Posted 10 years agoBeen trying to look online on how to fix this problem, clicked the paper tab in the address bar and saw that there was an invalid certificate or something. How do I get my chrome working again so I can see all the avater Icons ; ;

Posted 10 years agoCrazy fight but Manny kept goin at Floyd in a straight line. He can't do that he basically gave mayweather the fight, was interesting none the less.
Interesting fact, for every second they had in the ring they got 138,000 dollars insane and Mayweathers last fight is in September, tryin for 49-0 then retire. Hope he gets it!

Posted 11 years agoAll I can say is oh my fucking god, the new job announcment plus what they have in store for Final Fantasy XIV: ARR 2.3 - 2.4 patch is orgasmic not to mention Same Sex Marriage in an MMO!

E3 Recap of Live Letter
- Hug and Slap emotes are being worked on, even if they may have clipping issues. (Yay!)
- A new area in the Carteneau Plains near Mor Dhona for use in Frontlines PVP
- Unexplored areas of Coerthas will be coming soon (ish)
- Extreme/Brutal version of BCoB to be implemented as super hard content. The orginal, non-adjusted difficulty before the release will be used. Fights will have randomized elements. Same drops/loots as normal Coils. Shared weekly lockout with normal Coils. Must beat the normal Coils before being able to challenge Brutal mode. A special/exclusive title reward for those who complete this challenge.
- Rogue/Ninja video preview! Rogues/Ninjas will have increased movement speed than other classes, as well as take less damage from falling.
- Rogues/Ninjas will be able to utilize various poisons on there weapons with different effects (for those who played WoW, this is very similar to Rogue poisons, each poison type will have a different effect and thus require some thought as to which poison will be best applied to weapons depending on the encounter).
- Rogues/Ninjas will feature stealth, and have skills and attacks that must be performed from stealth.
- Rogues/Ninjas will wield dagger sets, similar to monk fists (shared weapons, not two separate weapons).
- Ninjas will make use of Matra/Madra/Medra (whatever, hand gestures), gestures will need to be combined in a certain way to release Ninjitsus. Different combinations of gestures will yield different ninjitsus, and wrong combinations can lead to failed ninjitsus.
- Positional requirements for Rogues/Ninjas will be less stressful than monk, main idea seems to be setting up those combinations of gestures to utilize ninjitsus. Both Rogue and Ninja will queue as DPS.
- 2.4 Release!
- The Fan Festival is being worked on, with special encounters being made for it! There was talk of a fight against all 4 generals, but Yoshi says there is something better planned. But the all 4 general fight idea is not out the window, 'cause it sounds awesome.
- Personal Housing is not yet ready, but can be expected around 2.38.
- The Shiva storyline will start in 2.3, even if the Shiva fight won't be till 2.4 or later. She apparently has a long story tied to the other primals.
- When asked about 8-man dungeons (not raids), Yoshi says the priority for releasing dungeon content will be 4-mans>Solos<8-mans. So, look forward to it last?
- FC's will be given a list of tasks/goals to aim for something grand. The plan is to allow smaller groups within the FC to tackle these tasks to work towards a greater goal as a whole. So, smaller groups go and all do different contents to fulfill a larger goal for the FC.
- The dev team is thinking about adding unique stats to gear, but there is no confirmation. This will be difficult to balance content around, so they appear cautious. However, there is demand for it and they are aware. Just need to figure out the approach.
- FC Workshops are being worked on, Airship building will be possible, and even something larger, grander, BEYOND airships!
- Roaming Primals for FCs are still being worked on.
- Marriage/Friendship will be available in 2.4 regardless of race/gender/nationality/whatever. Yay! Also, 2-man mounts are being worked on for these bonded players.
- 1v1 dueling is not currently planned (because DRG would kill everything so good), however it might be implemented for DPS checking for PvP
- The next tier of Zodiac weapons after Novus will show new unique appearances. The final form of Zodiac Weapons will be totally badass.
- EX Primal Tokens for Rowena will have more future plans, but nothing soon.
- Chocobo Companions during queue is being worked on. However, it is difficult to implement system-wise. Not likely to be soon due to having to move resources from content to this to tackle it, however the dev team is well aware it needs to be fixed and it will be available someday.
- Specialized UI/HUD for various roles when you switch between them is being worked on. More news to come as it gets further along in development.
- FanFest tickets will have redeemable codes for special in-game items!

Posted 12 years agoToday August 16th, FFXIV: ARR open beta begins. I will be absent for the weekend enjoying the beta before it closes down, so don't try to contact me. Though from monday - Friday I'll be free until Early Release begins and then I might be a ghost. But I do have plans to get more pron of your favorite chars of mine in the near future.
