I saw a friend of mine do something similar (share videos from E3 games) on his journal so I thought I could the same for some he didn't had or some I didn't see myself up until now. Im sure some of you have seen them already and some have not so this is why Im doing this plus, because I can and want to.



I LOVE Bowser, and seeing him standing more upright is something Im loving a lot because (to me) it makes him look much bigger and obviously taller. And SSB for the 3DS? Yes please. I love having hand held version of games I love on my big consoles. Also, DEM NEW MOVES from Bowser.



Cant go wrong with a new Mario kart game. Unless you count the name which I think Nintendo is running out of. (names for the games) Mario Kart Wii is my favorite of the series so far because of the bikes and graphics and this one seems to combine everything from all the games including courses, racing underwater like MK7 and whatnot. What I dont get is the "Racing upside down" aspect of the game. I guess they wanted a Mario Galaxy-ish experience or something?



I think this one kinda speaks for it self. Mario and company using "kitty suits". I guess Mario really IS turning into a furry.

The fact that game has Princess Peach in it makes me think this could be a sort of Super Mario Bros 2 "take" or remake. But I think that's just me since I doubt Mario and company are gonna be doing what they did here:

To everyone who wished me a happy birthday and for the random gifts. I wasn't expecting any well wishes (well from some people) nor gifts. I usually see/expect this from famous and/or "important" people but even so I think that's BS for the most part. Us "little people" can be just as good or "important" to some.

It's been ages since I've said anything about my life but lets face it. about 5% of the people who watch me reads my journals and LESS than 3% comment on them or anything else. So why am I doing this? Because I can and want to.

Anyway... first off, Im turning 25 in 2 days (June 11) and already I feel too old for this shit. (Metaphorically speaking). My last birthday was pretty damn "bland" to the point I didn't even had a cake or gift but I guess its to be expected. I mean, what else can be done that hasn't been done yet?

Negativity aside at least Im happy somewhat that my little bro is finally coming back home after 6-7 months of being in Washington, California and god knows where else. I dont know why exactly he got to travel but it has to do with the profession he's after. As happy as I am about it the only thing Im not looking forward to his home coming is me giving up HIS room. I dont have a room of my own and Im really gonna miss the privacy it provided me.

Aside from all this I guess Im just the same as usual. Neutral and not too happy or sad about everything in general. I do wish I could socialize more with people though. I feel like people I call (or used to call?) friends have either grown way too apart from me, found better friends or just forgot about me. Im not surprised either way sine Im not a famous person and I dont have much to offer in general aside from the commissions/gifts I get on a very rare basis. That being said Im NOT asking for constant attention like some people I know who have it, did NOT ask for it and burdens them.

So yeah. This is me reporting in for life and getting some things off my chest.

I never played any of the Portal games because I think the puzzles will drive me crazy but this video about the "secret" of the "Companion Cube" was both enlightening and confusing. Dare I say even "F-ed up".

Either way I love game theories and expeculations like these so this is why Im sharing this video for those who haven't seen it.

I hope some of you got to watch the first 2 episodes of the show today because already Im having high hopes and laughs about it. I mean... the first episode started off with a MLP reference... and with Raven watching it in secrecy? Of all people... I would say that was "awesome" but I dont think that word even begins to "justice" or describe what i thought about that part/episode.

Anyway, yeah. The show is "quirky" compared to its "more serious" version but I like it. If it made me laugh I will watch it again.

Well my last journal might have probably been ignored but I dont do journals for attention like some people do. Anyway this is yet again about the event that is still going on at Guild Wars 2, except this time I'd like to share the 2nd reason I've been won over by said event a lot. There is lava raising from the floor, a giant axe slowing coming down on you and walls with spikes closing in as you are tied up.

There you have it. This is one of the few events in the game that I've really enjoyed and I only hope to see more of it or like it. Even more so since I never got to rescue the princess but at the present time I dont think you can. I suspect more levels and such will be added eventually.

