Help me Name a Species! CONTEST!

Ok so as some of you may know I want to make my version of Endermen, along with the Maltese subspecies… into their own thing.
A species of my own which took inspiration from Endermen. Of course, I have been considering this for a few months now.
There is one thing stopping me. One thing that is driving me ABSOLUTELY INSANE.
And that is the name of the species! NOTHING I come up with fits! So this is how this is going to go! Suggest species names in the comments. No limits in amount of suggestions you can give! I will continue to call the subspecies ‘Maltese’ since the name fits (they are feline and inspired by the unproven theorized ‘Maltese’ tiger and Maltese color for a cat) They themselves would think of themselves as a ‘subspecies’)
The contest is simple! Suggest species names to me, and the winning one will become official and you will get a prize! Please do not send asks as Anonymous since I can not know who you are; if you send names as anonymous I can not credit you for the help nor can I give you your prize since I won’t know who you are!
So what’s in it for you? Well once the species is named, I am going to start work on an art-based RPG web site.
The winner will get a rare member of the subspecies currently known as Maltese Endermen officially registered on the site if/when I get it opened, and to use before I get the site going! You can choose up to two rare mutations (Excluding the leonine mane) including coat color mutations, and things such as piebald or similar things.
If you do not want one of the subspecies, or main species once I work more on it, then I will do a fullbody image of your character or a custom character design of a different species.
It will take a while before I get it open, I have to get all the stuff worked out (Official genetics, what’s dominant and recessive, design guides, fix up the base for all genders and make a base for the more common ‘normal’ of what are currently called Endermen.
Also spice them up a little and make them more interesting. Usually being in dark colors with a few different color mutations that can show up as well as work more on their culture and stuff. I’ll want to do a lot more work once they are my own thing!
When/if I DO make the ARPG, all who own a Maltese will be made official, and if not on the new base already, will be added to the base.

To all people who go around insulting people's art
Posted 10 years agoSo I have been having trouble with a user who has left several mean and nasty comments on my page regarding a set of adoptables I did on the Waitress base, which I purchased last year. I love the base, because I can add my own details and it is highly customizeable and has a lovely style. And everybody else loves it too because adoptables on that base sell like hotcakes. I put one on auction and I believe, got $50 out of it when I first purchased the base. I had auction after auction autobought. It helped dig me out of a tough place, and I am very grateful to Waitress for making it and putting it on discount when I had just enough money to get it.
For no reason, completely unprovoked, this user came onto my page and left a rude comment. I made a comment back informing them that many of the details on the set were drawn in myself and that I had purchased the base fair and square and charged the price people seemed to think they were worth only to find I was blocked. I then hid it the comment and posted a small rant on Tumblr. My fiance saw the comment before I hid it, and commented to the person as well, nicely telling them that if they couldn't say anything nice, not to say anything at all.
After that they unblocked me and came to my page a second time, calling me a terrible artist and saying that I was ripping people off for a living. Calling my fiance a 'thing' and saying I was 'making fun of myself'... then proceeding to block me again so I am unable to make a response back. Yes, they unblocked me to leave a nasty comment, then blocked me again.
It’s rude, inconsiderate, and downright cruel to do. What if they did that to somebody who has less confidence than I do? I am very strong in mind. I don’t let things bother me anymore. But what if they said this to an artist who was insecure about their work?
This can damage people.
This can make an aspiring artist who is trying to get better get upset and give up. I know.
I’ve been there.
I almost gave up art when I was 16, because of somebody like that insulting my art and saying it was “the worst wolf they had ever seen drawn and that I was stupid for drawing wings on a wolf”
I gave up drawing for almost six months…
Now I am older, and know that they are saying it to be mean, and that their words hold no weight over me but… what if they said this to somebody who was really insecure?
People like that need to think of the damage they can do to a person. Just because I am strong, doesn’t mean everybody else is which is why I offer support and encouragement to ALL artists, no matter their skill or age!

Posted 10 years agoSo… it seems like my tablet broke. And I can’t afford a new one. It just flat out won’t work and I can’t downgrade to a smaller one… because I got the big one because of my wrist. It allows me to use my whole arm to draw instead of wrist movements… Any smaller and I have to use my wrists to draw a LOT more which causes a lot of pain over time.
And… my only source of income.. is gone.
I probably won’t ever be able to afford a new one… so my blogs might be permanently gone.
I’ll still.. I guess I’ll still be active looking at art and stuff but...
*sighs* My big stress relief is GONE.
My only income… GONE.
I don’t know what to do now.

Hopefully one that can get to us in real life, and visit, since we want to get to know our pet before making anything official so to speak. We just both think it'd be a lot of fun.
So if you are interested in being the female pet to both of us, let me know!
One that is close enough to visit frequently is preferred.
The pet must be female, we aren't looking for male pets at this time.

