Long time coming, I know...sorry for the huge gap. But I've finally dug up some ideas to start the next Tayuna series.

I'm considering introducing a new character. Whether or not he becomes a regular, or even an actual staple character, is yet to be seen. What I'd like from you guys and gals is ideas. Should he be a good guy all the way through, helping Shayde and Sammy, or will he be a bad guy who is won over by the labbie and otter?

Right...well a $400 vet bill totally blew me out of the water, so I need to get some money fast.

I know I'm not the best colourist or writer out there, but its worth a shot...anyone want to take me on?

This is just a little public service announcement. I'm trying to help a friend attend a con at the end of the year, ya see

 kujo is a little strapped for cash at the moment, and kinda needs help to attend Midfur during December. He's already booked and registered...he just needs cash for travel and food.

Unfortunately, some ongoing problems have rendered him unable to work (or so I think...check with him for more details). So he has been reduced to selling his first fursuit.

Its a pretty cool suit, I must say. Very well made by Arend Studios, of his blue tiger character, Chevy. As with any character-based suit, he is sad to see it go, but is consold with the fact he has another of a newer character.

So I started really thinking about a new story to write. And I came up with a good idea...but I wanted to run it by you guys and gals first.

As a sort of intro to the major story-line, I was thinking of writing three short chapters, set practically at the same point in time and told from different characters' 'areas' When each chapter ends in a sort of mini-cliffhanger, the first 'real' chapter will pick off right after. If that makes any sense...

Oooooor......just thought of it now! How about doing different chapters in 1st person from various characters? Instead of my usual 3rd person view....what ya think?


So yeah, give me your ideas, and I'll get to work. If I settle on the three-part mini chapters, they'll be submitted seperately, with about a day or so between submissions.

Random question time!!! Fav video game, and what was the last movie you saw and how'd you like it?

Right now, I'm playing Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse. Awesome...game...is AWESOME, hehe.
Last movie...Cowboys & Aliens. Pretty good movie, really. I enjoyed it. Want to go see Johnny English Reborn though...Rowin Atkinson FTW!!

Okays all. I think I've taken more than enough of a break...time to get back into the writing shindigg.

To help me on the way, I ask you, my sometimes readers, and watchers, for advice or ideas. I would like to continue with the story of Shayde and co, set a year after 'Double-Edged'

If anyone has any ideas of what I should throw my labbie into next, leave em here and I'll sort them out. I'm kinda leaning towards a scavenger-hunt-esque story, and including that panther/wolf hybrid character I designed a while ago...but hey, if you want me to write a different style, I'll give it a whirl!

So yah. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Ach...my poor head. I have a headache, I'm confused, worried, scared and a whole lot of other things...I need time and space to figure out a lot of things.

Lone wants to know if I want to move over to America and live with him...I definately want to, because he's my mate, and the only one for me. Problem is...doing that would mean completely uprooting myself from here. I feel sure my family wouldn't take kindly to me moving across the globe to live with another guy...they'd probably disown me, or at the very least, my actions could cause another huge rift in the family, and I would hate for that to be on my head.

Don't get me wrong, Lone means the world to me...and if I knew that everything would be fine here, and I could afford to move there, I would. It's just...*sighs* complicated. I'd need a job pretty much as soon as I got there, we'd need a place to stay and everything...all so complicated...

Also, as far as I know, I earn the most in the house. Sad really...and I don't help out nearly as much as I should. I'm worried that something bad will happen if I leave...and I'd have to leave my dog behind as well, which would be almost as hard as leaving the family.

Add in the whole economic problems in the US right now, and I'm worried something will happen to Lone as well. He might now be able to support me while I find my feet...and I would hate to be a burden on him, or anyone. Also...I'm worried I might not be worth the effort. We've only met once...and though it was the most amazing time of my life...I'm worried that some of my idiosyncrases might get too much to bare...

This isn't a pity party, by the way. I just needed to air my feathers, as it were...get all my doubts and thoughts out there. Sorry if I'm boring you or anything...just...needed to vent.

Alrighty then everyone! I'm back home, semi-recovered and ready for that obligatory post-AC journal

AC was a blast, as expected. My second year there, so I knew a little more about what goes on, and knew I couldn't attend everything. I still managed to see and do a lot, and I hope to return again next year. I loved 2's Rant (the earth is now Shatner...hehe), Kage's Story hour, and 2gether on stage...those two are absolutely fantastic together.

I attended the dance one night, just to check it out. Very loud...not sure if it's right for me, but maybe next year...I caught a little of the fursuit dance competition and Masquerade...enough to make me maybe try out next year. Of course, I need to actually aquire some skill first.