I was planning to use this as an April Fools thing but Im sure I will only fool anyone dumb/lazy enough to NOT read descriptions or those who dont play the game this is associated with.



Anyhow, this is a "fake commercial" video for an event that's happening right now in Guild Wars 2 and frankly, its really fun. The "commercial" however, is just weird but cool... I mean, if you play a Charr you should know who Rytlock Brimstone is and that he's a well respected character I guess. Still that's what makes the video funny, weird and cool to me. Not to mention I wonder how long did it took to make that awesome fursuit.

I finally got it because MSN is said to have its plug removed in a few days and... its a piece of shit when you compare it to MSN. It's too "bland" and lackluster in the personalization department. What annoys me more is that I cant change MY text color, ALL the text color and font is the same on ALL my contacts and that confuses the hell out of me because I cant tell who is talking or talked last. Before Skype I could tell it was ME talking because my text was green.

*sigh* It's like I said, change is not always good. I just hope Skype gets better over the years or something. In the mean time I guess I have to suck it up.

My 3rd semester of University starts on Thursday 17 and already it's not looking like a good start. It seems no matter how much I try, ignore or avoid it, drama just likes to fuck me in the face for all the WRONG reasons/intentions.

Lately, for some reason people have been doing a lot of stupid shit that just turn my stomach and make me physically sick. Already I've seen 3 cases (mine being the 3rd) of people acting like fucking 10 year olds pussies taking the "easy" way out of a situation that wasn't a problem until THEY made a poor decision/action. What I mean is people have been blocking some of my friends or random other people because they misjudge them over something as pointless as a game or 1 wrong word/typo.

When someone who YOU saw as a "friend" starts saying or thinking bullshit about you (misjudging) without even giving you a chance to explain yourself that doesn't make a person a "friend", it makes them a complete jackass. When you know or assume your "friend" is giving you the cold shoulder or ignoring you for someone "better" and they refuse to explain their self and call YOU an asshole, it makes THEM look like the assholes they really are.

Just thinking about this makes me want to hit my face in a desk and ask: Why the fuck are people so damn scared to say the truth? Why the fuck are people so damn scared of being told what THEY did was wrong or that they overreacted?

There was a time I would do this, I admit it but over the years I've learned to not do this bullshit because it just pisses everyone off. I mean, instead of just hating some random fucker over the internet, the lowest point/place to pick a fight or argue, why not just be NEUTRAL with the guy or admit that we ALL MAKE MISTAKES?

Please stay indoors. Every year at least 1 person is killed by some idiot(s) disarming firearms into the sky (I think) so I dont want anyone I know to be a victim of another one of mankinds never ending stupidities.

I just got an e-mail from the MSN team saying that they'll really be "shutting" down the service and that I should use Skype, which I can log into with my MSN info and keep all my contacts. I dont really think this is "THE end" of MSN because from what read it seems more like a "merging" or something of both programs/services.

Either way as soon as Im done stressing over my finals on December 12 I guess I'll download Skype. Im kinda looking forward to it but at the same time Im not. Change is not always good and when you've been using MSN for over 15 years is hard to use another program for chatting with friends.

I haven't used my Paypal for over 2 years but now that I finally got money to add to it so I can commission something nice for myself I find out that I need to give "sensitive" or even photos of "sensitive" information in order to use their services again?

Has anyone else gone through or feels the slightest bit concerned they are asking for way too much info over something that used to be so simple? As in:

1-add money
2-send to person

I need to give them a photo or file of my ID? Seriously? I honestly have no idea if I should be sighing and facepalming or pissing mad. To make matters worse I dont think I even HAVE the information they want from me on paper or photographed.

I have "Weasyled" my way into said website but not because its the "in thing" right now or because all the "cool kids" are joining it like its going out of fashion. I joined because I wanted to see and test drive the websites features on my own or maybe make it my "2nd home" since DeviantArt is already dead to me. I've been bottling this up for a while now and I've had just about enough today.