Posted 10 years agoHey guys! I just found that I can get a used Medela Symphony Breast Pump for under $500 by going on Ebay. It would be used, but in excellent condition!
I found two different ones for $300!
Soooo basically here’s the deal! I need to get $350-$400 (Cover tax and shipping) as soon as possible! I’m way behind on the rent on the rental I have and will have to return it soon! I am an exclusive pumper, it’s much easier to make sure he gets enough, and MUCH easier to have somebody else help feed when I am sleeping or doing commissions or other things not to mention I can put him on a schedule and know he’s eating enough.
That, and he bites very hard (My nipple was bruised for days, and I stopped attempting to nurse him after that with how horribly it hurt), and can’t nurse well without a breast shield which is really annoying to use (I’ve attempted to wean him off of it, and he either wouldn’t nurse or would just bite) so I use the pump and bottle feed him.
Right now, I owe almost $150 on the one I am renting, and if I can return it after getting my own, I can pay that off in small payments.

He was the one. I know by the complaint, it was him.
That pathetic piece of SHIT actually stooped so low as to make a bogus call to CPS, on ungrounded claims.
I can’t believe it, but at the same time, I am not at ALL Surprised.
I hope that sorry, pathetic, miserable excuse for a man dies of a horribly painful, incurable terminal disease.

Well some FUCKING ASSHOLE called again!!! And I have to deal with the fucking social worker coming into MY FUCKING HOUSE again to judge if I am fit to raise my own fucking child.
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. WHY WASTE YOUR FUCKING TIME NOT TO MENTION THE SOCIAL WORKER’S AND MINE… TO MAKE A BOGUS CALL NOBODY FUCKING CARES ABOUT!!!
I’ll find out the bullshit complaint tomorrow. Even the social worker thinks this is fucking bullshit and feels bad that we have to go through this shit!
I swear when I find out who made that bogus call I am going to rip them a new fucking asshole.. and shove my foot so far up it they taste toe.

Posted 10 years agoSo I went to the Hospital a while back, with a severe migraine, while I was still pregnant. They gave me medication for it, monitored me for a while, referred me to a neurologist for the cause of them, stuff like that.
As you know, I have my fursona, Artha, who is the Floofdemon and how my username is often ArthaDemon or Artha-Demon… I love to draw and am a creative mind, and was boredly chatting with one of the nurses about it; showing them art and stuff. She was bored, I was bored, and she seemed to like the art and stories and such. She commented that she wished she was as creative as I am, and that she wished she could draw like I could, and she liked the design for my fursona.
She thought it was really cool and creative… until she got to the subject of religion. She said something about “God watching over me and my son”
I then calmly told her I am not Christian, and do not believe in god. Her attitude instantly changed, she acted like a bitch for the rest of the time I was there; and THEN tried to have me committed to a mental hospital, claiming that having a fursona meant I was crazy! I pretty much told them off and made them discharge me, and refused to go to the mental hospital since I didn’t need to go. I had to sign something saying I refused treatment, but I didn’t NEED it so I was NOT going to waste my time.
I’m not crazy, I am just a creative mind with my own beliefs. And because of that, the bitch of a religious fucktard nurse had the NERVE to actually call Child Protective Services on me! Because I am not Christian and she thought that would make me an unfit parent.
I had to talk to a fucking social worker, and now I have to go get a “Mental Health Assessment” - and parenting classes. Just because that stupid piece of shit nurse had to bring her fucking religion into it.
Because some over religious nurse thought she could “Save his little soul” by trying to get him taken away. It is complete bullshit. I am furious.
Religion is NOT A REASON to call CPS. It is NOT. A difference in religion IS. NOT. A. REASON. TO. SUSPECT. A. PROBLEM.
SO YEAH. I am fucking PISSED. This is BULLSHIT. I hope that fucking piece of shit bitch gets fired for this.
RELIGION HAS NO PLACE AT WORK. RELIGION HAS NO PLACE OUTSIDE OF YOUR OWN HOME, CHURCH, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY. Just because somebody has different beliefs then somebody else does not give them the right to try to make decisions for them.

EMERGENCY PWYW Commission Streams all month!
Posted 10 years agoMostly in the evening, (6 or so) Kentucky time I will be doing streams most of this month!
The money I got towards renting the Symphony breast pump last month had to go to making sure we had food in the house (We were out, and I need to eat healthy to keep myself nourished and hydrated to produce milk) and we are once again out of food.
I was able to rent the pump for two weeks and that time is UP tomorrow. We are out of money and thanks to getting auto-billed we are actually in the negative this month, and won't have ANY money until next month...
So it's emergencies all around.... Hoping these emergencies just stop coming, but it seems like no matter where I go money troubles follow!
Anyway, look for my stream announcements, since I will be posting them when streaming.
I will ALSO take donations! (And hope that this time they can go towards the pump instead of having to go on small shopping trips just to eat!)
I need AT LEAST $50 by tomorrow.... but if I can get more that'll be great. $100 will give me a full month or more. Then I won't have to worry about the pump for some time.
Help a new mother out! I can NOT lose this rental, my baby is a preemie and breastmilk is like liquid medicine to the little ones like him. Not to mention when he DOES finally come home from the NICU I want to have a good supply with which to feed him.

