In the ongoing battle to save the cult classic live-action/animated hybrid action-packed dramedy series Happy!, we in the show's fanbase are creating a Happy! Season 1 Viewing Party on Netflix this Saturday where watch all of season 1 in its entirety (as well as upvote) and because Netflix tracks viewership, the goal of this party is to get Happy! a LARGE hit in the viewership which will make Netflix consider renewing the show for season 3 for their service.

That being said, we are going to require a host for the event so if any Happy! fan out there wants to have the opportunity, please respond or PM me.


Must have the following requirements:

-Must have a Netflix account

-Must know how to use Netflix

-Probably must have Google Chrome and the Netflix Party feature

-Must host the event from 9pm-3am Eastern Standard US Time



So again, please answer immediately because time's a bit of a factor!

If there's not host in time, the fail-safe will be just for everyone to watch all of season 1 in its entirety at the appointed time.

The internet; a blessing and a curse one might say. It's a great source of information, yes but if we rely on it too much, we will eventually screw the entire world.

I watched the trailer for Werner Herzog's Lo and Behold (thanks Kevin!) and from what I am saw I fear for our future.

What do I think? We either need to move forward or stay where we are. We Millennials are the last line of defense for our future and THIS Millennial believes in the word "traditional". So what do I ask? Raise your children right. Play with them, encourage them to read a book, go outside, and make REAL friends. Having online friends are nice but friends in the outside world are just as important. Let them know that the internet is just one source of getting info as there are many others; the newspaper, television, radio, and the best source of all; word of mouth. Let them swim, go on vacations, play in the park, play with toys, know that you can raise them perfect the same way your parents did you. This is how I'm going to raise my kids.

And when it comes to viewing your favorite shows and movies, you can do it all; TV, home video, streaming, it doesn't matter. We can and must have all the options at are disposal for all perpetuity.

The internet is not bad, but we mustn't rely on it constantly. Otherwise our future will be a dark world where it controls us.

I'm even at that age now where I realize there's more to life than the internet and my job is to make sure the things that WE grew up with, what our parents grew up with, don't become obsolete. We have a chance here people to make our future right. Don't mess it up.
