If you follow women's wrestling art here on FA, you're probably aware of Taylor Washington and the JHPW league. The artist behind both is DamndNDelirious, and he does great character and action work. He's currently offering commissions and sketch commissions; I do highly recommend him, I've always been very pleased with the commission work I've bought from him.
