Just a last minute journal to let everyone know I'll be heading to Further Confusion tomorrow!

It's been nearly a decade since I've been, so I'm not really sure what I'll be up to, or where I'll be during the con. Last year I did a lot of art trades, so I'll probably be in the zoo, or if there's an artists' room I might be there. Otherwise, I'll try to keep my twitter up to date with my location. :3

As for what happened at the con, I mostly bummed around! Played some video games and board games, watched Young Frankenstien, and drew a little bit here and there.

I went to the comic jam panel, and it was a lot of fun, and I also got to play a demo of Betrayal At The House on the Hill, and Arkham Horror! Totally missed the Draw or Die panel, which was probably the panel I had most intended to attend. ;3;

Some good food, good drinks, and good times! Thanks to my fellow con go-ers and especially the con staff and volunteers! And much less exciting drama to report about compared to last year!

My next con? Maaaaaybe Further Confusion 2014, but here's a lot of ifs and butts in the way. But I'll most likely be going to Anthro Con 2014.

I had a great time meeting people in the Artist's Alley this year! Thanks to everyone who came by and supported me, and stopped by to chat and take an interest in my art!

I should also thank my fellow artists! I got to sit next to  baebunny again this year! I also found some nice company with  fasttrack37d and  easyspark! You guys were great!  aj-thecanaanfox was also super nice and let me borrow some supplies to help me finish a commission I was doing! There were others as well, but I was a bad aquacoon and forgot to get business cards from all of them! You guys were so cool!

If any of my commissioners are reading this, thank you again! If you guys happen to scan my work, could you please shoot me a link? I'd love to post them here!

Some people also expressed interest in getting commissions after the con. I haven't taken commissions in a while, but I think it's about time I got started again! It might take me some time to get everything organized to the point it's an official thing, but I'll probably do one here and there until then. So keep your eyes peeled for that!

I'm back from Fur Fright!

Don't mean to boast but I had a pretty good time! Even with the looming hurricane sending most people packing early, I pretty much did everything!

It was great seeing everyone again! Thanks for saying hello and all that! And I'm sorry for anyone who was looking for me, or I was looking for, that I wasn't able to really find! I know there was at least a couple of people I had intended to say hi to, but I was just never able to, or too shy to. =w= *blush blush*

I have to give a lot of props to the guys that run the con. They always work really hard so that we can have a good time. And also, I have to thank my roomies, who could make even the worst con, the best con!

Right now we're staying at the Super 8, but we're still hoping to get lucky and get in either the main hotel or the main overflow. But whatever, it's all good, and I'll be at the con and stuff.

I'm sorry for anyone who turned up at the Bedfellows table looking for me. AC was really strict on their policy of the number of people at a table, so I wasn't really allowed to hang out behind the table with Sheen and Rob. I suppose I don't really blame them, I wish I had realized that ahead of time.

Hopefully though, Sheen or Rob redirected anyone who WAS looking for me, to the Artist's Alley, where I spent most of my time at the con, doing some traditional commissions! Thanks so much for everyone who stopped by! I'm really sorry I kept running out of slots! If I had the time I would have loved to do more!

Maybe next time I get a table, I can be more organized about it. This was all sort of last minute.

Hello! So yeah, I guess I'm going to Anthro Con this year!

I wasn't really planning on it, but then some things sort of fell into place out of no-where to make it really convenient to go.

I'll probably arrive sometime Thursday(14th) morning/after-noon, and leaving sometime Monday(18th) morning. Again, this has been updated from before, my room situation has been secured for Thursday and Sunday night. Thanks for everyone who offered to put me up for the night though!

I'll be staying with the lovely and gracious , and will likely spend most of my time at the con helping him with his dealers table for the web cartoon: The Bedfellows (I do almost all the storyboards for that btw).

