I sometimes get asked if it's ok to post the art on other sites (E621, etc) and the answer is always gonna be the same. Check the artist first and their post policy. If it's ok with them feel free to post it on there.
Just make sure to tag it correctly for artist/characters involved.

Thank you to all who submitted! Wish I could have gone with all of you but please keep an eye out in the future for another one of these Details: 2 Character SFW/NSFW Sketch (Flat or Shaded). Estimated average hours (2-4). Will accept other tiers depending on examples provided in form.
Characters:
Anubis or his Kemonomimi form (Refs on page Anubislivess or available upon request)
Astarte or Vass (Refs on page VassagoXX or available upon request)
Commission idea: Wing-It or can brainstorm an idea based on artists strengths
Deadline: None. Reasonable time frame for level of detail quoted.
Acceptance: At current one to two total quotes will be accepted. All submissions will be reviewed and responded to even if not chosen.

What are your favorite/most used FREE tutorials for art
Can be anything from simple sketching techniques to shading to how to draw "Fluids".
Would be neat to see what everyone knows of.

Was thinking instead of me just looking around for commissions to whoever, I can just commission the artists who watch me.
The idea being is I'd toss up a journal and have kind of the theme, characters, and what nots, and then artists could submit if they'd like to take it on.
For the most part I'd be pretty loose end and up to the artist to draw it.
Sooo example:
Theme: Spring, Couple, Kissing
Refs:

If you catch my art on any RP sites just tell the person using it to not claim they are me. If you catch anyone saying THEY'RE ME, guess what, nope.
Then secondly if they're not like "Yo I am teh donggod lets murr", ask em nicely to reference my gallery. I can't stop people using my art but at least I can lead people to the main gallery to find amazing artists.
I would however like to ask people to respectfully not use any art of Anubis and Vass. This is literally art of my wife and I that we get so... awkward AF to see it used for RP.
