It has been such a long while since I last wrote any journal I had to look around to find the 'write a new journal' option in the menu . But here it is!
I would like to quickly start by saying thank you for all the commission requests!
My trello list is now full and will keep me busy for a while.

Due to a popular request I am changing the rules of my MONTHLY ART REWARD for my supporters.
- There are TWO monthly free artworks I am making for my supporters each month
- ONE of these artworks each month goes to someone from Archdevil tier supporter
- I am making a limit on this tier to be 6 patrons
- SECOND artwork goes to someone from Demon/Devil tier
- there is no limit to these tiers and usually around 70% of my patrons are here
Ps: this reward is not a raffle, so it do not interfere with Patreon guidelines, do not worry!
I am picking the winners basing on the total engagement, the length of support, comments, likes
And I try to make if fair, that someone who is with me for a while will receive an art with their OC at some point UwU

I have made new folder in gallery, featuring illustrations with some detailed backgrounds:

With last submissions I thought that these pieces are taking so much time to complete that it would be worth to feature them in their own folder.
If you're new to my gallery I invite you for a tour!
Next week I am starting the fully-fledged summer holidays (hope for better weather, it is like autumn here now) and I am going to spent as much time with family as possible. My anxiety screams for some break and some time without deadlines 🥰 Tho! I still will be working on commissions and patreon stuff in the evenings. With that I am going to continue to post almost daily feed on my Patreon and Discord, so you can jump in there for all updates and WIPs.

I wish you a lot of successes in the incoming 2022, may it be finally a year we can call a good one
Personally I found this year to be pretty difficult for me because of the covid situation and all the home-learning I had to put into my (anyway buysy) everyday routine. While I am writing these words I have my son doing his online classes in another room (when, oh when will it be over?!)
Despite all the troubles I am thankful for a lot of things as well, especially for moving into our new place. It also created so much mess in my personal life and affected my art schedule. I am very grateful that you stayed with me and supported me no matter what, I really appreciate that.
okay, now onto the ART UPDATE:
- I am going to post male YCH soon (probably flat priced, so first one to comment will grab it)
- I want to open a commission auction, so if you're interested in commissioning me and missed my Patreon opening last month - you'll have a chance
- in February I want to do an YCH auction featuring Chilli
- I am looking up to making a new collab YCH
- I don't forget about the raffle on FA I promised after reaching the 15k, it has is to be done soon

I am going on hiatus for next one-two weeks, starting from tomorrow - I am moving to a new home!
So it means any messages or emails will stay unanswered, sorry for all inconveniences :c Probably I will pop up on Discord from time to time, but no promises on that either!

Since not everything goes as smoothly as I wanted with the move I will be living in my friends place for a while, so I will have completely no way of turning on my pc.

but I am close to reach the goal that is going to be rewarded with a raffle, the 15k watchers here.

If you follow me you probably know that few months back I have created a discord server. The news is that I am launching a series of art events - first one already started.
Art- contest
theme for this month: LEMONADE
Rules:
1) One entry per participant
2) You have until midnight SCT (Standard Chilli Time) on January 31st to submit an entry. (I consider expanding the deadline)
3) Aomori and the moderators will judge the entries to decide the best one. This will be based equally on skills, creativity and originality of the idea.
best entry will get the well deserved praise and sketch portrait (character of your choice) made by me.

The lockdown is said to be at least to the half of April, then it will be decided if schools are going to be opened at all. Crazy time for a homeworking mum!
...probably won't be able to do any extra YCHs in the nearest future, heh :o :)
Poland is on a coronavirus lock down for next two weeks ;_;
In case some of you don't know I have two little kids at home and husband just right after a serious surgery who needs to lie down for at least one week from now. I am the only one who can take care of the house right now, so I am very sorry but because of that my whole commission queue most probably will be delayed. I will be working for a few hours a day, but it won't be as much as I usually do when things are normal.
I hope that you are all doing well and your families are healthy.

Art theft - update

I would like to let you know that the situation is resolved - in a very peaceful manner!
For what I am really surprised because in all the art thefts that occured to my pieces in the past - I never has been apologized so honestly... :o
The art theft is a touchy topic for me. Especially on my Deviantart-days when I was drawing tons of equine stuff (https://www.deviantart.com/aomori) I had to deal with art thefts vwery often. Actually I still have, since something posted on the internet is for everyone to use, right..? I find my pieces sold on t-shirt, hoodies, printed as posters, sold on Aliexpress or used in online sim games =_= Not saying that I am the best artist on earth, only one who has this happening to, I am sure better artists than me have to deal with art thefts on a way bigger scale!
when I am writing to the these peopleI hear something like 'We'll remove your art, since you found it. F*ck off now"
...and in a few days I found out in this shop new hoodies with the same equine artwork on it.
...a genuine apology in this situation was last thing I expected o_0
Maybe it is hard to imagine to not know that a lineart that is posted online is not free to use or sell.
But we all do mistakes, and it is important if we try to do better afterwards...

Personal stuff ahead - read only if you have way too much time ☕️
Phew, still have not been writing much here, life is so crazy around here I have no idea when the days are passing by. Cliché, but true cx
Besides bad things, that were making me want to hide into my art-cocoon (I really love my job ❤), there were some good things as well. But last months were a bumpy ride (....obviously family helps a lot as well lol ❤)
Yesterday it was first day of school for my little boy and I thought I'd like to share this news with you :) I can't believe it is happening! (especially because we had to urgently change kindergarten into school like two weeks ago. It was crazy to get prepared for that big move so fast)
...on the other hand because of that I am starting to feel like an old hag hehe. Being a mom of schoolboy! Gosh, that sounds terrifying!
But the little relief is I was pretty young when having my first baby
(guys, remember to always think twice act once lol)

Trip to Warsaw

Hi guys! Fun trip ahead of me, I have to share the word with you here :D I am going to Warsaw to finally meet with my darling ! So far we were only chatting here and there and now finally we'll see each other, hang around, do some sightseeing and go for a drink in the evening.
We'll be going this Friday, stay for a night and go back home on Saturday (we picked Warsaw as our destination because it is nicely in the middle of the distance that divides us. Very convenient to go here. Even if we're both from Poland we live quite far away from each other!)
We're going to meet with the awesome 
who lives in Warsaw.
It is another person I know for years, we meet each other even before I started my FA journey, and finally we'll meet in person.
Here I would like to ask if there maybe is someone else who lives in Warsaw, and would like to hang out with us this Friday? We;ll be in the are of the old town
PS: I have not been travelling without my husband or kids in ages - probably any young parent can relate to what I am writing here :D (if you're a parent and you're reading this say 'hi' in the comments, we need to stick together lol) My husband is also my bff so we have very similar pack of friends and usually hang out together. Going so far completely alone is such a new thing to me now :)
