Pre-reg reopened for FurFright car show

A decade of being a furry!

I'm hosting a party at my apartment / the Vermont wilderness on August 10th. I believe I've invited all the appropriate people on Facebook but if not, consider this cross-advertising.
This is NOT an open event, and is intended to be directed at close friends only. I realize that sounds bitchy, but I can't have random people I barely know, hanging out in my home.
Please RSVP with me directly, and await confirmation to make sure things go smoothly.
Information will be shared on a need to know basis.

General | Posted 12 years agoLast chance to have some input on the categories. Soon we'll be finalizing the categories and opening up pre-reg.
Existing Categories
Best In Show
Best Classic
Most Furry
Most Unique
Peer Voted
Potential New Categories
Best SUV/Truck
Biggest Hoopty
Most Modified
We may merge unique and most modified.
If we have the entire spectator group vote instead of having dedicated judges, we'll drop the "Peer Voted" category.

Car Show Judging
General | Posted 12 years agoI have extended a warm invite to select individuals, for judging the car show this year on top of the peer vote category. If you'd like to help judge, apply below in the comments and tell me why you would make a good judge.
If we don't get specific judges this year, we will attempt to do entirely peer voting within specific categories.
This whole thing is an experiment, so let's see where this goes.

Furry Car Show @ FurFright 2013
General | Posted 12 years agoWe just submitted the request to the con-bear, and he's anxious to get my pre-reg link, just like we did last year.
This year we'll try to expand the award categories, we have a few ideas but we'd like a refresher from you guys.
Any other input would be amazing, especially on what spectators should win for voting. We've done a raffle in the past for a Chili's gift card; should that continue or change?
What we know right now:
* We'll be keeping the existing award categories
* There will be a block party style cookout on the roof - this was asked of me by the con-bear and I've said yes, bring it on!

- I'll be there from the 25th to the 28th
Who are you rooming/traveling with?

- Nope, been doing FF since 2006 I believe.
Are you shy?
- Depends on how drunk I am ;P
Will you be fursuiting?
- Sadly no, maybe next year.
If I see you, how can I get your attention?
- Probably using your mouth hole to say my name. Or pouncing, that works too.
Can I hug you?
- Only if you're not sticky.
Can I take your picture?
- I suppose, but make sure I can have my soul back later on.
Can I buy you a drink?
- Did you need to ask?
Can I buy you breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner?
- I don't see any flaw in this.
Can I stalk you?
- From a safe distance.

- Nope, can't art my way out of or into any sort of bag.
