General | Posted 3 months agoLook, fan art is one thing, I get that. I've drawn my fair share of Pokémon and Digimon stuff. Hell, I learned how to draw muscles by practicing the Dragonball Z art style...
But if you want me to draw a character, please don't ask me to draw a character made by a YouTuber or a VTuber. I will not draw someone else's character doing something they may not approve of without their express permission. It just feels wrong in so many ways. I may make an exception for established franchise characters like Pokémon, Digimon or Video Game characters, but if you do not own the character and don't have the owner's permission to use them then DO NOT ask me to draw them in any scenario the owner might not like.
This sort of thing becomes less of an art and skill issue and more of an issue of morals and integrity for me. It's a line I will not cross.

Requests are tough...
General | Posted 7 months agoJust wanted to apologize to anyone who's still waiting on requests from me.
I haven't had a lot of motivation for NSFW or Kink related art in the last few months, and most of the sketches I've been posting are SFW things I've been doing to pass the slow hours at work. Just little stuff on receipt paper.
Hopefully I can work up the motivation and find the sketchbooks that your requests are in, but I don't see that happening soon, unfortunately.

Surgery and Recovery
General | Posted a year agoI am currently recovering after surgery to remove a kidney stone. All is going well so far, and the stitches are holding, but it will be a while before I'm back to 100%.

Getting fed up with Pseudoscience and Pseudoarchaeology
General | Posted a year agoI believe in aliens. I believe there is still mystery in and beyond the world. I'll admit it. I believe that a lot of cryptids are either misidentified, or simply something that we haven't yet discovered or do not yet understand.
I do not however believe in most conspiracies or fringe theories. Some have merit, yes. The majority however, they do not have merit. No evidence. No proof. Just a person behind a camera talking without researching at least 90% of the time.
Do your own research. Keep an open mind, but do not believe what you are told at face value. Do not be gullible, but do not refuse to learn and accept facts and vast research. Not everything is cut and dry, but if someone in the field, someone who does the research for a living and as their job, understand that they probably know better than you though they are not perfect. Even the smartest people in the world are not perfect and all-knowing, but they are the ones discovering the facts and relaying them to us. They are not lying to us. They are not making things up. They are connecting the dots to discover what we at home cannot.
Scientists, chemists, doctors, archaeologists, anthropologists, etc.; They are the teachers, we are the learners, they do not know all, but they know more than we do. Do not hate them for it. Learn from them and understand that they still have more to discover and share with us.
There is so much left to learn, and so much of it will still be a mystery even well after we're gone. Pseudoscience and pseudoarchaeology can't teach you anything but paranoia.
What I'm saying is; Don't believe everything you hear unless it has fact and research behind it.
The Earth is not flat, it is round. We know that. We did the work to find that out.
The Earth is older than 6000 years. We have the technology and the studies to prove it.
We went to the moon. We have the records. We have the technology. We have the intelligence. We did that. It's just too dificult to do it again today for many reasons. Expenses, materials, time and more. On top of that, there's not much more to learn from a dusty old rock that orbits our planet. We can learn so much more from the other planets and moons in our solar system, and we know more about that now than we do our own oceans! Let that sink in.
Emphasis on "sink", mind the pun if you will.
We are infants in an unbelievably old universe. Don't believe blindly, learn from what we know and build on it. Don't discredit what we know because you don't agree with it or because someone with views and subscribers told you that the established researchers and profesionals are lieing to you.
In layman's terms; Use that brain of yours. You are an intelligent creature on this tiny blue dot in space. We didn't develop bigger brains and sentience to be gullible fools.

Why no Caska?
General | Posted a year agoI'm finding a bit dissapointing that I cant find any art of Caska (Khajiit) from Elder Scrolls Online. Same goes for Ember, but even so.
Like, on one hand I understand that Caska is technically feral, but on the other hand she passes the Harkness Test;
1. She is of sexual maturity for her species.
2. She is capable of comprehending and communicating consent.
And 3. She is fully sentient and able to speak and think for herself.
I dunno, I guess I just really want to see art of Caska. Ember, too. They've got to be my favorite ESO Khajiiti girls, and that's coming from someone who leans more on the GAY side of sexuality.

Perhaps an idea for a future drawing or commission. I dunno.

We lost someone very special this year...
General | Posted 2 years agoI just came back to Dragon Ball and DBZAbridged after hearing about Mr. Toriyama's recent passing. Just sitting here on the edge of my bed, thinking about it all, holding the Four Star Dragon Ball in my hand (The one that started it all and a piece from a resin set a friend got for me last Christmas).
Dragon Ball really means something to me. I was first introduced to the show when the Bardock Special came on the TV on... I dunno, it must have been 4Kids TV. But it peaked my interest. I didn't really get into the show much later during middle school, when a friend of mine shared his passion for the show. After that I found a site where I could watch the show and immediately fell in love with it. More recently I watched through DBZ, DB GT, and DB Super, and it only increased my love for the show and it's characters.
Before all that, though, TeamFourStar is the one thing that realy got me to truly fall in love with and revisit the show.
Dragon Ball is one of the many shows that has shaped me as a person and as an artist, and I truly cherish every moment I had with the show.
Every moment laughing at TFS's antics and jokes, their running gags and passion for their project.
Every playground moment where me and my friends would oretend to power up, go Super Saiyan, mock-fire off our favorite attacks and scream to the heavens trying to beat the most legendary screams in the show. It was magic for us. It was real. It was inspiring.
The persistence and never-give-up attitude Goku and his firends held in the most dire of situations is something that always inspired me to keep on going even in my darkest moments, and now...
Now...
I remember all of that. I cherish every silly little moment as a kid, and every scen in the show and from TFS that made me laugh, gave me hope, and had me on the edge of my seat no matter how many times I rewatched it.
Now I sit here with the Four Star Dragon Ball in my hand, just thinking about the loss that we as the Dragon Ball community have been dealt, and I just wanna say...
Thank you, Mr. Toriyama. Thank you for inspiring me through the years. For giving me hope and courage that no matter how hard things get, I can hold my head high and power through knowing that I AM STRONG ENOUGH to make it through my darkest moments. That though I may not be super human, or Super Saiyan, that I can do this. That I have what it takes.
And thank you, TeamFourStar... For helping me fall in love with the show all over again and find that inspiration and courage that I really needed in a really rough time in my life.
Rest in peace, Mr. Toriyama. You may be gone, and you will be missed, but your legacy will live on in all you've left behind...
...and in all of our hearts.

Yeah, yeah, I know. "AI art bad", but there are some things that aren't possible for me to draw and I wanted to see what the AI would come up with. Needless to say, I was a bit surprised, but not exactly dissapointed. I had a bit of a chuckle over this one.

Need Some Advice!
General | Posted 2 years agoI'm currently in the process of making a Khajiit head for cosplay as G'arroe, and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for working with EVA Foam that they can share with me. It would be a huge help if anyone was able to give me some advice that would make working with the material a bit easier!

Once I get what I have now done I need to focus on my personal works for a while. Get my series started. Maybe work on a few of my animations. I funno. Just need to focus on myself for a while.
