Planning a growth drive.
Posted 4 months agoHey hey people. I don't post journals very often but felt this is a situation that would require it.
So, for about 3 years now I have had this computer that is serving me well enough, but as with all things it has begun to fail and I fear it would corrupt the files at some point. In tandem, it can't run anything modern in terms of games or art software, and I simply can't upgrade things because parts are more expensive than a whole computer nowadays. So I'm planning to make a growth drive to raise money for it. I have never done this before so, if you have any pointers or tips, please do post them below.
Following is a link to a survey I am making to see which character you'd like to see and what theme the drive could include or should follow. Based on that I'll work things out. I'm planning on raising up to 500USD, worth a lot more in Brazilian real, and I hope things shape out well. Thank you for your time.

Posted 6 years agoWell, never thought this would happen but, here I am I guess :3 100 watchers. 100 people who like my art and want to see more. I say both thank you, and sorry, I take too long to post, but this may be a boost for my ratio of art posting :D

Looking for Commissions
Posted 7 years agoOne thing I've been craving for recently is a commission drawing of Techu, but I've been facing 2 problems, which are kinda the same in the end:
1. The Real (my country's coin) is worth nothing in dollars. 1 American Dollar is worth 3,75 reals, which means anything I try to buy in dollars is costing almost 4 times to me.
2. Commissions aren't cheap in that situation. even a 10 dollars commission costs me 37 dollars, with 12 dollars being my limit, and no one has that price even for their cheapest commissions.
This doesn't mean I will start charging for my drawings or requests, but is a bit sad to not be able to have my character drawn by some of the amazing artists of this place. I'll start to try and use a paypal account but I'm afraid of them for charging me for the account or something. Can you guys give me some tips on what to do and cheap and good artists you know? In any case, thank you