For the past few weeks I've been getting stupid, poorly thought-out and childish notes/comments from people trying to pass their selves up as "friends" or some dumb crap like that ONLY because they like what THEY think is MY ARTWORK.

When you come up with a half-assed comment like: "Hai l33ts b frendz =3" or "I watched you for YEARS(?) you my IDOL" or some other 5 year old crap like that Im going to completely and utterly ignore you. If you keep talking/spelling like that in my page I'll be forced to BLOCK you. watching someone for LESS than 1 week shouldn't make ME or ANYONE an "idol" for you to worship.

Im not gonna say who "these" people are nor will I point fingers but if you're one of them and you know it for fucks sakes think before you talk. First impressions are IMPORTANT but dont necessarily mean its your 1 way ticket to my heart BUT also doesn't mean its your 1 way ticket to an "ignore-boot" up your face.

Im sorry for the rant and those people who have made horrible attempts to contact me but that's just 1 of the things I do NOT have the patience for nor do I like to deal with. If there is any advice I can give it would be:

1-dont make "hate journals" about people blocking you when there plenty of fish in the sea. Dont dwell in the past or make a huge scene because you didn't manage to make 1 friend in your life or he "got away".
2-find someone who either likes what YOU like or can understand your grammar if english is not your main language. If not, talk in your native language. There is bound to be someone who understands you.

Yesterday (since its already Tuesday by a few minutes as I post this) was a very stressful day at University for me and with it gone plus some news I got from 1 of my professors I hope to finally get some rest so my eyeballs dont hurt on Mondays.

Why Mondays? It's the day I have the most classes and the day I stay the longest in University and it gets really boring and tiresome. I cant seem to get a good sleep when said day comes and because of that I now know the meaning behind the phrase "I hate Mondays". I only have 3 classes but the last one (Spanish class) is at 5:30 PM and even though I dont like it if it wasn't for the awesome professor I would be getting out of it at 8:30 PM because the class is 3 hours long. Depending on what she wants to discuss and if the students are quick about it she usually let us go at around 6:30-7:00 PM.

Anyhow my classes are coming to an end and that's half of the good news. Due to certain reasons I wont have Spanish class for next 2-3 weeks which means (hopefully) more goofing off and Guild Wars 2 play-time. It also means I have time to finish some overdue homework.

Thanks again to those who wished me good luck on the 3 exams I had on Monday. I rushed a bit to study for them and I honestly think your well wishes helped.

I've been playing the game for 1 week now and here is what I have/like to say about it. Thanks in advance to those who convinced me on buying it. I hope you know who.

My PROS
-Weapons having different skills depending on class/profession is creative and cool
-Level down-scaling keeps the game challenging no matter where you are
-Gaining EXP for doing just about anything feels rewarding (chopping wood, crafting stuff, exploring, etc)
-Being able to post items on the Trading Post from anywhere is great (when its not down for maintenance)
-Jumping puzzles are more fun than expected even if you fail them 50+ times

My CONS
-Controls feel a wee bit sluggish (for Charr maybe?)
-Level down-scaling makes "farming" somewhat slow and means no soloing big bad monsters
-Monsters respawn timer is quick, making solo exploration dangerous/annoying sometimes
-No "dedicated" healer/tank classes discourage me from trying out dungeons/instances
-No way to tell enemies/players health in numbers and no "inspect" player features feel odd at best

There is possibly more "bad and good" stuff I can say but Im just gonna plop the first 5 that came to mind. I dont wanna sound like a downer nanny or something which would be stupid when Im having so much fun with the game right now.

