March Mayhem TF Tournament Champions!!!
Posted a year agoIt certainly all came down to the wire!
Sports gear/Uniforms cleared the field and won the trigger bracket 11 to 8.
The species bracket was even tighter than a pair of spandex shorts! When all the votes came in Wolf and Dragon/Kolbold was tied! 10 to 10
I can't believe you guys made me decide this with a quarter! Best of seven coin flips, heads wolf and tails dragon. In six tosses, Dragon/kobold won 4 to 2!
So there you have it, the winning TF is Dragon or kobold in Sports gear or uniforms!
I'll get to work on this story right away.
But even if your team didn't do so hot in the tournament don't despair. I have another project in mind that you guys will have a chance at some input. I'll get that out to you after I've gotten a start on this Team Dragon tale.
I hope you all enjoyed this bracket challenge. I had fun putting out the matchups and seeing your votes. Any surprises, disappointments? Would you be interested in seeing another edition of this tournament in the future? Suggestions for other species that need a shot at the big dance? TF Triggers that could make a deep run?

Taking on Tough TF Tournament Triggers!
Posted a year agoHope you guys haven't grown too weary of my constant journals yet? We're almost there as this set will finish of the second round!
Game 1- Military vs. Rubber/Latex
It was beyond unusual to report to sick bay at this hour of the night. But orders were orders. As he was shown into the Chief Medical Officer’s room he passed another sailor laying in a bunk and he couldn’t help but thinking that he looked in desperate need of a shave, almost furry.
The steady drip was maddening. It was bad enough being held captive in this cramped cell with a perfect stranger. But then the slow drip drip drip of that sticky black rubber started falling from the ceiling. Before long everything was covered, their beds, the floor, their clothing.
Game 2 – Other Costume/article of clothing vs. Bitten
Halloween comes but once a year, but where’s the fun in that. He wanted something he could wear anytime he wanted. Dressing up and making a splash wasn’t just for special occasions, so why should stripes, spots, or even scales be so limited.
Standing in the shower , steam rose around him as hot water pelted his skin. The water scalding almost as painfully as the burning he felt in the wound on his shoulder. The deep punctures dotting his skin stung as the water rinsed away the crimson stain of blood, the outline of the bite clearly visible.

New Week = New Tournament Matchups!

- It had taken years to find it but here it was, the Well of Apollo. Rubbing the small gold coin he had brought between his fingers, he concentrated hard on his deepest desire. Holding his breath, he tossed it in.
- The doctors had said the treatment was untested, and so far, it seemed to be a complete success. He felt better than he had in years. Then one morning, wiping the steam from the shower off the mirror, he swore in shock at the appearance of his eyes.
Game 2 – Magic Spell/Potion vs. Transformation Product
- Mail order potions, what could go wrong? A half dozen vials precisely mixed with detailed instructions for use. One missed step on the way up to his apartment. What could go wrong?
- Last week his boyfriend brought home a bottle of “new body” lotion. It was a wild weekend and prompted a visit to the furniture store for some replacements. This week it was his turn and the transformation isle at the store held and astonishing array of possibilities.

- I’ve channeled my spirit animal many times, this is the first time he had possessed my body. I wasn’t expecting such lasting consequences.
- I’d wronged him. I wronged him and I knew it. I’d take it back if I could, especially if he could take back this blasted tail and fur.
Game 2 – Toy vs. Employment/Uniform
- The small box arrived with no return address, no instructions. Just a small note telling him to enjoy some playtime.
- Both new hires were assigned a locker in the changing room. On the night of their first shift, Adam was surprised at the sight of the new clothing he was expected to wear.

If ghosts can take other forms why not Anthro? Demonic possession may fit in this category as well.
