a few nice things, but I'm not really sure how the formal job getting process works, as I've never had much luck with it. I haven't ever been able to get any professional jobs or internships, so I really don't have that kind of experience.
At this point I really want to work on something furry related, and something with a flexible schedule, perhaps work from home if possible.

My best skills are:

2D art and design
I have been doing this professionally for a few years now, and have taken a few courses in college on design and painting.

Game Development
This was the main focus of my college education. I have worked on a couple Indy teams, and I have a good grasp of the entire process from coming up with an idea, coding from the ground up, level design, game mechanics and ux design, and asset creation and integration.

Programming
When I was in learning game dev, coding was a must have skill. My main focus ended up being C# in visual studio, but I am competent in most of the popular languages too.

I haven't been able to study game design or programming as much I'd like to, and only have been able to do it really as a hobby the past few years.

Income wise I'm hoping for something at least 50k/yr.
I'm not sure exactly what I want to do, but as long as it hits on at least one of these skills, it would be enjoyable to me.

If you want to get a colored sketch they are about $50-70 for single character and $90-120 for two character. The price does depend on the design of the characters and how complicated the prompt is :3

I am wanting to try my paw at creating a fursuit . I am wondering if anyone has experiernce with different types s of suits. Should I make one with a fan inside? Does it make a big difference? If the internal structure were made of an elastic material rather than a foam construction, would it get too hot? or would the reduction in insulation make things feel cooler?

I am wondering if anyone has had this problem where right click from my tablet pen randomly stops working only in clip studio paint, and if there are any possible solutions.

Hey! I was wondering if you personally still use or like to have calendars. I have a few ideas for calendar themes, but I guess they could still work as just regular picture sets.
As furry-themed calendars, I'd try to mark when special furry events are happening, like convention dates and furry holidays (paw day etc. )
These things would be kinda expensive to make, so they'd be about $20 if I sold them at a convention or online.
Would you be interested in a XXX one?
Or maybe just a PG-13?

I tried drawing out a bunch of letters, I was hoping I'd be able to create a vector font in CSP but I don't really think it's possible. I was wondering if anyone knew any good editors I can use?
I tried some free stuff, but some of it didn't work, others were crappy demos.

hey u guys, I am wanting to close my bank account and just use paypal, but I haven't been able to find solid info on what I can and can't do with my paypal account once it's gone, since it'll no longer be verified. I was wondering if anyone's tried to run a business this way?
