It's been a few months since I started taking meds. Since then, my mood has improved greatly and I've been able to sleep really well.
For the past 2 years and a half, I was plagued with a terrible depression crisis. I'm really glad it's over and I can feel happy again..
But I'm so scared
Because I know I'm gonna have to stop taking these meds eventually. And I'm not sure if I'll still be able to feel okay and sleep well.
Even now, my brother keeps making me fear these meds, telling me it's going to kill me and it's not real happiness

I'm trying to tough it out, but my mood's been kinda bad lately and that scares me even more
Because one of my greatest fears is sinking into depression again..
