Im going to plan a very cheap get together after the holidays i know people dont have alot of money.
So I was thinking Jan.6.2018 We can meet up at the Golden Corral in Mishawaka.

No fursuits this time, just a friendly get together.

I might activate Mishiana furmeets as i might never get EFM back up in running. (or just start from scratch a new meet im not sure)
Im also going to (with permission) ask anyone who wants to be on a contact list, that will state your name and location. So if anyone wants to hang out with people close to the southbend or elkart area for example. They can look on the list and note them directly.

I havent been up to date on anything furry. But I still feel this area kind of died when it came to local furs meeting up and getting along.
If anyone has any ideas as to what else we can do to make the local furmeets great again. Let me know~!!

For reals im out of options. I have reported them to my manager and told "you just have to learn how to deal with it" sort of attitude.
I have told HR and told that "Im a smart person and i dont need to go on their level" that "I just need to ignore them and just do my job"

This guy at work. I was just placed in this welding location and from the beginning he has been telling me everything from "you walk like a dude" "your weak, come on" "your welds suck" "(a race) of people are the most selfish-vain-egotistical-" And i cut him off and walked away each time. I would tell my team lead and he would tell the manager and they would do nothing. And these are just a few comments.

Lately my team lead quit, im the only one they wanted to SORT of train and really the only one who wants to actually do it. I know very little. I know enough to get product out but not how to fix problems. I run a robot welder that crashes VERY often. Ever sense my team lead left, hes starting with this "oh your trying to run the whole thing?" that "hes been there longer than me so he should just GET it" also "im bossy" Even though i say thank you and please to everyone because i know that makes some people feel better and more willing to work with you. Hes complained that no one wants to teach him how to run the robot. So i did to shut him up and maybe prove the point. He refuses to except anything bad. He messed me up because he was touching the control panel and i had no clue at the time. Everyone else asks me before they touch it. Not him, ive seen him walk up and poke around a few times.
Hes not just talking crap to me, hes pissed off about every person in the building. So i cant say its because who i am.

Im not a team lead but im expected to act and run as if i am. Im not getting the pay.... What little training i get.-Its not because some one held my hand. I was looking over shoulders and asking questions. This guy just wants me to hand everything to him because the world owes him. And hes gets butt hurt when i told him 'no' today. I told him if he wants to run things he can have it. Then he backed down and said "oh no i dont want to run the whole thing" i replied with a "then i dont want to hear you cry about things anymore! You whine that you wanna learn but you dont want to apply what you have learned. I wont waste my breath! I dont want you talking down to me anymore and i dont want you heckling me anymore!" mean while HR walked by and finally felt he needed to step in. All he said was the same 'your a smart cookie' pat on the head response.
WTF!? I have worked in retail with better results. I dont care if he gets fired i just dont want him around me anymore.

I cant go to my manager, i cant go to HR. What can i do?
No i cant quit that is a non option because i need to hold a job longer than a year. I use to leave because i got bored but now im realizing that has been hurting me in my area. I cant move because i own a house.

IFC was awesome
I got to see all of my friends on the internet except  sexrex721 *sadface*
But i got to hang out lot with new furs that i had not known or talked to and we all agree that indiana is probably furry capital but... no one wants to communicate with anybody (which makes no scense) but anway
I got to meet my best friend silverwolf and his partner blackfoot with his one other friend i cant remember his name right now. Me and my BF went to his tail gate on saturday but because of some misshaps it happned during kage and 2's story hour so hardly anyone showed up.
I wanted to go to that but i wanted to hang out with friends more =3
I was going to have a pizza party with him but again... not enough people.

i got to meet  Bixx-Katt... sorry if i was boring >.> there wasnt much to do around IFC really. Maybe when it starts to get bigger it will get more interesting. I kinda felt like i was a r-tard around bixx hope i didnt come off like that.

Old furries, i met a pair of twin brothers and they were like the coolets people there if you ask me! I hope i will be able to see them again. I feel bad now cause i forgot to ask them for there names andi hung out with them most of the con.

 NXwolf I only was able to find you with your fursuit on. Sorry we didnt hang out much but i felt that you were doing your own thing anyway X3

I was able to hang out with  JousterL and his knitting friend, SO MANY BABIES. I didnt get his friends FA name so im wainting for them to show up so i can commission a lether bracelet X3 but Jouster was a cool guy to hang out with *wanted to take his ears and ware them* I hope i get to see him to again next year or maybe MFF if i can afford both money and time to go >.>"

 folix and some other random furries played magic the gathering with me and my BF during the down time of the con. He was great fun and i want to take his awesome hand paws away from him.... and his tail *hugs the awesome tail*

I also met this nice little girl :nyx: and her mum> She helped me be better at fursuiting X3 so far i was trying and was failing when it came to being more animated. Thanks for the help kid!
In return i tried to help her rave. I hope i didnt come off as a creaper because they thought i was a guy. But i coulnt tell them i was a girl because i dont talk in suit >.>" So i just went with it.

Over all for a first con it was awesome, i felt it could have been better panel wise. There wasnt much to do friday or sunday really.

out of ten i would give the con a 7/10
Its a great con to go to after a going to a big con im sure. You can find your friends easy. The people who work there at the hotel are nice.
Its just the panels need working on really.
i would have givin it a 8out of 10 but during a talent show or variety show. What ever its called.
They bumped blackfoot back when he was suppost to go next during the show and got his spot taken for some punk kid that just danced. So he just stumbled the whole time. This was going to be his good by to one of his characters, sparkey.

But anyway it was good enough for me to return to and i hope its even better!
