My Bachelor‘s degree and planing after university.

Oh man, I can't believe I finished my Bachelor's degree. Last Friday to Saturday was the work exhibition where we all the designer graduates of the university presented our Bachelor's and Master's work and Saturday evening was the official graduation ceremony.
During the work exhibition I had a lot of audience from students, professors, lecturers as well as some normal guests to discuss about my bachelor thesis which I created two comic versions of human hand (drawn by myself) and one AI comic book about gay rainbow family.
And they found my work very interesting and gave many of my younger fellow students hope that AI for designers and illustrators can not really be completely replaced.
But unfortunately AI will be part of our working tool and every creator, designer, artist, illustrator will have to decide for themselves whether to work with or without AI.
I personally won't work with AI anymore because it frustrates me how AI produces more shit work and each drawing style always generates differently than you want certain styles as well as the characters are never generated the same always different than making the work easier.
Many of the audience agree with me and they see the differences with my homemade comic and the AI comic and many also prefer the human made comic than the AI comic.
I was even able to sell one of my bachelor project comics.
On Saturday evening the graduation ceremony of all graduates of the Bachelor & Master of the Design began. Many relatives and friends were present. Sadly not with my family. My mom had to work and my dad is ill. So I was alone with my fellow graduates. Nevertheless, I was happy.
And Sunday was the dismantling of the exhibition. I was pretty exhausted from the party last night and happy at the weekend. I say goodbye to the other former fellow students and exchange contacts after the dismantling.
And I am waiting for my real bachelor's degree certificate, which is only 4 to 6 weeks away and will be sent by mail.
Until then I want to take a vacation before I work on my commission pictures and take on new commissions and save money for the move to Thailand with my parents.
And of course I'm also working on my personal art and comic projects for my Patreon and several work samples for my portfolio application. And also plan to start a webtoon comic (SFW). And before I move to Thailand, I'm attending two more conventions this year. Dokomi and Eurofurence.
Until then, I'm really looking forward to my vacation to Iceland and Canada this month!

My last winter semester of the university.

As some have already mentioned on my social media that I am doing my Bachelor's thesis this winter semester on my university.
And actually, I didn't want to post during my Bachelor thesis winter semester, but I wanted to tell you what was going on at the university the last days. It's good news, bad news and good news again.
The good news: my missing remaining credit points were finally included in the examination system and I achieved at least credit points for admission to the Bachelor thesis examination.
The bad news: I still need to attend a mandatory lecture/seminar of the new examination regulations of the university in order to get the Bachelor's degree, otherwise my Bachelor's thesis will be canceled…
In my mind: Are they kidding me! I have to do a compulsory lecture in addition to my Bachelor's thesis!
My scientific bachelor project thesis is already very extensive enough and attending another extra lecture and doing a term paper or presentation etc. is too much, I thought.
But the good news: According to the university's exam office, I only have to attend at least four lecture series and the lecture series, in which several lecturers and professors from all departments of the university listen to each other as a substitute for the missing lecture.
And now I have to somehow fit the lecture series into my time management alongside my Bachelor's thesis project. At least I can still take my Bachelor's exam to some extent.
My last lecture is already stressful! Ha ha! XD

