Can anybody tell me if there is a public "Blacklist" for fursuit makers?

Kinda like the ones floating around for artists and such, but specifically for fursuit makers?

Having some SERIOUS concerns about someone making or "supposedly" making my first suit. I have been nice, even patient (at least ion the beginning)

But with:
1. Lack of communication
2. over A YEAR PAST the date it was promised
3. Failing to reply until I start talking about refunds
4. and now them demanding MORE money to ship the only half finished product when the original amount supposedly covered the shipping?!

Anyone else think these are legit concerns here?

I know Im not the perfect person here either, but this is absolutely ridiculous for someone who is supposedly reputable. T_T

So again I ask, is there a public "Fursuit Maker" blacklist?

Ive been so busy lately, I havent had much time for anything online really. I know I still owe artwork for trades, and I owe a couple people money for arts. Please bear with me, I am trying to get together, and with just having gotten back from Elliot's used my weekly days off up so Ill be working alot this week T_T
I'll be getting around to getting trade works up hopefully by Friday or Saturday, and start paying money I owe by tomorrow so please bear with me. ^^;

Okay so I'm still on the hunt for a ref sheet of my character, a correct and accurate one. Don't get me wrong, I love my Archip, but I envisioned him more coon like than draconic. So I'm looking for a good or at least decent artist who does ref sheets for a reasonable price.

And can do it with a very detailed text description that I'll provide.
