Terms of Service (February 2023)

• Payments must be up-front through PayPal only.
• Once I approve your brief, I will send you a PayPal Invoice which you must pay within 48 Hours.
• I will send regular updates of each stage of my work; sketch, lineart, colour, shading and finished piece.
• Any changes to the work must be requested within 24 Hours of the update being shown to you. Large or unreasonable changes may be denied.
• Please provide a flat colour ref sheet and other references of your character/s.
Contact & Licencing:
• I must be able to contact you easily. Preferably through Discord or Twitter Direct Messages.
• You can post your artwork wherever you want, as long as you credit me correctly.
• You must have permission from the owners of the characters/designs you intend for me to draw.
• You cannot re-sell the artwork. Edited versions may be posted with my written permission.
• I reserve all rights to the work. This includes its editing and publication.
• I reserve the rights to make necessary changes to my TOS at any given time.
Cancellations & Refunds:
• I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time (e.g. if you refuse to respond to messages.)
• You can request a cancellation of your commission at any time. Contact me directly for this.
• Refund amounts will range from partial to full depending on how much of the work was completed up until your cancellation request was sent.
Will Draw:
• SFW content ONLY.
• Anthropomorphic characters.
Won't Draw:
• NSFW content.
• Human characters.
• Underage characters.
Agreement:
• Your information is recorded for a period of 6 months for the purpose of resolving potential disputes.
• I handle your information in accordance with the EU GDPR. I will protect your privacy in every way I can.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are my client and subject to these terms.

Posted 5 years agoSo... I've taken some time away from here again, I have a bad habit of forgetting to upload my stuff to other websites I don't frequent as much.
Anyway, I'll be trying my best to post here more! Though I will say it may be best to follow my Twitter as I'm on there much more often. ^^
Also thank you very much to those who favourite my artwork and follow me, even though I'm awful at keeping this account up to date. ^^;;;
