For those not in the know: Pathfinder is a tabletop RPG game that you can play online. It's a great roleplaying platform with a lot of bells and whistles for customizing your character to the gills. It's very much a nerd game, though- all that customization comes at the cost of needing to tweak dozens of different numbers and being swamped with tons of choices to make. If that sounds fun, you can also send a note!

General interest in RP?

So - I'm alive and such. I still RP, though I trend toward some of the more extreme kinks. I'm all ears if anyone knows a good RP community- especially a Discord. (Not F-list though. My kind aren't welcome there.)

Looking to move?
General | Posted 4 years agoOne of my pets and a close friend is moving to live closer to me and pick up a job opportunity sometime after early June 2022. Best-case scenario, I'm looking for a roommate to split rent with him to move in simultaneously. I'll be doing the best I can to smooth over the rental and move-in process. Notes:
-I can provide a recommendation for a decent job with a local employer, making $18+ an hour. No experience needed, but you must be able to competently navigate a computer and follow formal instructions.
-Rent will be split evenly between both (or all) roommates. Depending on which approach is taken, I'll be providing support with the first year's rent where I can to help him catch up on other debts.
-With him being my Pet, and kinky in his own right, furs comfortable with nudity and/or more intense sexual stuff going on are ideal, but not required.
-For rental and job purposes, U.S. Citizenship is a must.
-Winter sidewalk maintenance is not a thing here. It's best if you can drive.
-The location is Northwest Montana, so it's best if you're moving from nearby in case of unforeseen catastrophe.
If you live in/around Montana and you're interested, or know someone who might be interested, comment here or send me a Note.

Commissions..? (Money is a blight.)

Short version: I'm currently unable to work due to energy and attentiveness problems with my long standing depression. I've got about a month or two of bare necessities, money-wise, before I become a heavy financial burden on the love of my life- which is not an option. If you'd like to help supplement my dwindling reserves:
-I can and will deliver PWYW writing commissions.
-I can provide low-quality drawn commissions, also PWYW.
-I guess you can pretend you're giving me a gift if you just toss money at me, but I'll try to reciprocate through one of the above methods.
-I am willing to work odd computer-based jobs (sorting files, computer troubleshooting, image editing)
-I have the ability to DM tabletops, and a roll20 subscriber account that includes the D&D 5e Player's Handbook. For a negotiable monthly fee, I can run either a custom campaign or a preexisting module (your choice) including custom-built maps, dynamic lighting setup, and homebrewed content like custom rulesets to accommodate furry characters and worlds. While this is technically also PWYW, it also represents 5-10 hours of work per week.

General | Posted 6 years agoSo it has come to my attention that someone watching me is F-list staff. This is gross on several levels. For review:
I was originally banned on F-list for the crime of reporting a mod and insisting they be disciplined. During this process, I was bullied and quite callously dehumanized, and this continued when I attempted to appeal quite some time later. It's fairly lucky that I survived that, as the main reason I wasn't reasonable enough not to poke the bear is that I was already fighting off some heavy thoughts of self-harm in suicide, trapped in Arizona without my medicine. At this point in time, F-list staff will not engage in any form of real-time dialogue with me, nor will they respond to tickets submitted through their proper channels, as they insist is the 'proper' way to appeal a ban.
Some time later, since I could no longer contact F-list staff to appeal the ban through the 'proper channel', I simply rolled and created a new account, this one under my character 'Sakrisk'. Suspiciously, not long after posting Sakrisk's reference to FurAffinity, an F-list admin on a fresh, unmarked profile messaged to ask if this was my FurAffinity. I was summarily banned and returned to radio silence. This has gotten to the point of cruelty, seeing as I never was legitimately disruptive to their site or any users there- I simply peeved the mod team for about 48 hours.
So, I figured I'd place a call for help here. Most anyone who knows me can provide character witness for me. If you care, and want to help, you can contact the F-list moderation team- but be warned, if you have an account there you'll want to use an email address not associated with it, as I'm afraid they're not above handing out retaliation to friends of mine, either. If you're willing to brave that, you can use their site's Contact Form to make a statement of support and question the ban. Otherwise, you can make a statement against the harassment I've received from F-list's staff using their email:

If anyone has any ties with site staff that could lead to setting up a one-on-one conversation with a staffer who's actually a decent human being, I'd also appreciate being noted about that.

In a better place lately, whee!
Overall, I've been starting to pick up with worldbuilding for a new setting, and might actually post some not-wholly-lewd stories herabouts. I've been happily cohabitating with Redalgo for almost half a year now, so I'm happy about that! New workplace also seems to respect me as a professional while offering me space to be myself. That's particularly cool!

General | Posted 7 years agoI've finally moved up to Montana with my mate and best friend, Redalgo. He doesn't lurk around here anymore, sadly, but things are going well for me! Life is looking up with him by my side, even though I'm still looking for work- probably the happiest and most comfortable I've been in any stage of my life. You'll probably see more writing show up here eventually!

Anyway, status update for anyone curious: I'm alive, in Arizona now, working a kinda shitty job for minimum wage and living paycheck to paycheck. I'm not going to stay on a website with people in charge thick enough to leave my password stored on their servers as plain text. From what I hear, they nearly botched the password reset, as well. Hearthtongue
General | Posted 10 years agoHearthtongue isn't quite Arakk's surname or family name. It's a 'second-name', describing his core traits. Since it's 3:00 AM and I'm HILARIOUSLY unsure whether I'm awake, let's talk about that!
You might assume 'hearth' stems from Arakk being a firebreather. Yes and no. Originally he was. But a hearth is, symbolically, the place where the cozy fire of home could be maintained. The source of warmth through the winter. The place where a primal force like fire can be tamed. Such is with Hearthtongue- defined by being warm, gentle, protective of those close to him.
In addition, the universe Arakk (the istaria character) came from set Hearthtongues aside in their own 'middle class' caste- craftsmen, able to work with materials like noone else.
P.S. confirmed awake, GOING TO BED.
