What is an amination cel?
Animation cel or celluloid is a traditional technic that were used in the animation industry between 1930 and 1990. For each frame, the animator had to retrace the sketch of the character with ink on one side, then add color on the other side of the sheet. Then, the cel was placed over a static background and photographed in sequence.
Many movies used this technic including ‘’The little mermaid’’, ‘’Bambi’’, ‘’robin hood’’ and more!

Hello, I don't know if enybody will be able to help but I'm a bit desperate right now...

SO, I own a Wacom bamboo CTH-670 tablet and I decided to reinstall the drivers because the pen was a bit laggy, but now the tablet doesn't work at all!!!


I tried the CD driver of my tablet but it fails every time and say that he can't install the drivers :v
I reinstall many different drivers from the wacom website (uninstalling the previous drivers each time)
and nothing happens...

When I try to open the options for my Wacom tablet it show me this:

I was trying to do a wiggly icon for myself and I can do the animation and stuff but when it goes to resize and upload it there is where the shit start :V

When I want to resize it smaller there is a lot of pixels and it sucks because it looks like crap.