Posted 10 years agoI found out today that my insurance will not cover the breast pump I need. I thought it would but it won’t which is bull.
I went in circles trying to get it figured out but no luck.
I have to rent the right one, the sooner the better or I could risk damaging my milk supply. With Aedyn being a preemie I can NOT AFFORD to lose this precious resource… It will help him thrive and grow strong.
The reason I need this pump is he is too early and small to nurse but still needs my milk. The hospital grade pump will get the most milk, as well as being designed to establish my milk supply with a preemie in mind. It has special programming to naturally stimulate me to produce the proper amount of milk for my son. Personal pumps are designed for occasional use, not exclusive pumping for a baby in the NICU.
I have a personal pump but it does not do what the one I was using at the hospital did.
Renting one is $100 a month. Up front. Meaning to even take it home I have to pay the rental fee. If you guys can help me and my son out by donating some money or spreading the news that would be great! The personal one WILL work once my milk supply is fully established, but while I am getting it established it does not do the job.

Posted 10 years agoSooooo I got some really big news today. The pregnancy WAS going really well until I ended up with preeclampsia, low fluids, and the baby not growing properly. Two weeks ago? Everything looked great!
But today’s appointment? Emergency status. In Hospital. Emergency C-Section today or tomorrow. So… yeah, going to have a baby a hell of a lot sooner then I thought.
NO idea what’s caused all this. No idea why. Apparently it just… happens sometimes.
BUUUT I’m going to have a c-section. Today or tomorrow. I’ll be in the hospital for days. I brought my tablet but I doubt I’ll be able to draw much if at all… I’ll keep you all updated as much as I can and there will be baby pictures.
Sooo yeah… that happened….

Posted 10 years agoSo basically, we are going through rough times. My fiances and myself. I am 23 weeks pregnant, and Ravyn's dad, being a total asshole, decided that he wanted to throw us out of our own home. From what I hear, by the middle of next month.
There is a tiny possibility we might not get kicked out. Or if we do we can fight it. Brynn’s dad knows some lawyers he may be able to get on board with us, to help us see if we have a good, valid case or not.
If we do get kicked out, his parents and grandparents are going to work together to make sure we aren’t homeless… things will be rough in this case… and while stressful the situation isn’t as dire as it seemed earlier.
No, things aren’t perfect yet. We don’t know whether or not Ravyn will be cut off completely from the trust or not; we don’t know yet if we can actually fight what his father wants.
But things are finally starting to look up a bit for us.
At least I hope.
I have started a GoFundMe ( http://www.gofundme.com/artha ) for lawyer costs and any other necessary expenses I may need to cover, which I will update in a later post. Feel free to spread that link around since right now we need any help we can get.

All the nice, good people in the world are getting stomped underfoot while the assholes live in the lap of luxury getting away with everything.
It’s bullshit. I’m sick of it. I’m sick of this world, and I am sick of nothing but bad coming my way no matter what the fuck I do.
What did I do to deserve this? Nothing. I help people, I do good things, I try to be a friendly and outgoing person… and what does it get me?
Nothing. My family is in danger of losing their home… and there’s fucking nothing I can do about it.
If it wasn’t for everything I have to live for, I’d just lay down and give up but SOMEBODY has to keep a spark of hope alive. Somebody has to at least TRY to do something to help my family. I only just found them… I only just found happiness. And now it’s going to be torn away from all three of us AND my future child.

Hiatus
Posted 10 years agoHey guys… Just letting you know I am going to be taking a little hiatus. It won’t be too long… probably just a week or so. Just in a really bad state of mind at the moment, thanks to a ‘friend’… I won’t give any more details, but said ‘friend’ has put me in a VERY bad state of mind, and right now I’ve lost all desire to write, draw, and RP…. I don’t even know if I’ll ever rp again, after this crap. Every time a ‘friend’ has turned their back on me it has had something to do with RP… I’m sick of it. I’m sick of being pushed around and hurt by the people I trust.
So I’m going to take a hiatus to get myself into a better state of mind. Hoping it won’t be long. I’ll keep you all updated.

Not to be confused with the Jeremy M Roe that is the president of the Curling Club, this one has nothing and is nothing, and so won’t show up with a career.
