In Drawful, you alternate between drawing, and coming up with fake answers to trick the other players. You score points if people guess your answer. We play with a custom list of sexual prompts derived from previous games, like "timon sleeping in the nude" or "cannonballing onto some phat dong"

In Gartic Phone, you alternate between turning prompts into drawings, and turning drawings back into prompts. The drawings become more and more ridiculous. There are no points, you just play for fun!

i caught coronavirus last weekend at a furry convention. i'm sorry! i am taking a few days off to have coronavirus and rest. so i will not stream tomorrow

do you remember this room party picture series from 2014 where about eight pokemon fuck in a hotel room and make a mess of it? of course you don't! well, sometimes i like to put elaborate secret trolls in my pictures and this was one of those times.

if you look very, very, very closely at the first picture in the series you will see two things that are weird.

1. munchlax is eating cookies, and there is one cookie left in the container on the dresser. but if you look at the later pictures the container has more cookies in it! ...where did the extra cookies come from? actually, the pictures are a little out of order

2. i have a teeny tiny signature below the bottle of lube. but it is not signed "argon vile". it is signed "argon VLE". what happened to the letter i? is it a penmanship issue! well actually, every picture is missing one letter in my name

if you arrange the pictures in chronological order (which is hard!) and notice that all my of my signatures are missing a letter (which is also hard!) then the missing letters spell a little message. it is not a clever message! there are only so many 8-letter things you can spell with my name. but it is dumb and cute and now you know too much about this picture series

hello! i've joined two new art sites if you are interested in new art sites. maybe you should be!

itaku started in october 2020, it is a site organized around commissions. you can submit commission requests or offers to a feed and search for artists/customers who are compatible with your tastes. they also offer a conventional gallery with folders/blacklists and allow "underage" characters such as spyro the dragon and larry koopa, although that is not the focus of the site.

pillowfort is still in open beta, they seem like they are sort of trying to be the new tumblr. similar to tumblr the interface is baffling and it is impossible to find people's art or search for new content, so i think it will be a smash hit! they do not offer galleries, but they do have a content blacklist. they have similar content restrictions to FurAffinity.

I have done a good job staying out of trouble on FurAffinity this year! Which is good, because after 15 years here and 1,435 uploads, I have accumulated one warning and two strikes. The unfortunate reality of a 3-strike system is no matter how diligent I am, I'll be permanently banned soon. Maybe later this year! But the proactive approach I adopted has worked as evidenced by the fact that I still have a Furaffinity account as of February 2022 :) However, remaining proactive means going back and removing old art sometimes.

I have removed all of my yordle art. I had already removed some of the iffier yordles (teemo, kennen) but reading up on Yordle lore, it seems while they have a childlike appearance, they are centuries old and do not age in the same way humans do. This may seem overly paranoid but my second ban was for a dragon with a childlike appearance who is centuries old and does not age in the same way humans do.

Rammus is still OK. (OK)

I have removed all of my Spyro art. Wiki sources list Spyro as a teenager which aligns with his teenage mannerisms. Online consensus (#1, #2) appears to be that the events of Year Of The Dragon peg him at 12 years of age. It seems pretty clear cut and the only real defense is "Well this and that popular artist draws Spyro." That sounds nice! Maybe some day when I am a popular artist I will draw Spyro again.

I have removed a few other pictures too, such as a Puck commission which slipped through the cracks. With 1,435 submissions it is hard to catch everything! But I am trying hard.

Maybe I made a mistake! The cool thing about the taco system is that if a moderator ever says "no, no, Spyro The Dragon is OK. Actually Sparkster is fine too, you can put those pictures back up." I can go back and fix the old submissions and everything is fine. Unfortunately the only guidance I've been given from official sources is "you will have to make the best decisions for you... ...especially [for] characters that appear childlike." So I'm doing my best. I'm sorry!

InkBunny has a stigma of being "the underage site". Twitter is not really a gallery. e621 isn't intended as a place for artists to showcase their art. Maybe there are other sites you would prefer, let me know! I am also active on Furry Network, Newgrounds and SoFurry although they have the same content restrictions as FurAffinity.

our last drawful game turned out AWESOME -- the list we use is mostly commonly known characters from my art (like zorori and elecmon) but -- everytime we play, the wrong guesses get funneled back into the list for future games!

so if you think zorori riding a fat dildo looks like "zororo accentally the entire cucumber" then maybe some poor soul will have to draw that in a few months, furrowing their brow and trying to guess what the heck a "zororo" is

it's chaotic and we usually get a lot of good porn and good laughs out of it. and even if you don't draw you can still join the audience and help guess! hope you can make it!! the more the better~

Behold! Argon Vile's Terms Of Service

This preempts a few questions which have never come up, like "What if Argon gets sick on the day of my stream" or "what if I forget!" But, I also wanted to enumerate some specific things I won't draw. 99% of the time when someone asks "will you draw this?" the answer is "yes, i will try!" But, sometimes it is no. It is so rare, out of 22 years as an artist it has only happened three times! Maybe now it will happen less.

I will open commissions some time in the next two weeks! In lieu of "raffle skip slots" I will be offering two kinds of commissions:

• Raffle slots: these will be the usual slots in the $40-$70 range where you have to win a raffle
• Commissions: these will be unlimited but will be very expensive, in the $130-$200 range (!?)

Instead of "raffle skip slots" I will be keeping commissions open! FOREVER! ...maybe! I didn't like that both times with "raffle skip slots", the slots got taken extremely quickly and someone got left out. So, I'm experimenting with keeping commissions open permanently by charging too much money.

The reason I need to charge too much money is that about 30 people want commissions! If I charge a reasonable amount, everybody will have to wait their turn in a 30-person queue. So to keep from being super-bogged down with commissions, my goal is a price where about 90% of you say, 'that is OK, I can wait for the raffle!'

I hope this all makes sense! I am not trying to be predatory and I am not desperate for money. But, there are some people who want to commission me ten times, because they have ten ideas! And, they do not have the patience to wait until 2082 to win ten raffles. They think they should be able to pay extra to cut in line, and I think that makes sense.

The extra money I make from these expensive commissions will go toward regular commissions cheaper, so if my cool spreadsheet formula does its job, I will be getting the same amount of money overall!

Every few weeks, cool fans send me messages asking for free art! But, on rare occasions cool fans send me messages asking for expensive art. It is usually something like, "I know you have a commission raffle, but if I pay you $100 can you just draw my character now? Please!"

So, I am going to try something new for the upcoming round of commissions. You can choose to pay more than you pay now (about $100) and skip the raffle. Or you can choose to pay less than you pay now (about $40) and try your luck. Hopefully this should be win/win and some of you will get commissions without waiting for several years -- while others pay a lot less money!

Some might be annoyed, "It sounds like you are raising your prices a lot!" and others might be confused, "Why are you charging less money?" ...Well, by charging some people more and some people less, it should average out the same which is important to me.

It's an open secret to anybody clever enough to divide one number by another number that I charge about $20/hr for streams right now. I think that's about what I'm worth. I don't want to change that. Professional artists charge more like $50/hr, but -- professional artists can draw a circle without having to google what a circle looks like! Ha ha. Some day I will get there, but in the meantime I will continue lowballing myself and most you will have to deal with my raffles.

Thanks so much for everyone who's been participating in my commission raffles! These last few rounds of commissions have gone ridiculously well. I'm thrilled with the ideas I've gotten and the art I've put out. And for those of you who haven't won a raffle in awhile, thanks for your patience! You just have to trust in RNG.