sorry that I haven't written about my FA Journal for a long time, but I want to tell you briefly how things are going for me.
Now it's getting serious with me, I have now registered for my bachelor exam next semester and this summer semester I'm still collecting my remaining credits from the lectures at the university, where I am fully occupied with my seminars, project work, scientific term papers and presentations.
But unfortunately I'm in a dilemma, because I know that my bachelor thesis will be very expensive and because I'm also still very busy with my studies, that I hardly have time to take new orders to save some more money to finance the material costs of my bachelor thesis. Also my own personal art images or comics that I post on my Patreon I unfortunately can't post new content on a regular basis, so I have less Patreon supporters that still support me financially and haven't been cancelled yet and of course my Patreon income has also become less unfortunately.
That makes me a bit sad, but I can't let that throw me off mentally.
I have to focus on my studies and with the Patreon income I still have, I have to make do with the little financial resources I have. Even though I would love to have more financial support on Patreon or take on new commissions, unfortunately it is difficult on my time management with university. Even my own work for my booth at Eurofurence.
Yes, you read right, I'm at the Eurofurence in Hamburg again this year and I'm trying to create my new Gay Furry comic as well as some illustrations during the semester break, unfortunately only in a small print run, because the printing costs have become very expensive due to inflation here as well. And I hope to get more money for my booth at EF to save the material costs for the bachelor thesis.
To the question when I will open my commission again to support me financially, I can't answer at the moment, because I am extremely busy with the bachelor thesis and the preparation for the Eurofurence. Probably I will open my Commission during or after the Eurofurence. So you can continue to wait or directly become my Patreon member to support me or donate Ko-Fi to me, everything is voluntary.
Since I'm busy full time again in the summer semester break as well as in the winter semester in the lecture period, I will also post very little my art stuffs as well as write like my FA Journals. I hope you are all okay.
Today I finally write times on my journal and what had happened lately in short:
After the story with the Thailand trip last February to mid-March to clarify my Thai personal data correctly and to get my new Thai passport, which I later forward to the German Foreign Office to properly maintain my residence title in Germany. I was very happy to get the Thai bureaucracy hell behind me also the private affairs with my parents our properties, banks etc. in Thailand to settle.
Back to Germany I had to start directly with my lectures at the university, the last winter semester I had to settle many university courses because the many paperwork of the strict Corona measures in Thailand had been very extensive and expensive at that time.
Therefore, I had to repeat many seminars and lectures or take alternative courses to get the lost certificates and credit points so that I can take my bachelor final exam.
Besides my studies, this year I have two conventions to attend where I will have my stand, so I am also in preparatory work phase parallel to my coursework. Very busy.
But since the war in Ukraine we had to adjust a lot of things financially because everything has become very expensive and much more economical than during the pandemic.
And also I had to take care of my father's health condition, a few weeks ago he had a stroke where my father stayed in the hospital for 1 week, fortunately rather mini stroke. Thankfully he is fine… Nevertheless, he continues to be examined.
For me it was very unpleasant and very much burdened in the last time that I almost broke down mentally. Nevertheless, somehow try to make the best of it and continue. But I feel alone, regardless, lonely. I try to talk to my friends, colleagues or fellow students about what I have not disguised. I don't want my problems, feelings and fears to be bothered with their lives.
In the end I have to fight alone against my mental feelings as no one really helps me or really cheers me up.
I try to do commission on Twitter or draw something, post, distract myself, get cheered up, etc.
That's why I'm here on FurAffinity from time to time to post my pictures that I'm still here. But not very often active. And it is very likely that I still rarely post with my so many plans and tasks.
I also wanted to write my journal simply and inform you how my situation stands at the moment. Of course, most of you probably wouldn't read it anyway. But those of you who are reading right now, thank you for reading my journal and understand that I will not immediately answer all comments or notes here.

Today I finally write times on my journal and what had happened lately in short:
After the story with the Thailand trip last February to mid-March to clarify my Thai personal data correctly and to get my new Thai passport, which I later forward to the German Foreign Office to properly maintain my residence title in Germany. I was very happy to get the Thai bureaucracy hell behind me also the private affairs with my parents our properties, banks etc. in Thailand to settle.

From this Tuesday I fly with my parents to Thailand for 6 weeks because of my passport history that I have to do there to not lose my German residence permit later until I get the German citizenship.
The last few weeks have been exhausting, besides getting important documents and submitting them to the Thai authorities like vaccination certificate, passport, flight booking and overpriced quarantine hotel booking confirmation to get the Thailand passport approval to go to Thailand, I also had to do my college assignments just before the semester break. I was mentally strained.
Eventually we got the Thailand passport approval but spent a lot of money at this overpriced quarantine hotel plus Covid test and my college was more or less successfully submitted. The last step is the PCR Covid test before departure. And I really hope that my parents and I will remain negative... And we don't know what else will be there for us when we are in Thailand.
Especially have spent way too much money just to travel to Thailand. Almost 5000€. Normally we would have needed only 2500€ for one month in Thailand for 3 people.
That's why I reopened my commission today for 3 slots and announced it on Twitter first, but after 2 hours of announcing it, I already gave all three slots and so my commission is closed again.
I am still amazed that there are still people that want to make my commission pictures of me. And very quickly. Originally I also wanted to announce here on the FA, but I can only give three slot. And I can't take more than that.
But I thank the furries on Twitter who commissioned me. Thank you guys for support me! You are amazing!
Next time I will announce my commission also on the FA, sometime, so that you also have the chance to be drawn by me. But it is hard to estimate who reads my journals at all.