Met and hung out with various people, mostly by proxy of hanging out with two seriously awesome guys;  linkinmonroe and  jasonamora I managed to NOT make a fool of myself this year, and had quite coherent conversations with them both, and through them, met Kanic, November and several others.

My biggest buzz of AC came from  erisvalgen, who managed to produce and utterly AMAZING fursuit for me. She did so without a DTD of me, and it still turned out fantastic. The head...my GOD the head is amazing! I'll get some pics soon, but there are already some floating around. I love the suit...it's just amazing. Thanks again Eris...you ROCK

Then, all too soon, AC was over for another year. Buuuut...I wasn't done yet. After a whole year of waiting, planning and saving, and afew last minute hair-yanking problems, I finally...FINALLY, met my wonderful mate,  lonewolf277. I spent 4 days with him in Cape Cod...and I will never forget them. He is...without a doubt, the most amazing, fantastic and loving guy I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I am honoured he chose me as a mate. While we didn't have as much time together as we'd have liked (he had to work), the time we did spend was truly wonderful. We were gonna go suiting one night, but unfortuantely, his new suit is...really quite appaling.

But all good things come to an end...and it tore my heart apart when I had to leave Lone behind again. Another blow came when he couldn't see me off on Friday...he had to work early, so we had to say our goodbyes Thursday night. But we are already planning for next year. He's gonna try to get to AC, and so am I, and that will be amazing again. A year is a long time, but we've done it before...we can do it again.

Flying was fine...apart from the last two flights. Somehow, I developed a cold, and as such, had a sore throat and blocked nose. Not so bad, I hear you say...try having that at 39000 feet. And landing...that was painful. I tried everything to reduce the pressure in my ears, and nothing worked. It was stabbingly painful, and they are still a little muzzy today. Fortunately, I have today off work, so I can attempt to recover before going back to work.

So, in summary...I just had the best holiday of my life. AC, followed by four days with my loving mate...yeah, it was good. Thanks to all those who tolerated my presence over AC, and here's hoping we can do it again in a year!!!!!!

Soooo, yah...still in the US, but this time in MA. I'm gonna visit a certain wolf and spend the best freakin' fours days ever with him!!

Watching the news last night and a report came up about Justin Bieber. Apparently he's here in Australia. But anyway, the report goes on to say some 17 year old guy managed to get onto the roof of the place Justin is playing at, somehow got in, then hurled a few dozen eggs at the 'performer' below.

I'm feeling quite depressed lately. I dunno if its a lack of sleep, dealing with a whole lot of problems, or a combination of the two, but I could really use some good news about now.

Okay everyone, I've put on my serious face today.

My good friend  dawndragon is in a very dark place right now. He has told me on numerous occasions he wishes to end his life. I have tried my best to talk him out of it...but I dunno if he listened.

Its all cause of his mate. He and his mate have had a whole bunch of trouble trying to be together. His mate's mom is Satan's unholy spawn, and actively seeks to deny her son of every shred of goodness, and now Katz's mate has had enough. Only problem is, he lives 4 hours' drive away, and Katz doesn't have transport.

'Why not ask his parents?' I hear you ponder. He tried. His mom is 'willing' kinda, but then she is against having him live in her house, so they wouldn't have a place to stay.

So now, I need your help. It is a three-fold plea, and while I don't expect any help, if it happened, I would be more than grateful, and so would Katz and his mate.

1) PLEASE...everyone who can, go and give  dawndragon (aka Katz) a bit of a g-up. Convince him that killing himself is NOT the answer. I'm not entirely sure, but he might still be around...his latest 'Fav' is dated 5 hours ago...

2) Canadian Furs, this is for you. If ANYONE is willing to assist, please help Katz and Mid be together. I know it's a big ask, but can someone drive him to Mid and rescue the poor guy from literal hell?

3) The biggest ask of all...a place to stay. Even if they are together, they still need a roof over their heads. Or at least, Mid would. Anyone have a place open? I doubt I'd get any hits with this...but I gotta try...

So I just finished Okamiden. Simply put, this was the best game I have played since the original Okami. The characters...the plot...everything was simply...awesome. A good long game, as well, just like Okami. There were a few things I wish they'd included, but the game is extraordinarliy good as it is. I really hope they come up with a third, because there are still many questions left unanswered.

Was nice to see Ammy and Shiranui again, too. And the interaction and emotion between the characters actually moved me in some parts.
I would strongly suggest anyone who has a DS to go and get this game. You don't even need to have played Okami to get the plot.

Yay...not long now til Anthrocon!!! I cannot wait to get back there, I had so much fun last year. Gonna try some new things this time...maybe actually do and see more. I just have to fork out a little more money to pay for flights, and then it's game on! I'll try and have a phone with me this year...might make it a little easier to get in contact with people I'd like to meet.
