Posted 9 years agoSorry for the frankly MASSIVE hiatus from FA. I'm alive and I'm doing okay! Life's just been crazy. I work full time and take part-time classes, but I'm really gunning to be up and active on my art. I'll hopefully be posting more soon, sorry for my absence. ★★

Posted 11 years agoI successfully finished a massive commission that was dragging me down and can focus more on other things now!
After I finish two papers due for grad school this week hahahah

Basically I'm not dead I just have a convention coming up this friday, I haven't finished any of my costumes (of which there are four), I had a test yesterday, and i took on extra hours to balance the work i'm missing to be at the convention.
I have so much art I want to finish but zero time it's so upsetting

Posted 11 years agoI'm gonna do raffles for my followers every 25 followers, does that sound good? Ye ye ye. So 3 more followers and I'll do a sketch raffle.
Also if I did a stream tomorrow who would be interested? Would anyone be interested in like. 4-5$ sketches? I'm prepping for a con and trying to give myself some wiggle room.

♦ Strengths: Lineart and realistic painting, curvy women, strong-jawed men, fabric, fur.
♦ Weaknesses: Perspective, typography, and anything cute.
♦I Will Draw: Damn near anything. Any fandom, any fetish (save below), original characters, reference sheets, pornography, pinups
♦I Will Not Draw: Real people, MLP Pornography
♦I reserve the right to decline a commission based on limited parameters of my own discomfort.
✖ Pricing
♦ All prices on the price list are accurate, but are subject to change if your request is very complex.
♦ I tend to add lots of details to my drawings, as that’s my general style. ‘Very complex’ is a fluid term for me, so do not be put off if your desired character has a lot of detail. I am a detail-oriented person, but I fear clutter.
♦Please do not leave anything up to ‘my discretion’ or open in terms of pose, color, or character interaction. There will be a +2 to +5 dollar fee for posing and design if this is the case. Be thorough in your description! For example, explain if you want the character standing or sitting, with a particular expression, or if you would like a design sheet.
♦We will discuss and finalize pricing before work begins.
✖ Payment
♦ All payment is via paypal: astharoze at hotmail dot com. As of now there are no exceptions.
♦I will invoice you before work begins. I may do a preliminary sketch before payment is received, but I will not work further.
✖ Progress and Time Periods
♦ I will provide you with Works in Progress constantly. If your commission is multi-stepped [sketch, line, flats, painted, background] I will provide progress at every step and along the process. I want your approval of the work, and to let you know that progress is happening! It’s work that I’m doing for you, so I want you to be happy with the finished piece.
♦WIPs are posted on a private, password-protected journal. I will link them to you either privately or publicly depending on your preference.
♦I work full time and am in school. That said, I work on art almost every night. I can’t set a specific time frame. I will do my best to complete your art quickly and with quality, but please notify me of any time constraints and deadlines that you have. We will try to work something out together!
♦ If you have not heard from me nor seen works in progress and you at the top of the queue, please contact me. I am always on skype if I am at my computer. I will respond.
✖ Receiving Your Art and Posting/Streaming Info
♦ Unless we are in constant contact (on skype), I will post the watermarked version of your work on FA and Tumblr at the moment of completion. If we are in consistent contact, you will see the full un-watermarked version before it is posted anywhere.
♦ You will receive the full resolution that I created the work in, in whatever file format you’d like (.psd, .jpg, .png, .gif) so long as I can create it. I run on SAI and GIMP.
♦ If you’d like a smaller resolution I can manage that.
♦ Full resolution will be sent via email attachment.
♦ All art will be posted on FA and Tumblr unless requested at the time of the original agreement that it is not. I may also stream (join.me) your art while I work on it, as it helps me stay motivated and dedicated. If you take issue with your art being streamed, or would not like your name included, please notify me! I am flexible. If you’d like me to only work on your art in stream where you are available to watch, there will be a fee as it limits my work time.
