This one was kinda tough, so some may not make sense because the first three were the only ones that came to mind right away X3;
Day Three: Eight ways to win your heart.
1. Be there for me, plain and simple. I wanna know I can count on you when I need you.
2. Have a sense of humor. Relationship's can't work if you don't know how to laugh.
3. Spend time with me, but realize that I'll want some space to do my own thing sometimes too.
4. Tell me if there's something wrong. I hate having to play 20 questions if something is bugging you about our relationship or otherwise. It drives me mad.
5. Say Goodnight to me. It bugs the crap out of me if my partner (or even close friends) don't say goodnight to me, ether in person or online.
6. Let's do something together. I play WoW a lot, so play with me, or get me involved in a game you like, even if it's only for a little bit.
7. Don't be a wall. If I've had a bad day or am upset about something, I want someone to go to where I won't be judged or have a stern conversation with. I want to be able to have my say, someone to cuddle into, and if I ask for an opinion then I'll hear it.
8. Enjoy life with me. I like to do a lot of things and see what life has to offer, so don't be down on life, at least not all the time, as I do realize that life can toss you some pretty bad curve-balls every so often.

5. I've never stopped loving you, and I think I was so shocked when we broke up that I wasn't fair and didn't even give things a chance to improve. I regret it.

Fernal Equinox 2010 Con Report

This was a First Year Con, and quite a success at that! I think the venue was a little small, even for their projected numbers, but since they had 330 furs there, I know it should be a bit larger next year. I had an awesome time, so let me break it down for you all.
DAY ONE
I was up very early. Like, 6:30. I hadn't done that since November when I was getting up that early to be ready for work when I was still at Arbys. Anyhow, I woke up a bit, had a shower, made sure I had all my stuff and then took off for the day. I also made the mistake of leaving my Showering away message up, so some intersting comments were there for me to read when I got home. I got to Risu's house (as I was going with the illustrious iFurry crew of Risu, Potato and Aden the Camera Dragon) and then we took off. Stopped at Tim's for Coffee. Got gas and then drove to TO.
We had a few little side trips due to the Tomtom, but we made it there. Got into the hotel and taped a few more iFurry things before getting in the Registration line. We did a lot of random stuff on the first day. We hung out with some people we met on the bus to AC, and Miss Mab was also with them. It was cool to meet her. We did random iFurry taping all thoughout the day. Risu went to the Rodents Panel, and I got a mini Sakura (Street Fighter) figurine for $5. That's all I spent on swag, and I'm happy with that. We got Lunch sometime after that and while the food was good, the service was not. Swiss Chalet by the Hotel? Not a good plan.
We hung around in the evening. I don't think we did *too* much. There was a lot of Shock Potato playing in the Zoo. It went on for a good few hours. Potato and I (meaning Lynn, not the Shocky Toy) went to Harvey's for food in the middle. The most memorable thing from day one was the Adult Art Panel. Bushycat is a hoot. We had a decent sized group in there and it kinda derailed from art to just dirty adult talk instead. It was funny. I kinda felt bad for the guy who was going to be running a game after her panel, because she went *way* over her time spot. I felt I should say something, but I didn't. I didn't wanna seem rude. All in all it was good. Then we Raved a bit, and left.
DAY TWO
At first it wasn't for sure if we were going to come back or not, but we decided we were. I also decided to ditch the heavy two tails that kept pulling my pants down and went at Bunny-Art for the day. I got up around 8:30 this time as we didn't have to be at the con for 10, and got to Risu's. Aden made us some yummy tea. Then we left. We got to the con the exact same way we did before, little side routed included. We got to the hotel and chilled for a few while waiting for the Fursuit Head Building panel to start. While I did catch some details (and all in all thinking about it, it was a rather informative panel) I had a terrible headache from no food (and it's now 1 pm) and very little caffeen. So, even though my friends wouldn't come with me, I went to get some food and picked up some Pop for Aden and I and energy drinks for all of us. It really helped out everyone, so I'm glad for that. Once I was feeling better I colored a picture I had drawn while waiting for the Fursuit Parade to start.
The parade was good. Had some interesting and not so interesting suits in it. Next year I'll bring my suit and actually suit up a bit. I just didn't want to do it the first time cause I wanted to see what the suiters here were like. Took some pictures and video. We all went to get food at Harvey's after that, then made it back in time for the Drawing Comics Panel. It was a little more about how to plan out your scenes then it was drawing the comic or getting started, but I thought it was informative none the less. After that we kinda hung around a bit waiting for closing. Found out the number of furs attending (330, when their projected was about 150 - 200 max) and the number of Fursuiters (37 - 40). The Con Episode of iFurry should be up before too long.
All in all, it was nice to get to see some of the Feral! people again, meet some new friends and generally have an awesome time. Thanks FE! Will be looking forward to next year!!