I hope you are all healthy and well in the last second Corona Pandemic year.
For me it was again a very exhausting and stressful year. I myself had to do a lot with my studies to catch up with the
last hard lockdown and also in my private life and paperwork. Which is why I have not been very active on FA lately except on Twitter. Also emotionally and mentally I was in the certain time very burdened, especially because of my Thai passport renewal, which can not be extended in Thai consulate in Germany and must be clarified in Thailand citizenship authorities, because of the new laws in Thailand.
What is also extremely difficult to fly to Thailand in the pandemic because of the Covid measures, Covid vaccination card and the overpriced quarantine hotels in Thailand. 2021 had been impossible to travel to Thailand. Which is why I applied for German citizenship and have been waiting for months to hear back whether I could become a German citizen or not.
My Thai emergency passport is expired next month and must be renewed after one year as well as the German residence permit, otherwise I lose my Thai citizenship and at the same time my German residence and will soon be considered an illegal stateless person in Germany as well as
in Thailand. In the long run it will be really annoying and expensive to renew my documents every year instead of 10 years.
Therefore, I urgently need to fly soon with my parents to Thailand from my semester break in February to complete this bureaucratic matter. We have saved extra money to travel to Thailand for 6 weeks. But it will not be easy to fly to Thailand, because the problem is the reintroduced strict measures in Thailand. Everyone who wants to fly to Thailand has to stay in quarantine hotels for 2 weeks. But since we are fully vaccinated we will hopefully only have to stay for 7 days.
Sounds not so bad, but the quarantine hotels provided by the government are extremely expensive.
For comparison, a normal hotel room in Thailand costs on average 12€ per night. A quarantine hotel room costs 400€ per night in Thailand...
That is insanely expensive!
Therefore, I have to ask after my visit to the Thai consulate next to my Thai emergency passport renew a council if there are not any cheap quarantine hotels for Thai citizens. We cannot travel to Thailand like this.
If the authorities do not really help, we will have to find another financial source to pay for the quarantine hotels, so I will have to reopen my commission soon and raise the commission prices. Planned for the end of January.

But before I will open my commission, I have to do all my study work of the university. Otherwise it will be very exhausting for me. I am really happy that you will help me. These are my important task for this beginning of 2022.

At the Eurofurence I will create a new Furry Comic which I will also sell there.

Of course I will post on my Twitter, Instagram, FA etc, but only with very low resolution. Finally, 2022 will also be my graduation year. There I will also have a lot to do to successfully pass my bachelor's final exam in the winter term 2022/2023. After 5 years in college, originally 2021, I will soon graduate.
That's sort of my plans for the whole of 2022.

As an alternative, I have decided to apply for German citizenship so that I don't become a stateless person in Germany and get into trouble with the German authorities if I do not renew my Thai passport in time after one year. Pretty complicated thing...
At least I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and had side effect well overcome and I hope that eventually can travel to Thailand there as a vaccinated person without staying in an overpriced quarantine hotels that no normal person can afford if the measures would be relaxed or changed, this year.
Currently, in Germany the infection rate has further decreased after the violent third wave and the vaccination of the population continues. Nevertheless, all people of Germany know that it is not over and expect the fourth wave of Covid-19 Delta in the fall.
But we hope that we will get most of them vaccinated so it won't be worse like the 2nd and third wave.
Well, my parents and I are trying to survive, to adapt to this situation and to think and prepare more for the future. At the moment my studies are more important, because I had to cancel many courses last two semesters because of the pandemic and now this year I have to make up for many of them in order to register for my bachelor's degree exam later in the coming semesters. And it will take a lot.
Of course, my remaining Commission task list will continue to work step by step. Unfortunately slowly. But I will change some of my commission offered and I will also accept less slot later. If I will open it.

Well, my parents and I are trying to survive, to adapt to this situation and to think and prepare more for the future. At the moment my studies are more important, because I had to cancel many courses last two semesters because of the pandemic and now this year I have to make up for many of them in order to register for my bachelor's degree exam later in the coming semesters. And it will take a lot.
Of course, my remaining Commission task list will continue to work step by step. Unfortunately slowly. But I will change some of my commission offered and I will also accept less slot later. If I will open it.

I hope you are all well.
2020 was really horrible horror roller coaster ride. The virus, lockdown, political and social crisis in Thailand, health and financial concerns etc.
All of this really put a strain on me and my family and friends circle.
Nevertheless, we are here and try possible to continue to survive, stay healthy and continue to hope and build on this year better future.
And I also thank all the people who really supported me financially and mentally.
And of course I will continue to try to draw many illustrations and comics and continue my studies at the university.
I also know that I am not really good as an artist if I drown myself in self-pity.
But I try to continue to create many images and give my best to please and inspire you to my pictures. Whether sfw or nsfw.
Let's see what I will creating this year.

