I have been debating for some time now on creating a Patreon account for marine art with an emphasis on whales, dolphins and sharks (but I love all sea critters). I have always wanted to be a marine artist and I would still very much like to pursue that.

Is there any interest in this? I would most likely offer scans from my sketch books of my studies, works in progress, high res finished images, a patreon supporter poll pick an animal theme, etc.

What patreon perks would you like to see if I start this?

It may be a couple of months before I start this as I just received a large commission pack that I would like to finish first.

I saw Humpback whales. In particular this beautiful calf that did a near full body breach close to the boat. Those that commissioned me to help fund this trip: Thank you.

There is a book I would really like to get and Humpbacks whales are in migration close to where I live. I would like to acquire money for the opportunity to get said book and go on a whale watching trip.