Profession/Class Thoughts

-I've only been using an engineer for now so I can only speak for them. They are fun with their inventions and such and their weapon choice but some of their skills feel like "novelties". The Bomb Kit for one, makes you a sort of "suicide bomber" as you run towards enemies laying bombs on their path as they stab you in the face. That seems like both a good, bad and FUN idea as I did tried the kit out a few times. I however still prefer to shoot things from a safe distance with my rifle or pistols.

-The engineers usable weapons feels extremely limited with just rifles, pistols (dual-wield) and shields (pistol+shield) and that got a bit boring fast. Thankfully what gives them diversity is their skills like turrets, elixirs, etc. I understand this class is fairly new to ArenaNet so I say this as a compliment and not hating.

Game World Thoughts

-The game looks amazing to say the least. I can only run the game in the lowest settings which sadly makes the game look blurry and slightly pixelated but even so it looks great and I dont notice any of that stuff anymore. The world is yoga-balls huge (hint TV show ref) but you can trek it amazingly fast on foot plus Way Points (transporters) and swiftness-granting skills help out.

Those are my 2-cents on the game. Use them to buy yourself something shiny or arm yourself with knowledge.

EDIT - I forgot to mention that the #1 annoying thing I find about this game is coming up with a NAME for your characters... I literally have to shift around 15 names or MORE until I find one not taken...

If you dont watch this trailer or haven't seen it proceed to the nearest brain-recycling facility and get a new one.

I've been contemplating on buying the game since I saw "zee giant kitty-mans" (Charr) and now that the game is out and Im 20 bucks short of getting my claws on it I cant stop thinking of this: "is it worth it?"

I've been reading a butt-load of bug reports in the website and frankly the more I read the more my excitement and enthusiasm falls to the ground. Has anyone who owns the game encountered any of these bugs?

-Quests being unable to be completed (wave of enemies not spawning, etc)
-Disappearance of items/gold/etc
-Animation/sound errors and such
-Graphic errors and such ("face melting", etc)
-No EXP gain from certain things (exploring, crafting, etc)

If there is something that MMO games have thought me is that not everyone experience the same type of bugs and some dont experience ANY of them at all. But we all cant be lucky forever so my question to anyone who plays the game and reads this (again): Has anyone noticed any of these bugs that make you rethink your decision/opinion on the game yet?

IN OTHER NEWS - I've been ok so far in University. Still trying to adjust being around so many students this time around.

I start tomorrow. Not happy about it for a few reasons:

1-Gonna be taking some classes I dont like or that I might regret
2-slightly heavier semester with more classes, including 1 that finishes at 8 PM
3-Less privacy/"me time"
4- World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria expansion back comes out next month...

So I guess Im gonna have to shut up and put up with all that or something. I dont really expect much support from anything or anyone for some reason. I only had less than 3 people to thank for my 1st semester and that doesn't mean they'll still be around for that.

Here's hoping my extremely slight depression doesn't ruin my first day.

So apparently according to fans and other sources tomorrow, August 6 it's "Bowser Day". I dont normally jump on bandwagons and such but I figured since I love the guy and I have a Bowser commission in the works (was not relevant to this "holiday" until now) I'd join in early by making this journal and sporting a Bowser avatar.

Does anyone play it or has played the free trial? Is it a lag-fest or anything? I've seen a lot of videos and info about races, classes, etc and I'd like a 2nd opinion. The game looks interesting enough and very similar to WoW (which I welcome) except for a few things like "grinding" I think. The big noticeable things I read up about are:

1-You'll fight monsters 10 times your size most of the time
2- The game is not "Lone-wolf" friendly (something that I dont like as I am one)

Other than the game being P2P (Pay to Play) it looks promising for an MMO. Also... from what I read on these "Chronoscrolls" if you have the money (in-game) it might be possible to NEVER pay IRL money to keep your subscription up... that kinda got my attention but Im very certain they wont be cheap to buy in-game... they are kinda cheap to buy IRL I guess at 14.99$. (max 2 scrolls per-week)

So... yeah, your opinions my way I want. *insert Yoda laugh here*