in the last time it had been very exhausting for me...
As you may already know that in Germany as well as the rest of Europe the Coronavirus has risen again, thanks to unreasonable people who did not keep the rules of action to fight the virus. My family and I are totally in crisis and fear mode, because we fear the second lockdown and existential fear. If the second lockdown comes it will be really hard for us. My mother works in the restaurant and my father's pension has not yet been processed and transferred. Our savings are almost exhausted since the last lockdown.
And also because of the protest situation against the military government and the king in Thailand and we don't know yet what the future will look like.
And since last Monday my winter semester has started again and only Home Studying. Yes, I am studying at home again with video conferences with professors and fellow students.
And it will not be easy in this situation either.
In short, I was really broken mentally, because I think too much and somehow I'm trying to cheer myself up and keep going and stay optimistic with my family, despite these difficult times. And prepare a lot with my study project for the seminar courses.
Therefore I unfortunately work very slowly with my commission pictures and I withdrew to recover mentally and concentrate on my first week of study.
For the people who commissioned me and wating the commission arts, I ask you to be patient.
My studies have it priority and of course I work my commission pictures when I have the time.
I hope for all of us that we will continue to survive this difficult time and hopefully that even unreasonable people will finally follow the rules of measures.

Last weekend, as you some of you already know, I was at the Dokomi, the biggest Manga and Anime Convention Germany, where I also have my booth and present my work and sold my new comic. Despite all the strict Corona measures, almost 28000 visitors came and kept their mask and distance in an exemplary way. Unfortunately my stand, where only 18 areas were, was only allowed to very small dimensions. Due to the distance rule to be able to keep the distance.
Therefore I could only sell one, and many could not come in because the queue was quite long.
Nevertheless, the con was a great success because the con managed not to be a COVID-19 Superspreader.
But after the manga convention I was also pretty exhausted and luckily I was not infected by the Covid-19 after the test. Just as a precaution. Still, I need some relaxing days before I continue my commission.
I also have to prepare the seminars and lectures of my studies as well as reports soon, because I still have a few weeks of semester break before my lecture times start again.
And also other private commitments in the family budget and precautionary measures on the possible 2nd lockdown of the 2nd corona wave.

In the last time I was extreme very busy with my own comic project to finish for my booth at the largest manga and anime con in Germany and the moment I am now preparing for next week. Especially the hygienic rules and regulations of the fair against the coronavirus. Despite all the stress, I'm looking forward to attending a convention again.
And my comic and postes will be ready from the printing office on Thursday and the setup at the trade show on Friday. On September 26 to 27, the Dokomi starts.
I really hope it will be a success.

I hope you had a great weekend?
I really have a great weekend because I took part in the Eurofurence Online as an artist and had fun too. Even if it is a virtual furry convention and not really like in real life, it still has the feeling that you are really there. Meet with old and new Furry, celebrate and chat together. And drawing the live stream and entertaining it with some furries was fun like in the real artist lounge on Eurofurence.
The Virtualfurence was really great, but sadly I don't create my own VRChat Fursona/Character. My alternative avatar was a Shibi Guy.
Well, well.
I had super fun there and really fur-happy!
Now I have to work on my comic project for anime and manga con, Dokomi and of course working on my commission arts, too. Before my semesterbreak end and go back to studying on my unversity.

I hope you had a great weekend?
I really have a great weekend because I took part in the Eurofurence Online as an artist and had fun too. Even if it is a virtual furry convention and not really like in real life, it still has the feeling that you are really there. Meet with old and new Furry, celebrate and chat together. And drawing the live stream and entertaining it with some furries was fun like in the real artist lounge on Eurofurence.
The Virtualfurence was really great, but sadly I don't create my own VRChat Fursona/Character. My alternative avatar was a Shibi Guy.
Well, well.
I had super fun there and really fur-happy!
Now I have to work on my comic project for anime and manga con, Dokomi and of course working on my commission arts, too. Before my semesterbreak end and go back to studying on my unversity.
Finally, one more note!

EF26 cancled, my birthday and commission status

Good and Bad news!
Bad news first: As you already know or not yet that Eurofurence has been officially canceled, that hot my furry gay comic is put on hold. It makes me sad and I can understand. We are all in a difficult situation right now. And I hope and try to visit Eurofurence next year before moving to Thailand after my studies.
The Good news: After the canceled of Eurofurence I can save my money for our financial budget problems. It helps a bit but we have to face difficult times.
I also have a lot to do with my studies at the university and I try to work my commission in parallel, but unfortunately I work a bit slower. Because my study assignment and other obligation has priority.
Oh and yes by the way, today is my birthday! Now I am so old, 33 years old. lol
And unfortunately I celebrate with myself alone at home without friends of mine. Social distancing!
But I am still fine and save with my parents at home and studying online with my Professors and fellow students.
And I hope that the global corona crisis will end.
Stay at home, save and healthy.
Social distancing and don't be unreasonable people.
Everyone stays alive and well!
