Now a butterfly lives only for a few days, and a sequoia tree can live for over a 1000 years

General | Posted 15 years agoso yeah, I noticed I havent updated in... well... forever. So sorry for those who actually like my work (cant be that many)
I've been in a little rut since a while now, and I cant seem to find the motivation to actually make something. I got plenty ideas, but I just cant get them on (digital) paper
I am trying to break this though, and I have been working on a few things here and there. But I dont think I'm gonna upload those on FA, since they're not furry related.
Meh, perhaps later on I'll upload with a flood of stuff... who knows? the last time I said I was going on a hiatus, I uploaded something 2 hours after that or so (dont expect that to happen now, I'm heading to bed)

General | Posted 15 years agoSo I managed to *ahum* "find" the new video for Gorillaz' Melancholy Hill... and I can see why they would want to ask money for it (iTunes). It is by far their best video so far, with a rather pleasant mix between the new 3D effects and the old 2D drawings.
Video itself didnt make much sense to me, and the squid part was rather revolting... Oh, and it was funny to see Snoop Dogg drawn in a Gorillaz way :D

General | Posted 15 years agoNow I tend stay away from main stream music, because honestly, it's the real music of the devil (not to be confused with Rock). If I were to imagine hell, it would forever play crappy main stream music
And it seems like Lady Gaga (queen mainstream music) has been gathering a rather large crowd of 'fans' around her. Which can actually lead to some pretty funny debates. Currently I'm in an argument with some Gaga fan over at DeviantArt, who thinks Lady Gaga is the second coming of Jesus or something. Yet the only thing he/she can bring onto my arguments, are contradictions. I'm having a blast
And I just cant grasp whats so great about her, she's not doing anything that hasnt been done before. The music sounds just like any other band these days. And that whole 'image' of her? Thats just sad really
I'm all for free will, and making your own choices and whatnot. But I just cant fathom how anybody would like this kind of crap

Anyway, what's your scariest moment ever? That one time a giant ass spider crept along your arm? Or perhaps when you were outside during night, and you could have sworn the shadows are moving? Perhaps you met the bogeyman.
My moment happened today, in broad daylight, in a train.
The day started out nicely, it's finally getting warm again, and I had the train wagon (is that the correct term?) all to myself. When out of nowhere my heart made this horrible thump. Not the kind of thump it should normally do to circulate blood. Or the thump it makes when you first meet/hear/feel your love interest.
No this was the kind of thump where it felt as if my heart suddenly collapsed. And obviously the gods had it in for me that day, because it didnt stop with that. After that I quickly lost my vision. Not seeing black though, just a big ass white spot in front of me. Like when you stand up to fast. But that still wasnt all, because I also lost all the feeling in my limbs. I knew I was moving them around, but I just couldnt feel it. This all lasted for about 10 minutes.
I was honestly thinking I was having an heart attack. I thought I was going to die, in a crappy train wagon that really needed cleaning...

But the scariest thing of it all? Scarier than all the physical harm. Was the fact that I didnt really care all that much. And THAT is scary.
It wasnt like I wanted to die or something, I'm not that emo. But it just occurred to me at that time that I have very little to live for. Besides my family, nobody would really mourn over me, because nearly all my friends are online buddies. And they'd probably think I stopped playing, or (ironically) got a life. No one would ever know what happened to me.
Not sure why I'm telling you people this, I mean there isnt much you can do to change about it... I just want to vent, because I'm still rather shaken by all of this (no, I didnt go to a doctor... perhaps I should)