Con Report: Feral and Flain's visit.
Posted 16 years agoJust incase anyone was intrested in how my Feral! experence was and how the rest of my week was, here ya go.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 27TH, 2009
I left Cambridge around 10 to head for Buffalo to pick up Flain. It was a pretty uneventful drive until I hit the border. I had to wait for 45 minutes just to get across the damned thing. The Lewiston Crossing really is not the way to go, need to go to the Peace Bridge from now on. Eventually got to the airport and parked and went to find Flain, who landed a little early and now was waiting for me. Found him hiding behind a pillar then we went back to the car. Drive back was slightly uneventful, just chatting and stopped at Tim Horton's for a bathroom and drink break. Got home, made dinner and just relaxed for the rest of the day.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 28TH, 2009
We got up a little early, then we headed out for the day to get some groceries, other supplies and the like. We did that with little problem. We checked into a hotel for the night because my uncle complained about the noise (his bedroom is under mine, and Flain has a loud voice and he dropped a few things.). We then got some booze, ice cream, and looked into books and just chilled in the hotel room for the night.

We got up early and got some of the complementary breakfast. I used one of those weird waffle griddle things for a waffle. It was neat. We headed back to my place, picked up my gear and then headed out to Yorkdale Mall to meet the other furs taking the bus to Feral! While we were waiting around (we got there around Noon, bus didn't leave till 2) I noticed that stupid foxie is stupid and forgot his sleeping bag. So I went to Sears, and luckly they had some on sale, so I was able to get a new one. Flain and I got Bubble Tea at this neat place I hadn't seen before. They had PLAIN MINT milk tea. I was in heaven. SOOOOO GOOOD! Anyhow, we loaded the bus and got on our way to Feral!
We stopped for a rest stop about 1.5 hours or so into the trip. Stretched out, as we're on a school bus and it's cramped, and got some more Timmies. Back on the bus we go. We arrived at Feral and formed a fire line to get all the luggage up on the steps of the Main Lodge and then went inside. We heard about what cabins we were in and left in little teams to go and find them and then met our cabin mates. I found out that Crassadon was there as well, and he was in my cabin. I also met Ifer, Volfen Stu, Eddie Cat, Dexter, Lutris and Stevie Maxwell. We had dinner then, which was super good, and got settled in for the night.
SUNDAY, AUGUST 30TH, 2009
I didn't sleep much, due to the snoring in our cabin. Dear. Lord. Breakfast, and then some quick announcements . From there people dispursed to do some activities. I started by attmepting to make a tail. That didn't go overly well, but I got the concept for a Husky Tail down. I don't think I did much in the afternoon, I was sleepy and I believe that was my uber headache of doom day, where I tired not to do much. I worked on some Art in the main lodge and went to Flain's show that night. I was so freekin' cold! Overall it was a good day. Food was aweosme.