To help absorb some of the cost for travel and what not, I'll be doing $1 and $5 chibi commissions. I'll try to get some examples up in a couple of days so you know what I'm talking about. Sheen will also have some Bedfellows merch., including Sheen and Fatigue shirts!

Other than that, I'll probably be working on Story Boards for our next EP, so feel free to stop by and check it out!!!

I'd love to do some trades, but commissions and Bed Fellows work will take priority over that, so I will only be able to do them if I have some down time.

Hey hey everybody! It's that day where some people eat a lot! I know I plan to!

I'm thankful for a lot of things, but I don't want to boast. So just suffice to say, there's a lot I'm thankful for, probably stuff I don't even realize I should be thankful for. So to whoever or whatever, or lack there of, thanks for that.

Also I'm generally thankful of FA and all my watchers who still continue to watch me even though I haven't posted that much at all lately. And being a furry. There's nothing quite like it, and if I was born a different person, I can't imagine what life would be like without it.

I hope everyone has a good day today, whether they celebrate today or not.

Also that whole snow storm, power outage thing was over and done with a LONG while ago. We were out power for almost five days, internet for about 4. I swear we were the first ones to loose power and the last people to get it back. But yeah, all set now, just forgot to say so. owo

EDIT: I'm also thankful for Steams wonderful seasonal sales, one of which is going on right now!

In case you didn't notice, Steam is having a weekend sale event Nov 23-27, with different sales happening everyday.

Some of the sales are like 50-75%, especially for collections and games that may be a little old, but are still pretty good, like the Sam and Max complete collection and some of the older Elder Scrolls games, like Oblivion and Morrowind. There's lots of sales I don't even know about too, so check it out if you're interested.

If you don't know what Steam is, now would be a good time to check it out! Steam is a service to purchase and download PC video games online, from AAA titles to indie games. Not to mention, a wonderful social cloud system, that let's you build a friend's list, and see what those people are playing, join their game (if applicable), and chat while you play! You can also send and receive gifts.

The only downside is, you can't re-sell or trade your games after you've boughten them for your account. That might be a problem for some people, but personally I think it works pretty well. Basically you need your account to play your games.

I did experience one oddity during a power/internet outage, where steam kept trying to auto-update when starting it up, and regardless of trying to cancel it, it would try and then fail. Then it would offer to run in offline mode, but then it would just close out afterwards. I think it was a VERY specific glitch, so I can't imagine it happening to everyone, but for four days I had no internet, and I couldn't play my steam games. So that was super lame. But again, probably just a rare occurrence.

An un-timely snow storm rolled through my area the other day and knocked out power all over town. We have power, but it seems the internet is down anyways. I'm not really complaining, just wanted to mention it in case anyone ws wondering where I was. Not that I've been all that active anyways though. <:3c

Approach: If I'm not in the middle of something, feel free. I'm pretty approachable, though I don't always know what to say. Hugs are fine, I guess, but warn me first, and please be aware if you are really stinky or something.

I should also mention that sometimes I have a hard connecting people's names to how I know them. So if I have a hard time remembering you I might ask you for more information. Please don't be mad if this happens to you, I do this with everyone.

Art: I don't have a table, and I won't take any commissions or anything like that, but I will be happy to do a request or a trade here or there, assuming I'm not busy at the time you ask.

Activities: I'll probably go to one or two panels, and maybe if there are any interesting events. If there is a Draw or Die this year, I'll definitely be going to that, and if there is a Super Smash Bros. Tournament I might end up playing that.

I will be bringing one or two of my Magic the Gathering decks, and I'll be bringing my Wii and some games for the game room, including a copy of Bloody Roar: Primal Fury for the Game Cube. If that interests anyone it should be there, so just ask whoever is running the counter, and it should have the GC memory card in the case.

I don't go to the dances. But I might hand out glowsticks for one of them. I'm not sure if I am, or what one though.

Edit: I'm sorry this is so long, but uh It's something I wanted to say, and it's kind of important, so please give the first two paragraphs a read before deciding to skip it.

