Been a while since the last journal, so just wanted to pop a new one up. Most people that know me I'm good but figured I may as well put this in here. Been pretty busy with a few moves due to a crappy landlord in one part. I Do have a few things I've gotten I've not put in here so might pop them in here now and then.

Where to begin... the last two years have been absolute insanity, people acting like complete fools, and just the world going to pot. On the 18th, I lost my father to Covid. My entire family has been pretty shell-shocked, and honestly, we're pretty drained. But we'll get through.... hopefully. And now today is my birthday, and I've not had someone this important miss out on my birthday in many a year... I'm doing my best to survive. Guess that's everything that comes to mind so far.

Been well about a year so I figured I may as well make a journal to make up for the lack of anything said in the past year:

1) Main bit is that I was let go of my job from Pizza Hut I had for 10+ years due to... extenuating circumstances that a few people closest to me were told of during the time frame of the incident back in early June, but now in the past month I've been at an Amazon location that deals in... shoes XD Not exactly anything fancy, but hey, hella better pay than what I was at with how long I was with PH.

2) I've managed to clear through a massive video game backlog I had built up over the years that I managed to get through while off work XD Only have a few big titles to go through before I can say I'll be clear and then come January 29th I will be devoting a good chunk of time on Kingdom Hearts 3~

3) Doing my best to get over my fear and finally work on my driving and hopefully get my license next year! Reason for the fear is a bit of a long story, so I'll explain it later if anyone really wants to know >w>;;

So yeah, that's really the major things I can really think of aside from always chatting with friends and people closest to me. So let's bid adieu to 2018 and make 2019 a hell of a better year this time around! My only goals for the new year honestly are to finally get my license and to not make myself get backed up on games again >w>;;

Oooookay… where on earth to begin… this past week has been absolutely amazing in going to Midwest Furfest and hanging out with  tizweymont  radiostatic, along with  tribalwolffurry  incrediblecrocodile,  forresttboar and a few other people at the con. Plenty of adventures and fun times were had, saw plenty of suiters and familiar faces (especially a few I recognized but didn't say anything to, sorry guys! D:) and just had an absolute blast. Especially seeing as how this was the biggest con of the year. All in all, hell of a great week, had a lot of fun, and it was definitely not something I'll ever forget for my first fur con <3

Though in all honesty it feels more like I'm level 30. XD 25 years old and incredibly glad to have met many of the people I've come across over the years. Thank you everyone that knows me and has been friends with me in the years I've been part of the fandom.

So, 20 years ago on this day we were introduced to teenage detective Jimmy/Shinichi Kudo who reverts back to his younger self due to a poison made from a secret crime organization and takes the name Conan Edogawa to keep himself and everyone close to him safe. After 800+ episodes and almost 20 movies, he's STILL a little kid, but let's see how things progress this year. XD

Though in all honesty I feel like I'm 30... XD Gonna be pulling a double shift at work cause we're so shorthanded, which royally sucks... but overtime will definitely be a given, so guess I can't complain TOO much and will get payed on Monday and could get some extra b-day cash so who knows what I'll end up grabbing for myself.

Ya know... I'm kind of surprised not a lot of people know about Kingdom Hearts. o.o though my explanation of what it is can be funny just to see people's faces. XD I call KH "a chance love child between Square Enix and Disney that is about 10+ years old." And it IS true.

Very good remix with the two... but the picture... dear me... XD

Quite a bit of news with the game. As many know, there will be crossover outfits to choose from for BOTH games. Samus Aran's Varia Suit, Princess Peach's outfit, Link's outfit, and now apparently Princess Daisy's outfit... and FOX MCCLOUD'S OUTFIT now. Really?! XD Augh, I can already see the influx of pictures... *shudders* Anyway, the Multiplayer that's been poked and prodded at is called "Tag Climax" which sounds very interesting with the choice of Bayonetta, Jeaane and NOW Rodin to play as. Along with a lot of the other various gameplay mechanics that have been unveiled, Bayonetta 2 definitely looks promising. o.o And there is a variation of the old Alfheim portals from Bayonetta 1, called "Muspelheim" which seem to have the same principle the Alfheim had with some added challenges to pull off.
And yes, yes. A lot of people are throwing hissy fits that it's a Wii U exclusive, but so what? The console honestly is fairing quite well in my opinion, and Hyrule Warriors, The Wonderful 101, and Mario Kart 8 have definitely helped with it's sales. And no doubt when Super Smash Bros is given it's date for the Wii U, people will DEFINITELY be getting it.

Devil May Cry HD Collection, Devil May Cry 4, 360 point card from a high school friend and got a majorly great dinner from my folks with a DQ cake and topped it all off with a good mug of Kahlua Mudslide.