We had breakfast. I hung out and did more art in the morning and attempted to finish my tail in the afternoon. That evening not too much went on, I don't believe, probably more hanging and arting. Man, it was a good time for arting. My juices were really flowing. We played some games as well. I believe we played Chornonaughts, which I won twice, and Hex Hex, which I won as well. I'm good at card games.
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2009
I believe this was the day I spelt in too long and missed breakfast, but it was crappy, so I didn't miss much. More art, and we did Cabin Skit Prep, which consisted of talking. Then in the afternoon after lunch, Flain and I went Sailing. It was a beautiful day for it, and it was a lot of fun. From there we had dinner, then watched and participated in the Cabin Skits, which were all pretty funny. A real bat invaded our skits, and ended up winning as a special act XD Found out that Crassadon was a dork at the dance and did a bit too much of something and crashed on my bunk, but eventually got him up to his own.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND, 2009
Got up, packed a bit, breakfast. Came back and packed the rest of my gear and helped clean the cabin up a bit. We took some group pictures and then got everything a bit more orginized. Packed the cube van and then hopped on the bus for the sleepy ride back to Toronto. We stopped at Webers for lunch, which was very yummy. Then more riding to Toronto. Got home, and pretty much crashed after some explaining of how camp went.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD, 2009
Not much to report. Slept in, did some minimal running around, hung out and just chilled.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH, 2009.
Got up early and headed into Toronto to see the Hockey Hall of Fame with Flain. It was pretty neat. I'm not a hockey person, but I enjoyed myself. Got some lunch and paid a $30 parking bill, which was fucking stupid as all hell. Then went to the Science Center, which isn't as epic as it once was. It's very kid driven, which is fine, but Flain and I really only saw a few things we though was intresting. We got some dinner, walked around Church St. a bit, then stopped in Burlington for Cafe Demetri before heading back to Cambridge.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH, 2009.
Got up earlier, got gas and headed back to Buffalo to drop Flain off. Due to the huge volume of border traffic, we got to the Airport right at 11, which only left Flain with 20 minutes and he sadly missed his flight. We didn't get to say goodbye to one another due to him rushing to catch his flight. I drove back to Cambridge, stopping in Burlington once again to get some food and use the washroom, then got home and relaxed the rest of the day.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 27TH, 2009
I left Cambridge around 10 to head for Buffalo to pick up Flain. It was a pretty uneventful drive until I hit the border. I had to wait for 45 minutes just to get across the damned thing. The Lewiston Crossing really is not the way to go, need to go to the Peace Bridge from now on. Eventually got to the airport and parked and went to find Flain, who landed a little early and now was waiting for me. Found him hiding behind a pillar then we went back to the car. Drive back was slightly uneventful, just chatting and stopped at Tim Horton's for a bathroom and drink break. Got home, made dinner and just relaxed for the rest of the day.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 28TH, 2009
We got up a little early, then we headed out for the day to get some groceries, other supplies and the like. We did that with little problem. We checked into a hotel for the night because my uncle complained about the noise (his bedroom is under mine, and Flain has a loud voice and he dropped a few things.). We then got some booze, ice cream, and looked into books and just chilled in the hotel room for the night.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 29TH, 2009
We got up early and got some of the complementary breakfast. I used one of those weird waffle griddle things for a waffle. It was neat. We headed back to my place, picked up my gear and then headed out to Yorkdale Mall to meet the other furs taking the bus to Feral! Posted 16 years agoAlright FA, I know there are a lot of generous furs out there who like art and whatnot, so I'm gonna lay my situation down on the line and if anyone even at least takes the time to read this, and maybe pass it on, I'll appreicate it.
So, I just got off the phone with my visa provider. I'm in pretty deep with them, and usually avoid talking about it, but I did this time and I'm glad. They want me to pay them $1200 within the next three weeks, otherwise it's going to be extreemly hard for them to hold my account before it goes to a thrid party collections, who will demand the full ammount. I've not been working, because the job market is absolute crap.
Here's where I hope some people will come in. I know I'm not super uber mega artist, but I like to think my art is at least good enough. I'm going to again, offer comissions for super cheap prices.

Posted 17 years agoSo I got this from Risu, she tricked me into posting, so reply and note me with details for setches. First 10 people are free. I'm doing comissions still, so if you want, let me know.
First 10 people to comment will get a free sketch. But here are the rules :
(1) Give me time to sketch it.
(2) I would prefer to draw general art. (though with enough poking, I could do higher)
(3) 1 Character limit
(4) Send me a note on specifics of your sketch (stripes and markings)
(5) I pick the style 'cuz i can only do a few types
(6) You must do the same and give out 10 free sketches.
