Dead Tree Version of After Dark: Available for Havings.
General | Posted 15 years agoSo, I debated with myself over this, and decided that I'd just do it and see how it went.
Chapter three of After Dark is in my submission section, But at the same time, I've released of After Dark, Book 1 "Dusk", available on Lulu.com.
The print edition is $6, and the eBook, a DRM-free, printable PDF file, is $4
Both editions contain an epilogue that foreshadows the events of the next part of the series. I've revamped the chapter breaks a little, too, so that there are now seven chapters instead of three.
What do I get out of the sales? Not enough for a large Cappuccino at my local independent coffee shop where I first started writing After Dark. But enough for an ordinary coffee. So if you enjoyed After Dark and want to see a little extra content, plus get the whole story to date in on-demand printed or PDF form, please consider a purchase. :)

Yes, I'm still working on chapter three of the story. Sorry it's taking me so long, I've been a little off my game. I have a tendency towards writer's block that's killed stories in the past, but never fear, I've vowed to bring After Dark to some sort of end.
I have the rest of the story in my head, which I didn't when I started, so if chapter three has a few plot twists that weren't hinted at in the first two chapters come out, I'm sorry. Once I'm done with this chapter, you might see a re-release of all of the book so far with a few rewrites.
In the mean time, chapter three should be coming out some time in the next two weeks, though I make no promises if finals come and bite me in the arse. We'll see.
