Name/Account Changes, Re-Uploading and Moving Forward

So, I'd be lying if I said I haven't been putting this off. I have, mostly because it's taken me a long time to make up my mind on certain things, formulate a plan, and gather my old files from a hard drive I dumped them all onto. I also have been getting sick and stocked with college work, It's been alot. Anyway, let's get into this.

Backstory and Old Accounts

My first account on FurAffinity was SnowfallSemester and I was mostly drawing my first main fursona Kyla. Kyla was a rabbit with brown and tan splotches (with one main splotch resembling a dripping splatter covering her right eye), dulled fushia hair, and bright green eyes. Obviously this fursona was not the greatest of colour co-oridnated fursonas out there, but I mainly just wanted to get into the fandom. The main reason this account was named SnowfallSemester was because alot of people in my actual life knew my online names and back then there was a bit of a stigma and bias against furries and fursonas, or atleast I percived there to be a hate and stigma against furries.

I also had another account named Azea1ia, which i've uploaded alot of art to, Azea1ia was basically my second try at the fandom roughly a year later. This is when I made the characters Renée and Delphine and some other characters such as Amora who I wanted to make a sweets adopt to sell but never gathered the courage to. I have a ton of accounts named Azea1ia or previously named Azea1ia and I did go back to Azea1ia after creating ArmedCorgi but now I've decided to stay.

So why did you change names?

I've always struggled with my identity, and how I'm shown online. The temptation to start again is very hard now with the technology but it can also be hard to gather up the resources apparent in other accounts. So I've been often bouncing around and going here and there with accounts and stuff. Now, I've decided to stay on this account. Why? Me, My Boyfriend and a good friend of mine have decided to start a streaming/media group called ArmedMedia and we all have our own ArmedDoggo themed accounts, and to fit in and to gather attention going forward, I'm going to be keeping the ArmedCorgi name so everything is consise.

So what now?

Well, for starters, I'm going to start by re-uploading the art I currently have on my older accounts but with a notation/link back to this journal so people can know that these aren't original uploads and add extra infomation if anyone is curious. I will keep the Azea1ia account and all uploads there untouched, except for a note to find the reuploads and a note on the account to find the active one so people can trace me. I will however, probably delete the SnowfallSemester account, so, if and when I do that, any account made afterwards would not be connected to me in any way.

This has been long and incredibly wordy and can basically be summed up in tl;dr I am using this account because branding, but hey, atleast you know all the details now and this is out there.
