Updated Commissions ToS [7/9/2018]
Posted 7 years agoHey guys! Thanks for sticking around all these years when I kinda went off the grid, and hello newcomers who have stumbled upon my reboot-in-progress who have come to enjoy my work!
Here's a little Terms of Service that I've been working on so almost everything should be covered! If you guys have any questions, please feel free to shoot a comment or a note!

GENERAL:
☆ I will only be taking 3 commissions at a time. Queue for the next spot will be monitored on my profile. I take on commissions in order of submission.
☆ One commission per person at a time (i.e.: you cannot submit another form for another commission until I finish your current one)
☆ Commissions are not first come, first served. I reserve the right to refuse or negotiate any commission requests.
☆ Clients have the right to repost, print, edit, or use their commission for personal use ONLY. For RESALE or COMMERCIAL use, please contact me for licensing fees.
☆ I will send you a sketch to confirm you are satisfied with the current work before I move on to finalize the piece.
☆ You may not claim my work as your own
☆ Commissions will almost always be uploaded onto my page unless personally asked not to by the client.
☆ Credit me as the artist if you decide to repost the commission!
QUEUE:
☆ As mentioned before, the queue is limited to three (3) commissions at a time
☆ Submitting the form does not guarantee an immediate spot in the queue.
☆ I will contact you when you are eligible for the next open spot. You MUST respond within 48 hours confirming you are still interested in your commission or I will move on to the next client.
PAYMENT:
☆ PayPal USD ONLY
☆ Payment is required upfront for commissions less than $150
☆ For commissions greater than $150, I require 50% upfront, and 50% upon delivery so neither side has to feel uncomfortable or uneasy about payment :)
☆ Secret word is strawberry
☆ Refunds/cancellations are only available up to the sketch phase. Once you have confirmed my sketch and agree to move forward, you have revoked your ability to ask for a refund/cancellation.
LIMITATIONS:
☆Things I can do:
- OC's
- fanart
- humans
- furries
- ferals
- nsfw
☆ Things I won't do:
- extreme/unusual fetishes (i.e. vore, inflation, muscle, waterworks, mpeg, etc)
- armor
- mecha
- complex backgrounds
- pedophilia/lolicon/shotacon/chibi porn

Posted 8 years agoPhew! It's been a while! I think my last commission update (and the last time I took a commission) was about 3 years ago, so time to blow off some dust and reboot!
GENERAL INFO:
-I will have 5 slots open at a time, which I will do my best to monitor and keep updated on my profile so you guys can also see where the queue is.
-I draw just about anything (that is tame), but I will let you know if you ask for something I am uncomfortable with drawing.
-I do bust, half-body and full-body commissions.
-You may only upload my art if you are the commissioner and have my permission.
-Tips are neat and greatly appreciated<3

-Ferals

---I can do reptiles/aquatic species, though I'm less experienced with them and will need thorough refs

-Uhhh I can't really think of anything else besides those so yeah.

-I only accept payment through PayPal, and payment is required upfront.
-If using different currency, you MUST convert it to USD, even if it means paying a little more or less in your currency.
-For larger commissions (generally commissions more than $100) I will accept half the payment upfront, and the second half when I am finished. That way, neither party feels uncomfortable regarding the money and art.
-I do not do refunds if I have already finished the product. You may ask for a refund/cancel your commission before I finish the initial sketch, otherwise, you get what you pay for. If you are not happy with the product, I will do the best I can to fix the problem. Your satisfaction is my priority.

Posted 12 years agoI have updated all things regarding commissions to my Commission Info tab. I also compiled a little list of what you can and can't expect from me:
I can do:
-Male humans
-Female humans (My anatomy is still a little rough)
-Furries (Canines, felines, skunks, etc., Basic animals like those.)
-Dicks (If you'd like your character to have their little buddy hanging out, go for it *wink*)
-Just animals (Mostly canines and felines, though)
I can't do:
-Dragons or reptiles (yet)
-Fish
-Wings (Well. I could, though they'd be pretty rough)
-Hoofed animals (jesus christ, how do they even work)
I have also created a new policy regarding payment and future commissions(Thanks to Kasslane for the idea)
PAYMENT+POLICY
-I can accept USD only and through Paypal only.
-Payment is required up front for all small commissions (Generally commissions under $30-$40). For larger commissions that may take longer time, I ask for a %50 deposit. This is so neither side feels ripped off or unsatisfied.
-I do not do all commissions. If I do not feel comfortable or believe I am capable of doing a commission--or I just don't want to do it--then I won't. I apologize in advance, for I cannot do everything.