I'm going to be uploading a few old pieces of work that I hadn't uploaded for various reasons.

The more innocuous of reasons for holding a submission back was that it wasn't "finished". More so I had a self imposed policy of not uploading things that were supposed to be colored. Obviously I made some exceptions for sketches and all the pictures I drew for Further Confusion 08, since there were too many of them.

The other reason is more because of me being a butt. A while back I tried taking a few commissions, I tried to avoid taking money for them if I could because I was never sure if I could handle them or not. Long story short there were a few that I couldn't. They always came out below my expectations and I never finished them.

Some of them are 5 years old or so and I've always told myself that I can't take more commissions until I do right by those old works, even though (I'm PRETTY sure) that I didn't take money for them, and the people who commissioned them don't even care anymore at this point.

I HAVE done a few commissions after that from really persistent people, but most of the time I politely turn people down.

Out of respect for those commitments I never honored I stunted what I worked on and what I posted. I still struggle with working on new things sometimes, and I still question what keeps me from going back and doing what I should have done a long time ago. That's why a lot of what I post lately are OC's and such.

But I can't keep holding things back until they become irrelevant. So I'm going to go through and post some things that I had been avoiding posting until now. It isn't a LOT of stuff, and I'm not going to upload it all at once. But I'm hoping doing this will somehow motivate me to get back to what I said I would do.

I'm sure there are more than a few people who've I've burned by agreeing to do them a freebie or suggesting drawing them something and never getting to it. While that's also terrible it's not really as awful as ignoring a commission.

I think the most glaring cases are: Reno (I did give him something but it was far from what I had said I was going to make for him) Arcsterminus (that one's particularly painful since he's not even a furry anymore) and BG Dragon (who actually paid me ahead of time for a badge even though I told him not to).

If I owed you a commission (commission not a freebie or a gift) and forgot, please tell me. And there are a couple of people I told that I would do them a make up for being late on a commission, I'll still try to do those.

So I mean I'm sorry for that, and I'm also sorry for all the people I'd say I draw something nice for them and never did. I'm not sure I can get around to drawing everything I ever said I would but maybe when I get more time I can make some things up for people. I'm older now though, I need to focus on my life, so I can't gaurentee that I'll be able to do it all.

Also I'm sorry for all the people who were nice to me and I let our relationship fall to the wayside. There are some artists that I have gift art I drew for them that I don't talk to anymore. I mean people get busy and go from one thing to the next, so I'm sure it wasn't just me, but if anyone feels I slighted them too much and moved on I'm sorry for that too. I think I just have a hard time having too many friends, and there's no shortage of people who share your interests in the Furry fandom. So I'm sorry for anyone who got tired of waiting for me to sign on AIM or MSNIM or YIM or the like.

I'm not looking for people to tell me I'm wrong, or it's fine, or anything like that. I mean I'm sorry about these things but I'm not sad. Being sad about it won't do anything. I dunno I guess I'm just writing this to help myself.

Well, sorry for being such a sad puss. Hopefully I'll be producing more work in the near future. Oh, and thanks for the people that have been fans of my work since I started posting online, and thanks to all the people that put up with my selfish tendencies. Thanks for all the people that watch me and all the people who fave. I wish I could spend the time going through faves like I used to. Sometimes I don't realize some people are still watching me, and then I see a familiar name pop up in my faves. And sorry if I don't always say nice things on peoples art that I watch, I do look at it.

Has anyone else felt that the FA mod team has been a little over zealous lately?

I've noticed a small number of people I watch have either, some submissions disappear or have been outright banned for extended periods of time, and other random things. Not all of these people know who did these things or why, but it would seem likely to be a mod or an administrator.

This has just happened recently, so I can only guess that either FA is cracking down now due to their site merger they have coming up, or there's a new group of Mods that are a little heavy handed with the rules.

I mean is this just me? Or have other people been seeing it too?
